A very man city pub. But as long as your respectful and enjoy a bit of banter a nice place to visit and we where there on a matchday

There don't seem to be many pubs near the Ethihad and Co-op arena but this place is recommended. There is no hand pumped beer, which was a disappointment, but other than that it has a great choice on offer. The staff were efficient, and the locals all very friendly

Phenomenal pub! Rocked up with the lars and were treated to several top beverages including Madri, Guinness, and John Smiths. Top atmosphere and lovely staff, collected and cleaned glasses. *In the terminator voice* "I'll be back".

So much fun!! I'd been recommend the Townley by a friend who'd visited before to pregame for a Man City match. We got there early to watch the early EPL game and it wasnt packed at first but as we got closer to the Man city match, it got really packed. Great environment, easy to get a beer even though it was packed. Friendly bartenders and a 5 minute wall to Ethiad. Definitely a must if you are wanting to pre-game. If you want a seat, get there early. Thank you Townley for making my 1st EPL game, all the way from Atlanta Georgia, a great time!

I would prefer to say no stars. This is a dirty, grubby pub, drugs going on all the time, not a nice place to be especially on match days, landlord and staff don't even know how to run a pub. Save your money and stay away.

Great pub on match day busy but atmosphere is buzzing

I went there first time, as a City fan it's really great to go there pre kickoff. Had a nice time there and will go again

When in with my Oldman for a quick paint day after derby Great staff and great bunch of locals Red an Blue... Jukebox pool table an massive TVs for the games 😉

They isn't many toilets,especially if it's match day you could be waiting a good 20 mins if not longer ,to nip the loo

Fab place for a beverage before City games for home fans. Nice and calm with no hooligans. Only does pies for food and toilets aren't great but still great for a pre match pint.

Decent bar, very busy as not sure of many other bars around the stadium. Don't wear away colours if you are a visiting supporter. Chatted with home supporters, no issues.

We were at a funeral and they put karaoke on.

It's a decent local pub. Sometimes you can watch footy or Tipping Point. The locals will chat to you and beer is cheap.

It was my first time to visit this place due to live coverage of Mancity vs Chelsea Champions league cup finals. The staff were so friendly and they did had good security, The place is not that big but atleast we had fun. Am sure you will not be dissapointed its a lovely place to go for drinks. 💙

TOP ATMOSPHERE PROPER Boozer and Good Prices

Friendly pub. Entertainment on of a weekend. Have a darts & pool team & bingo on during the week. Very close to MCFC stadium. Out side seated beer garden.

Decent place to go for a drink on matchday. Usually well organised behind the bar and you tend to get served reasonably quickly.

I really didn’t like anything about this pub. The beer tasted awful, the lock on the toilet door was broken and bad smells throughout.

Visited for a few whilst working at the Velodrome... Class little boozer! Staff really friendly. Loved it 👍👌
