Went in for a coffee absolutely fantastic service from Ben! Amazing coffee and very polite..

Love a good Costa latte, iced vanilla or caramel latte or caramel frappe also bit cheaper than Starbucks xx

I highly recommend their hot chocolate, especially the version with whipped cream; it's a truly exceptional beverage.

I just been there and the Salted Caramel Frappe is the best I’ve ever tried.The lady at the counter did it for me!!I took twice of them.

The service is slow. The coffee is bitter and crap. When asked to put a much chocolate powder as possible on my cappuccino the woman, with an annoyed face, started throwing powder all over the table and the saucer. The biscuits were overpriced, as usual in these cafes. Better real 3 more minutes and go to caffe Nero, or even GREGGS have a better cappuccino than here (and much cheaper!!).

delivery not so good... was waiting for the driver but he just rang the doorbell and walked off. I have recently had an operation and reaching down is not easy for me. wish I hadn't bothered tipping him! All hot items and cold next to each other so treats had all melted to the bag!

Took about an hour to receive my order, the estimated time kept changing to a later time.

This morning the staff were amazing! I was in a rush for the train and they were very helpful and fast at making my coffee on time 😍 thanks a lot girls! 🌹

I felt very unwelcome. For whatever reason, I was ignored. A lady came and cleared all trays from around the room, she intentionally ignored mine. Then as I walked up to give my tray, she was giving me a weird look. You treat every customer with respect or don’t work in retail.

It was raining when arrived in Watford. All I was looking for coffee to warm up myself before start my shopping. Good location just in front of Atria shopping mall. Cool and cosy atmosphere, quick and with smile service by two girls. Attentive and good at their job. Coffee is always good and extra tuna melt sandwich. Seating available inside and out. I like the round shape light in middle of ceiling with soft dim light.

Love this Costa, always clean, friendly staff and quiet corners to chat if you don't want to sit in the main area. I meet my friend here every Thursday for a coffee, sometimes we're quick and other times we suddenly realise we've been chatting a couple of hours but we are never hustled to leave! They also have gluten free cake bars always available...another win for me.

Drink spilled all over the food

I took two small lattes and one of them was supposed to be with caramel syrup, I didn't understand where the price of £7 came from, I didn't receive a receipt and I barely understood what the consultant was saying 🤷🏼‍♀️

Atrocious service from the guy with the long hair. I got skipped while waiting for my coffee, later he asked me what my order was. (Don't they track orders as they come) Everyone in front on me got their order alright. No apologies for the late order, the guy just shoved it in front of me without even looking at me. Terrible! Won't be back.

Fouad is the TOP coffee maker. Warm food, excellent coffee, great service!!! Well done!!

Driver just hung bag on front door handle in the rain and left without ringing doorbell or knocking. When found bag at door, the rain had soaked through it and ruined the contents

really rude barista for no reason? The app doesn't work in store for rewards by the way and he was really rude about it. 0 stars, go to the one inside the centre. The rewards worked in the other one.

Friendly staff that work fast. Store was kept clean and tidy. Nice atmosphere inside. Not too noisy. Pleasant. Hot chocolate was nice and hot when served. Nice spacious seating area.

Often stop here to get a Frappé or other drink while in town. Staff are very friendly and the service is always quick. Would reccomend!

I walked on the rain carrying a backpack to go to this place cause it says here it's open until 10pm. I arrived there at 7pm and it was closed. It closes at 6pm...

Staff brilliant happy and helpful

Coffee was good but staff were unfriendly. Got our order wrong which isn't a problem but the lady serving was obviously irritated and treated us as if we were lying. There was no eye contact when addressing us and she was very rude. Her name was kinga.

Cosy & friendly, staff are nice… only inconvenient thing is the opening times are wrong on Google.. It says close 7:30pm but usually closes at 6 so everyone has to up and leave before anticipated. Other than that it’s good!

This is a really nice coffee place just inside Atria watford! The staff are really lovely and they always make the drinks to how you like them! They have a wide selection of hot and cold drinks so whether your trying to warm up in the winter or just have a refreshment they always have something for you. T stars all round!

This Costa branch is my most favourite out of all the Costa Branches in Watford. The staff there are very friendly and helpful and it's easy to get to from my parents house.

Badly trained staff, very expensive for prepacked sandwiches etc. Coffee served with cold milk on the side. Won't ever go back.

Staff were struggling a little on a system were ordering is done on a tablet, but in a certain order and by a pleasant member of staff with a strong European accent. The staff were pleasant with a new alien system. It did make an interesting if not fraustrating experience for a morning coffee.

Needs egg in the vegetarian sausage bap. 🙏

Nice coffee. Can get busy at times however. Average selection of cakes and pastries and sandwiches etc. Unfortunately there are not many vegetarian options - this one thing needs improvement.

Very helpful and pleasant staff, the coffee was just how I like it.

We were asked to finish our drinks by 4pm,... although we were ordering at 3:30 ? ... and the Coffee was cold.

It is very pleasant to enter a shopping center, which is summer and hot outside. You can drink a hot cappuccino and enjoy, because there is an air conditioner. The place is self-service, as in every chain of Costa coffee shops. It's nice to sit by the window and watch the people walking in the Atria shopping center

I like this branch because the people working here. One woman buzzes around at amazing speed and is friendly, the other woman is really thoughtful and nice as well. Yes there's a bit of a wait when the queue get longer, but it's worth it.

Asked to cook my crossroit lightly said clearly! Burned it coz he forgot busy serving others while I waited patiently not saying anything didn't get a sorry had go back to work so had to try get it.

Bored and rude staff member. Lied about being unable to make the coffee in a normal mug and insisted I had a takeaway. I was a barista in costa for 6 years so I know it was rubbish.

I had a toastie and coffee. Staff were friendly and even though it was busy, the tables were cleared and service was quick.

Good quick service for a takeaway

Very bad baristas’s . The Blonde barista didn’t hesitate to shout at me while ordering and made the wrong drink when I made them aware of this They told me it was my problem. Had to argue with them for 5 minutes and finally they agreed to make the drink because everyone was looking at them. I couldn’t properly see but I think they added something out of ordinary to the new drink . I am truly disgusted by this barista. A brand like Costa shouldn’t hire this kind of people! Embarrising.
