Always a pleasure stopping off at the Toast Office, Staff and Jay always helpful and friendly. Tuna melt Toasties and coffee plus decent real bean decaf.

Lots of visits for cake and coffee with friends and time to catch up. The staff are lovely Charlotte remembers our regular orders and bakes Devine tray bakes and Jay the owner can’t do enough for his customers. A great atmosphere friendly with a cosy feel

Superb selection of dishes, from light snacks to a complete meal. The Ciabatta was cooked just perfectly and so fresh. Had the Postie Ciabatta and it was so good and filling, the dressing includes humus which must have been homemade, no aftertaste, just went well with the free chips on the side, which also included fresh carrot, and peppers.

Cute cafe, friendly and welcoming staff, dog friendly and seating area outside. Love it

It's the best coffee shop foodie place around. Real feel atmosphere, great people, and owner. So tranquil in there to sit, drink a cuppa, or have a sandwich. The coffee is amazing, as is the food.

The place is very good. The only problem is that i’m not a massive fan of the way they prepare food. Touching bread and the meat/egg without gloves. Seems like a bit of a concern to me. More glove usage and more hand washing would raise this score up to 5 stars. Quality of items is brilliant.

The Toast Office is our favourite cafe. The atmosphere is great, the seats are comfortable and it’s nice that they now open 7 days a week. They serve loose leaf tea and delicious coffee, both from St Martins Coffee Roasters. The staff are very attentive and will create toasties and other things to your tastes. For example you can ask for minimum fat, no cheese, etc. And finally they’ve also have tasty cakes!

Had a sausage muffin about 3 inches £5 so expensive

Lovely relaxed atmosphere to come locally for a coffee and something to eat. Nice to be able to walk somewhere from the village. Table partly cleared before both of us had finished straight into washing up bowl. Would have been better to have waited until both finished and used a tray, but felt like youthful inexperience. Avocado and egg on a muffin just felt lacking a little. The service was friendly. Overall a great facility for the village all the same. Will return.

Friendly and warm on arrival, they were self aware that we had a newborn and were kind enough to ask us how we were coping. The food was delicious. My wife went for smashed avo on wholemeal and I had the the 3 cheese pepperoni. We both enjoyed our meals and will be visiting again.

Lovely little place in centre of village, near supermarket and other shops, Parking nearby is free. Not far from Wistow Garden Ctr, and Maze.

Lovely little find on our way through fleckney. Pit stop for a coffee and toasted tea cake. They cater for gluten free to, with bread buns and cakes, lovely coffee shop and very friendly staff.

Great staff and delicious food. They also make a good cup of coffee and their desserts are homemade goodnesses.

Friendly staff and good service. Nice and clean. The best aspect for me is the range of gluten-free options, and they are careful to prepare the gluten-free options away from the usual bread/cakes, which is fantastic for a coeliac like me.

This is a lovely cafe. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have a loyalty card which I picked up on my first visit as I knew it would be a regular stop for me. A good choice of cakes all very appealing and will take a few visits before I taste them all. A small garden which happens to be a sun trap gives extra space and appeal. Parking is nearby so no hassles there either. Do visit and enjoy.

Love it here,and have been visiting since the Jay and his wife opened. I used to bring my Mum, and in the last few months when she was in a wheelchair, we'd sit in the rear court yard and enjoy coffee and scones. There is a disable toilet inside and a step up through the front though I didn't want to try and lift the chair,though I'm sure If I had asked for help Jay would of offered. The food is breakfast/brunch/lunch selection; toast,sandwiches, muffins etc ... Great selection too of cakes, many vegan/vegetarian I believe. Hot and cold drinks. A charity book stall .Reward card available. A cosy little café that resides in what was Fleckney's postoffice. Situated in the heart of the village. Today I took my dog for the first time. I was the only customer but not for long.A family joined us near the log burner and we were all soon chatting away. By the time we left the café was full and with Christmas music playing it was a shame to leave. Your always greeted with smiles from the staff and dog biscuits for your companions.

It's always a pleasure to find somewhere new that exceeds ones expectations. What the Toast Office does it does well. There are plenty of food and drink options. Nothing too fancy but definitely well thought out and executed. It was a bit of a late breakfast for me and the coffee and omelette muffin got me off to a good start. The staff are friendly and welcoming and make you feel like you're a local even on your first visit. I'm looking forward to returning next time I'm in Fleckney.

If your looking for the best in coffee and great homemade cooking, the cakes are scrummy and delicious. get a full meal or a snack and its all served with love. Free wifi and great table to work on.

Had a fab bacon brie and cranberry toasted ciabatta which was beautifully presented with scrummy sides of crunchy veg batons, hummus and tortilla chips. The cafe is cosy and very very friendly. Jay and the team are amazing and nothing is too much bother. Dog friendly and family friendly. A great place to sit and chat and watch the world go by. Highly recommended

Delicious cheese scone and chutney. Plenty of not dairy options available for coffees and very friendly staff. Enjoyed visiting!

Really nice food, well priced and has a small kids play area to keep kids entertained. Dogs welcome too which was a bonus.

The Toast Office is a great little cafe and it was brave and innovative of the owners to open a cafe from where they had run the post office. The staff are lovely and welcoming. It’s great for the local community and passing trade. My brother says it’s the best coffee for miles around, and their cakes are delicious too.

When I return home to the village after working away, I thoroughly enjoy a nice stroll and stopping of at the Toast Office. Staff are friendly and efficient, the food and drinks are scrumptious and it has a very charming character. Plenty of Veg, Vegan and Gluten free options which I love. If you’re in the village then this place is a must!!

We recently revisited the Toast Office in Fleckney and again found the staff friendly, pleasant and efficient serving excellent food and drink. So strongly recommend and do not forget to have your loyalty card stamped as a bonus.

We picked the Toast House as a meeting point for a family walk. Nice people, very good coffee and well appointed. The cakes looked good - but the walk beckoned...…..!

Believe this was once the village Post Office hence the name and what a gem of a find.Pleasant helpful staff, good food and drink at a reasonable price, with comfortable seating and surroundings to spend the time and relax. We did find parking a problem and do not understand why there is not a crossing right here in the centre between the shops on this very busy street. Having said all that we still strongly recommend the Toast Office.

Fleckney toast office is so comfortable and welcoming with a lovely friendly atmosphere. Their homemade cakes are delicious, their sandwiches and toasties are very tasty and their customer service is excellent. I visit with my grandchildren at least once a week!

Staff are just lovely, can’t do enough to help or make your visit perfect. The avocado smash with chillies in is my new best friend. Tried making at home but doesn’t taste as good. Coffee is also spot on, not that stuff that gives you headaches or even tasteless granules.

We try to pop in for lunch or coffee and cake whenever we can. Great coffee, sandwiches are tasty, and the cakes are delicious. The staff are always friendly and smiling.

Lovely quiet place with amazing food

Recently called in for a coffee and was tempted by the delicious range of cakes. We had 2 americanos and pot of tea that easily did 2 cups, a slice of white chocolate & raspberry cake and a slice of chocolate tiffin, which came to £12.50. The cafe is nicely decorated and had a lovely friendly feel to it, staff were attentive and polite. It was lovely to see that dogs were allowed to come in. Will definitely be returning.

This lovely cafe, in the building which used to be the Post Office, is a real boon for Fleckney. Have been there several times for lunch or coffee. Really lovely food, good quality and served promptly. Had a cheese, onion and tomato toasted sandwich on whole meal bread yesterday - delicious! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good range of sandwiches, toasted or cold on different breads plus teas and coffees. Cakes too, I think, but I have mostly eaten the savoury good. Choice of seating too - tables and chairs, sofas and high stools. Highly recommend this cafe.

Called in with our walking group. A very good range of coffees with a great taste. The selection of cakes looked delicious, but we shall have to go back again to try them. Very good and friendly service.

Lovely people and prompt service

The Toast Office is just what Fleckney needed - a lovely, cosy cafe serving really good coffee and delicious toasted sandwiches. Everything is served beautifully with little extras like vegetable crisps and houmous. I have been three times in the last month and the service is always prompt and friendly and the food is consistently good.

The toast office, once the post office, clever name, is a very welcome addition to Fleckney. The food and drinks are delicious with a choice of vegan cakes and soya milk. The staff are friendly and service is quick. Customers can choose sofas near a cosy fire or comfortable chairs and tables. En route to the toilets are vintage photographs and there is a novelty clock. A pleasant, relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a nice break.

Brilliant food, Brilliant staff. Homely place! Really can't complain with the prices either. I can't remember the last time that I went anywhere this good for Coffee! Girlfriend loves the place! will definitely come back soon!

Went to the Toast Office for lunch with my friend. Second visit and equally as good as the first time. The chicken, chorizo and 3 cheese ciabatta was edged out and accompanied by get sticks and get crisps.
