The Three Horseshoes in Watford

Haven't been here for years. Food was surprisingly ok. Service ok. Toilets filthy

The food is actually good, but in my opinion, they need a chef who can cook steak. Last 3 times now I have ordered steak I have requested medium rare. I have had 3 differently cooked steak. Also you can see why some meals are served on the cold side, as they place a meal ready for serving to one side whilst they wait for others in that order to finish their cook.

Need proper management ,told 5 minutes for table actually waited minutes loads of tables free shown to table that hadnt been cleaned told to wait there no one came to clean staff just milling around.finished drinks we pre brought and went home.Need a proper manager or assistant manager to shake this place up.

Steak over cooked missed off the beans from our order. Waitess was friendly and chipper. The refurb looks nice. Lots of new staff .

First time here, and wow this place has certainly got it right, They have just had a re-fit and it looks amazing, Other Harvester's could take note here, on arrival parked up, here you have to register your car, which is easy to do, and we was greeted by Cally very friendly and helpful, she showed us to our table, was a delight to see someone who enjoys there job, so well done to her. Then we were attended to by Chelsea who again was so helpful and was working very hard. If I could rate here 10/10 then I would, so if your passing or your a local call in and see for yourself. Thank you for looking after us today.

You get a warm, welcoming, and lovely friendly caring staff. Food good and hot. The only place I will eat inside in Watford .

Haven't been to a Harvester for a long time. Food is filling but quality not as good as I remember. The salad bar is excellent but the main course lacked seasoning and flavour. Service was very good but we sat next to a family who spent a large amount of their time swearing at one another, so atmosphere was not as good as we would have liked. May try it again in the future....We will see...

Very enjoyable family meal at a very reasonable price, our server was excellent, and food served with a nice gap inbetweeners courses which made a very pleasant change.

It is more of an eating place for groups but I went at a quiet time. To my mind a pint for a fiver is much too expensive. Not that warm on a cold day either.

Yes, as always pretty good and the staff on this occasion were good too. I remember the place back in the 70's with its art deco fireplaces, I hope they are still there hidden behind the facades.

My favourite place to go when I am hungry. Fabulously tasty food with a selection of sauces. I highly recommend this Restaurant if you like grilled food. Free salad with main meal.

It used to be great pub. But sadly those days have long since passed.. it's a shadow of its former self. Staff are always helpful and friendly enough. But the food is terrible and the place is grubby with a gloomy atmosphere and lacking any sense of character. All in all a massive let down..

Food not great some of the food was cold

We met up with our Grandson and had a very good meal. One of the best we have had there. It was a much better meal than we had prebipusky there. The staff were also very good.

We were a large group of people (36) and the food was brought out very quickly and was nice and tasty , the turkey was lovely. The waiter was also very good managing such a large group

This is not a Michelin star restaurant it had no AA rosettes however it does do some nice down to earth food at a good price. It's a great place to stop if you're looking for decent food a short trip from the M25.

Great staff, Nice meals, let down my the quality of the salad bar.

We visit for one hour every Wednesday for the last 4 times for a drink while our son plays football but we're now looking at other venues,the reason fruit flies the place is crawling with them,staff know but seem's out of there controll? One eventually flew into my wife's Pinot,the place needs a good deep clean.

This place never seems to be open!

Use it once a week and have mainly had good meals With friendly service. On the odd occasion when meal has not been to standard they have been quick to replace it, would definitely recommend.
