Blend Coffee and Cakes gave my wife and I excellent service when we visited. As it was so busy (always a good sign) we had to sit outside but as it was a warm sunny day it made the experience even better. There is a good selection of meals and the freshly made meals are delicious. The service was excellent and very friendly. I highly recommend Blends.

We always call in here when in town. The staff are very friendly and helpful, it was busy as usual but managed to get the last table, the menu and food was very good. Definitely recommend

Phoned and reserved a table today for us 3 and my dog, not a problem 👍 Lovely friendly staff and the food and drink was fantastic - hot, tasty and really nicely plated with a inviting side salad. The cakes looked amazing and homemade. Great menu choice also. The cafe is warm and attractively decorated and clean toilet. 10/10 will always visit 😊

Cute boutique cafe down a little road. We ordered the ham and mustard and salad sandwich and also the homemade quiche, that came with coleslaw, salad and crisps. Salad was too salty but thankfully the staff brought out some fresh salad and dressing, so that was appreciated. Everything was delicious. Drinks were lovely, enjoyed a fantastic Sicilian lemonade. Look forward to trying out other things on the menu. Ordered a couple of cakes to take away, also very tasty. The cappuccino cake was very enjoyable, the toffee and ginger cake is on standby for tonight's pudding! Portions a little small but perfectly adequate and good value for the quality. I'm glad to support independant local businesses like this one. Bill altogether came to £25 for lunch and drinks for two as well as 2 slices of cake. Thanks and see you again soon!

An impromptu team meeting, meant the team at Blend had to put up with a descent of software-devs, covering a table with post-its, while needing a constant supply of fresh coffee. The whole staff were warm, friendly and happy to oblige our rag tag bunch. So happy and can't wait to go again.

An evening with 50 friends Blend supplied us with with the most gorgeous selection of sandwiches and a large Asparagus & Salmon quiche. I can’t recommend them enough for what they produced. Big Thankyou especially to Hazel & Ellie, the staff are also amazing. Don’t hesitate if you have a little soirée coming up give Blend a 📞 you won’t be disappointed.

Blend is my favourite place to meet friends for coffee or lunch. Always a great selection of freshly made treats with a great breakfast and lunch menu too. And always made to feel welcome by the friendly staff.

Had to deliver a package in Market Harborough this morning and asked the receiver for the best local (non chain) cafe. He was certainly right! Service with a smile, great coffee and fantastic coffee cake to go with it.

The best coffee I’ve had in ages good selection of lunches toasties sandwiches jacket potatoes etc all were tasty and freshly made also an amazing range of cakes with both dairy free and gluten free options! The staff were friendly and welcoming and rearranged the tables to accommodate our group we will definitely be back again soon x

Called in for lunch, this is a nice, small dog friendly cafe, the staff were very friendly and helpful, food delicious, good atmosphere. The menu had a good selection and prices fair, worth a try

We were looking for an alternative to the usual high street branded coffee shops and found this hidden gem. It was almost closing time but we managed to grab a lovely mocha, coffee and slice of yummy cake. The staff were friendly and welcomed our little dog with a treat 😊 The bathroom was impressively clean too, considering that it was the end of a busy Saturday. Definitely coming back!

Popped into Blend for a coffee on our way into East Anglia. Lovely little cafe. Great friendly staff. But more importantly great tasting coffee. One of the best I had for a while. Plus a little biscuit as well. Nice clean toilets as a bonus. Good visit.

Popped in for a coffee, friendly staff nice and warm drink (without having to ask for it to be like that - take note the big chains). Cakes and other treats looked very nice as well but I refrained. Nice to see a good local shop selling a well made coffee at a reasonable price.

Out with mum and dad today in the market town of market Harborough and stopped at blends coffee and cakes to have a little lunch and at the of end of my quality time together with them I had to thank the team who were working there. Food was great but service was so polite and friendly I just felt they created a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy the occasion . Well done Blends Coffee and Cakes 11 out of 10 !!

Just a 'pit stop' for coffee but has a good ambience and seemed full of locals, which is always a good sign. Good assortment of naughty treats so I don't think you will go wrong visiting Blend Coffee & Cakes.

Quality Coffee and yummy snacks including Gluten Free. We had 2 flat whites, a raspberry milkshake, 2 rocky roads and 2 GF caramel shortcake, for just shy of £20.

First visit here and enjoyed a selection of toasted tea cakes and homemade cakes. This cafe offers gluten free options and milk alternatives. The toasted tea cakes were delicious and the gluten free ginger cake was sublime and light. We also tried the lemon cake which wasn’t as good, more sickly sweet, however the staff were friendly and we will definitely return.

Very friendly staff, good coffee and better than average cakes but at lunchtime it was rather cramped and felt a bit uncomfortable as it was steaming up in there! A damp day so plenty of raincoats dripping about as well as the steam from the coffee machine. Worth a visit but maybe not on a rainy day!

Our initial greeting was a very wet, humid one with condensation running down the windows and very damp air. We ordered coffee. The staff said it was table service unfortunately it was a very slow response. The staff were friendly but I would have to say the service was incredibly slow. I think we waited around 15 minutes for 3 coffees. It was nice and hot when it arrived and was a very mild blend but the staff use a domestic grinder for their beans but don't realise this is the most important part of the equation. They use a great machine though. I'd say a little Barista training would do wonders along with a dehumidifier. Coming from a coffee background I always enjoy trying local independent shops. It wasn't unpleasant but some small changes would do wonders. Great effort though.

We were in Market Harborough for a family get together so decided to go out for some lunch.We were greeted warmly and given time to decide what we all wanted to eat.The choice was extremely good and when our food arrived it was presented nicely and very tasty.My partner and I are lovers of good quality coffee,which is what we received here.One small complaint,our cans of Pepsi were brought to the table inside the drinking glasses,not a very hygienic practice hence not 5 stars.We would eat here again and although it was a little hot inside ,there are a few tables outside if you prefer

Love this little coffee shop! Cakes are home made and always fresh. I have to say probably the best service for a coffee shop in the town. Food is made fresh to order and certainly worth it. This coffee shop has quickly become a firm favourite. Well done all!!

I've been here a few times now and love it, especially as they are one of the few places in Market Harborough that allow your dog inside - they always provide a very warm welcome. It gets very busy, but you can see why - great food, great staff, make sure you try it if you haven't yet!

We called in today and were very pleased with the quality of the coffee and the caramel cake. The cake was excellent, very moist and tasty. It was nice to sit outside as well. Hope to return again sometime

This is little gem, simple, fresh, home made food at very reasonable prices. excellent coffee without a "barista" is sight - lovely! Cakes to die for, free WiFi and genuinely pleasant staff, what's not to like? As a British business they pay their taxes unlike the three chains in Harborough. I'll be going again.

We found this place when visiting the area during last summer's heatwave and sat outside many days because we had our ever-present dog with us. On a cold, wet and windy April day this year, this was a most welcome and cosy sanctuary. Nice atmosphere inside with great staff. Fabulous coffee and cake (try the spiced honey cake) and - what's more - they welcomed our small dog inside. He has the cute factor and customers liked him, also. I am just glad that for once he was on his best behaviour and turned on the charm!

Nice little place, not pretentious. Easily accessible for those with mobility issues. Friendly staff, fresh sandwiches served with a little salad, proper tea, and tasty coffee. Decent prices too. What’s not to like?

Great service and fantastic coffee

A slightly out of the way cafe, an independent which I always prefer, clean and friendly, that does very good coffee and light snacks, this time I had a "toastie" which came with crisps and small but fresh chopped salad. The "toastie" was tasty, and all quite inexpensive.

This is the first time I have been to Blend. My daughter lives locally and we usually go for lunch elsewhere. We were both impressed with the quality of food - the tuna melt toastie was well presented and just as we like it and the coffee was perfect. But most of all the customer service was excellent, the staff very natural and friendly. We are looking forward to going back and trying one of their delicious cakes!

We are not local to MH so some eating places etc are hit and miss. The Blend Coffee Shop is certainly a hit. Firstly "coffee shop" is a bit misleading. It's far more than that. The food is excellent, freshly prepared and served by a very pleasant staff. We called in lunch time and had a toasted sandwich each served with a fresh tasty salad and two coffees. Certainly not expensive. It is a venue we will certainly visit again.

Visited for a morning coffee and toast. The bread was very fresh but the butter was in the small packs which were very hard so very difficult to spread. Coffee was very nice

I can not fault this place. A warm welcome on arrival and the staff can not do enough to help, particularly where small children and babies are involved. Fantastic coffee and amazing cakes, that all taste fresh.

Went in for a brew and ended up having an amazing lunch. Fresh tea was divine, would highly recommend a visit. Number 4 in location! In my eyes should be number 1!!

We were not disappointed. The latte was absolutely perfect and the foam was made into a sweet heart from the foam. I had seen the cake advertised on Facebook and the chocolate fudge cake was to die for. Perfect combination of chocolate and fudge whilst not too sickly! My partner had the coffee cake and also gave a similar review. I can confirm now that we will defintiely be looking to return to blend and may sample the lunch menu next time! The staff were polite and even though they have a cafe to run, they made time to converse with the customers and us during our coffee break

Visited the new Blends for a sneaky bit of cake and coffee. Lovely welcome from the new owner Ellie. - we opted to try the house coffee cake and brownies plus coffe snd a chocolate milk shake. Promptly served and the cake really was to die for. Coffee really nice as was milk shake - great to see paper straws in use.

This is a small coffee shop, very centrally based and the service, coffee and cake were all very good.

We visited this cafe as a family looking for a late lunch. The cafe wasn’t busy when we arrived, but was dirty and messy, with food and mess on the floor and dirty plates on almost every table. Not a good sign.

If you want an independent as opposed to a chain coffee shop. Thus is an excellent choice. Staff always are happy to see you and they provide good tasty drinks and a good range of snacks and treats. On nice days you can even sit outside which is lovely. Easy to walk to or paid parking very nearby long with all that Market Harborough has to offer either before or after your visit to blend coffee.

MARKET Harborough boasts a stack of excellent coffee shops and tearooms - but Blend's is our favourite.

Good coffee and lovely staff. Table service with a smile even outside. Coffees could be served in larger portions.... very small cup of black coffee for £2.. no cream or sugar. Tastes good but not good value. I will come again but maybe have a pot of tea. 🤗

All you could wish for in a local coffee shop, the coffee and food selection is good. The only negatives are the large food portion sizes and the rather snug premises.

Mi amigo y yo comimos aquí hoy. Ha sido un número de años desde que he estado aquí pero pensamos darle una oportunidad. Pedir bastante rápido, por desgracia me dieron un vaso sucio para mi bebida. Sin embargo, cuando me presenté a la chica que sustituye a mi vaso y me dieron una nueva de san pelligrino pueden acceder. Me pareció que estaba bien. El café sin embargo necesita ser limpiaba un poco me siento. Mi café estaba muy bien y no tengo ninguna queja sobre el horneado fritas con frijoles y queso. Encontrará su mucho más razonable que el enigma sobre la carretera.
