I stayed here for 2 nights on a room only basis. I was in Arbroath to watch football. The hotel is in the Town centre. I had a warm welcome when I got there. The room was more than adequate for my requirements, ensure with tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel had a downstairs bar and varied menu to choose from. Overall, it was value for money and there are plentynof pubs and eating places nearby.

Made welcome at busy lunchtime. Immediate table made available in well appointed restaurant lounge. Option for half portion of breaded haddock available. Prompt service and more than adequate for our needs followed by excellent coffee. Toilets very clean and hotel environs looked good.

Arbroath Road
Terrible, don't go unless you don't mind it being dirty and leaving smelling like a chip pan. The picnic table, bench, floor, skirting boards were filthy and there was a blue haze around open plan kitchen. Extractor fans were not in use, we left reeking of fat. Our meals were terrible and the server looked like she'd just walked in off the streets, leggings in socks, trainers and a black hoody. When it originally opened,2020, it had so much promise.

103-105 Dundee StreetStayed the night cheap in price but nothing cheap about the room.Lovely smell as soon as you walked into the room.Nice clean comfortable bedding.only down was the bathroom, only a shower with a big step into and out.Good car park with barrier to get in.

Links Parade Links House, Carnoustie DD7 7JE ScotlandWhat a phenomenal experience dinner was tonight. Food was out of this world. Service by Anna was attentive, friendly and brilliant. My father in laws 80th birthday dinner was one to remember!!!
