We called a few times during our short stay. Elegant and comfy. Service here was brilliant bar staff are great. Lovely wine choices and reasonably priced. The Rioja is very good, so good we had 2 bottles. Dog friendly too.

Great atmosphere as always staff very welcoming luke the barman friend ly to talk to showed him photographs of friends I have introduced to vaults and he appreciated my comments definitely one of the best wine bars in Weston-super-Mare

I have visited The Vaults quite a few times over many years to enjoy a drink or two. My recent visits were to see Shanty singing during the Shanty and Folk music festival, and very enjoyable it was.

Every time is so welcoming and lovely! Been in twice now and both times have been made to feel so at home and welcome! Even just the 2nd time I walked in the lovely lady who owns the bar remembered me straight away and asked about me! Just so lovely and personable! Fab decor and great choice of drinks! 😄💕

Amazing bar! Amazing service!! Could not find a single fault here! If you want nice vibes and good drinks this is the place to be! Even if you are traveling solo or out with friends this is the friendliest bar where you feel at home and comfortable! Absolutely incredible!

Felt completely judged and looked down on by staff members, who even as leaving made digs towards myself and family. Would not return felt very unwelcome

Apologies...meant to write this way before now..... We visited the excellent The Vaults twice on our stay earlier this year for meals, the latter for the superb Sunday roast. I ordered extra vegetables before the meal came out.....a big mistake, as the meal was HUGE .....but admittedly, I did battle through it all after a couple of pauses! The Vaults team were wonderful and made us feel right at home on both visits and we both agreed that we'd bring the forklifts round and take the pub back with us to Hampshire...it is that good!! We intend to return next year for definite.

The staff are friendly and the drinks are fresh! Friendly atmosphere and they welcome well behaved dogs too. Best place in Weston.

A fantastic place great service from genuinely nice staff. The Guinness is good quality with a knowledgeable bar staff who know how to pour a great pint. The music is also very good and they will play requests. Food is really good too.

Serving fantastic coffee, wine, beer and spirits, with an exceptional gin collection, we are confident you’ll find us to be a stylish and comfortable spot to stop at for an hour or three. We went there during the Folk Festival recently and there as a terrific atmosphere. Yes, a very popular bar indeed. High recommended!
