The Three Little Bakers in Highland

We went for a sandwich to takeaway and even though we got what we asked for the presentation was pretty poor and it put us off going back again. And price a tad steep for what it was too. Its great if you need sustenance in a hurry. We visited here back in 2022. We however use the chemist next door which I'd why Three Little Bakers has flagged up on here.

I visited the cradlehall cafe & bakery this week around 20 minutes before closing and bought some cakes to takeaway. After paying I asked to use the toilet and was told no as they don’t allow use of the toilets when the cafe is closed. I would have assumed customer toilets would always be open for a paying customer apart from also being 36 weeks pregnant and desperate. This shop is the opposite side of town from my house and I was driving out of town (20 minutes) to visit family and had to drive back towards town to find a toilet to use. The cakes were nice however In future I will go elsewhere where I know as a paying customer I’ll be able to use the toilet.

Everytime I go to(Hilton) The Three Little Bakers, they never smile, say Hi or Bye, very disgusting customer service, I feel very uncomfortable going in the place, think it’s the manager it service me, I asked for some thing else and she went and rolled her eyes back of her head.

Normally I quite like their breadstuffs, but don't find them so great on some of their cakes and confections, although the truffle slice is superb. Recently they've added an extension with tables and chairs as a local lunch spot.

A true wee gem in cradlehall Wonderful bacon rolls as for the cakes totally awsome all washed down with beautiful coffee I always enjoy a visit

I had a good chocolate cake here and the staff where friendly. Me and my mum came here about 15 mins before it closed and we did not feel rushed I would recomend this place

Definitely the best pain au raisins at the three little bakers. Not shy with the icing or the size. Always a good selection available. Lovely staff too. Highly recommend a visit.

Great baking and hot food to take away. A good coffee or tea as well and their fresh pizzas are really tasty too.

Worst coffee ever, had coffee cranuals in it. I have been loads of times and they are great, they must have known at Cradlehall!? Or something wrong with coffee machine?

Really love this bakers and supporting a family concern. Nice products and staff and very reasonably priced.

Keeping this short! Went in today, bought a loaf, 4 rolls and 2 cakes! One cake was a chocolate eclair the other an iced ring! Took them home, rolls and loaf are ok but the cakes I think had been on the shelf for longer than a week! Hard, stale and tasteless! Absolutely disgusting! Totally disappointed and angry at the waste of money! Both cakes are in the bin! Won’t buy from there again! End.

Friendly staff. And, they tracked me down two stores away to return money I had dropped!

If we are in town we often call in at the Three Little Bakers for a salad box. You can help yourself and the selection is really varied and tasty. We find it very good value. I particularly like their soups which are soooo tasty, you get a decent portion and the containers are all Vegware which is good to see. Sometimes needs to be a bit hotter but that’s my only crit.

Went for the first time to the "new" bakery today as I was in a rush for lunch. Ordered one of the soups from their board, only to be told they had none left (maybe they should remove it from the board to save people queuing for ages to find out what they want is not available) Instead, as i had waited in the queue anyway, I Ordered a baked potato with coronation chicken. Asked if i wanted butter (which i saw was actually Clover - margarine) - no thanks. If it was butter then absolutely but who has margarine on a baked potato? Yuk! Back to my desk to eat it - first mouthful of coronation chicken tasted a bit funny, but i tried another bit was all slimy and a horrible texture of meat. Couldnt eat it - so it ended up in the bin. What a waste of money.

Dencent little place nice food. The only criticism I would have is the hot food and cakes were a bit undercooked and could do with being cooked for a short time longer

Thought would try the new outlet, nice modern layout as you would expect from a new place. Filled roll was nice but could be hotter, and nice moist cake. Service a bit slow but I'm sure will be quicker soon. Would like to see hats or hairnet being worn next time

Probably the best morning rolls out there, and the best smiles, (from the lovely dark haired girl) when being served.

Me and my partner just bought 2 bacon rolls from here. The rolls were not fresh, the bacon was overcooked and hard and there was only 1 slice of bacon. Would definitely not recommend going here for breakfast rolls.

I was a regular customer here for many years before moving away. The cakes, breads, scones etc were always first class but I was shocked to have to put half of my most recent purchases in the bin. The sausage rolls were decent enough, though nothing to write home about. The scones were rock hard on the outside and had to be put in the microwave for 30 seconds to soften them up ( this was just 3 hours after they were bought ) The butteries were so stale they were totally inedible, even after trying to warm them up to see if that would make them more palatable. They were so tough and stale they were impenetrable. Ironically, on leaving the shop, I remarked to my partner about how reasonably priced they were, in comparison to another very popular local bakery. Not if items later end up in the bin though..... A really poor show and I’m quite shocked as I’ve never bought such stale items from any bakers shop before. Sorry Three Little Bakers but what on earth has gone wrong?

We took a chance this bakery - and what a great choice All the rolls, bridies and scones were exceptional and the prices were great -- the lady who served us was so friendly and patient as she explained what was what to us Canadians

Pull up your belt and let all things go, this baker is yummy yum yum with a capital Y, Great range will prepared and worth each scottish pound for a taste of yummy

Not only are their morning rolls the best, you can have the option of well-fired rolls. Buy 4 and you get a special price. The bread is great too and they still offer a choice between normal, medium and thick sliced. Great

heard so much about this bakers so went in because I was in the area got morning rolls and scones both excellent ,you smell the freshness before you open the door to go in ,I will go back next time a cake.

A great quality baker, a huge selection of savoury pies etc. Great bread and rolls. Filled rolls and sanwhiches which offer good value.

Excellent little local bakery where everything is freshly prepared. Decent variety of breads and buns, all of which are enjoyable. The only thing that stops me giving it five stars is that it runs out of stock early in the day and choice can be very limited by early afternoon. A side effect of fresh baking I suppose!

This is a wonderful local baker 's with a great variety of bread and rolls. Their fruit and plain wholemeal scones are delicious and sell out very quickly. Staff are friendly and owners are hands on, front of shop and baking.
