Great place with a great atmosphere to meet friends for a glass of wine. We had had dinner but fancied a snack before heading home so Vineking came up trumps with their delicious cheeseboard. Highly recommend.

Pop up dining last night. Food was beautiful and delicious accompanied by well chosen wines for each course.

Excellent! Went in with a vague idea of what I wanted and came out with a beautiful wine. Really friendly and genuinely want to give you the best wine for your budget. Bravo!

I requested a bottle to match a specific meal and budget, and the one recommended was absolutely perfect.

Went there for the Judas Malbec 2018, one of the very few shops that holds this beautiful wine, called and reserved in advance. Lovely service, can't wait to go again and sample some of their other wares!

Superb relaxed outside seating watching world go by. Lovely people. Cheese, meat, bread and wine. What else do you need?

Brilliant fantastic wine collection and also wonderful virtual wine tasting events and now with the right weather you can enjoy the wine and selected food and excellent service outside on some days :-)

Great place to try different bottles of wines, the staff are friendly and always smiling, very attentive and helpful, I’ve been coming here for a few years, they charge a small corkage fee which is well worth it. I’ve been able to try different wines and have more of a understanding of my palate. The experience is great and definitely worth coming when it’s sunny as you can sit outside and enjoy a nice bottle of wine.

An independent wine merchant ( love the independents, support the high street) packed with great and different wines. Friendly staff with excellent knowledge and happy to go the extra mile. Great pop up restaurant events and wine tastings too!! Oh and it has a wine bar so you can sit and enjoy a nice glass! Thoroughly recommended!!

We pop in for a drink in the evening and love it! Always an interesting gin to try and an open relaxed atmosphere. Such a good idea to have a drink of wine and sit among an amazing array of wine for sale!

A hidden gem of a wine store that is a wine bar in the evenings with a small mark upon the wines being sold. There are regular dinners with a Cristal and lobster dinner coming up. A good selection of beers with super friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Group of 8 of us went into the vine king after a meal and spent hours here because of the excellent service and how helpful they were in recommending gins , wines and cheese. Issy who had actually only started working here 2 days ago was so lovely and accommodating and was great and we would have never known she just started and Ben her manager Was also so lovely and made our night. We will certainly be coming here again!

Visited a couple of times for a bottle of wine and a cheese board. Thoroughly enjoyed both times; the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the atmosphere is chilled and easy, and the English brie is delicious!

Never felt less welcome by a retailer. I guess it’s easy to stereotype hi viz vest and work boots. However, found the Bordeaux I wanted for my wedding anniversary.

My wife and I were celebrating an anniversary last night and chose the VineKing in Hampton Court. We decided to go back to this venue as we attended one of their popular 'pop-up' themed restaurant nights this time last year, and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience back then. The evening consisted of a four course meal with carefully paired wines for each course. The food was prepared by Max Mckenzie (who formerly worked under Marcus Wareing at The Berkeley) and the wines selected by Sandra who, not only is knowledgeable in her field, but made us feel extremely welcome and was a great host. Once again I cannot fault it, refined food with fresh ingredients, combined with well chosen quality wines. Well done VineKing - keep up the good work. Andy Miles
