Amazing staff they were friendly and attentive. Food was delicious. Booked for private dining and they went above and beyond, would definitely recommend!

Haseeb was particularly impressive , with great recommendations and service.

The lady did not allow my children to go to the toilet. She also did not allow them to go downstairs. The ice cream was also disgusting 🤢.

Can’t get why this restaurant could get 4.7 out of 5. Maybe just due to their interior design and service ? I ordered French toast with poached egg and pickled onion. The egg isn’t runny at all and I don’t think it is really poached egg that served at a brunch place. It cooked like between boiled egg and poached egg. The French toasts were drench in sickly sweet syrup with cinnamon sugar. This was one of the worst French toast I had in my life. my husband’s savoury breakfast with hash brown and chicken sausage was alright. However, I won’t visit this shop again even the price was reasonable.

Disappointed by this place, despite having heard good things. The atmosphere was spoiled by another group having a loud phone conversation (on speaker phone), which the wait staff did nothing about. The food was mediocre for the price.

First and foremost, Thank You to Tariq (store manager) and his team. The day couldn't have gone any smoother! We had a blast!!! I celebrated my Bridal Shower at Haute Dolci with 22 guests. Food and drinks were pre ordered. Everything went according to plan. No one had any complaints. The food came out hot. Everyone ate together. There weren't any hiccups. The service was impeccable. We booked an area for ourselves and I was a bit worried with customers getting in our space but (Tariq assured me that we wouldn't notice the customers entering) and he was absolutely right. The food looks exactly how it looks on their website and tastes even better! Everyone was satisfied and most ppl (including me) didn't finish their food because the portions were healthy. I would definitely recommend this venue, (make sure it's the one in Watford) for hire of any occasion. 20/10 ALL ROUND. Thanks again Tariq and Team 🤍

The cheat day cake was the best cake I’ve had in a while - beautiful flavour and so silky - earl grey tea for the table was so light and floral and paired well with the dessert. Amazing setup and beautiful decor perfect for a little treat and a nice cosy dessert.

Good customer service, nice food and beautiful desserts, my favourite is the light crispy waffles. Place is stunning and have returned many times.

Stopped by Haute Dolci for their fry up and it didn’t disappoint. A solid plate with all the essentials: perfectly runny eggs and golden hash browns that hit the spot. The toast was thick-cut and buttery, and they didn’t skimp on the beans. Presentation was on point classy without trying too hard. It’s a posh twist on a classic, but still hearty and satisfying. Great option if you’re after a quality breakfast with a bit of flair.

I would give them 0, if i had the option. This was our first time coming here. And to be honest, i along with my family were very excited, we stay on the high street. The food was okay, but the customer service was not REALLY BAD. The staff wouldn’t even let us finish as they say its 22:30, the time in google shows it closes at 11 but we came it at 22:00 and they gave us like 10 minutes to order as they said food will be closed. Really bad experience, telling the customers to pay even before they could finish the food and started clearing the plates when one of us was still eating. This is not really a good way to handle customers who pay so much.

Outdated menu on the window. Shakshuka felt a bit off, as if the tomatoes were from a can or something. Not delighted with food for such price especially.

Perfect place to have a bridal shower brunch

I was fooled by the interior and the high rating so you don’t have to… I chose to have brunch here and ordered 3 dishes between me and my partner, I had French toast with some sausages and egg and as you can see the egg was so overcooked, I don’t know how a restaurant can mess up a egg this bad (unless it’s one of those precooked egg that has been sitting there for ages), sausages were burnt and the French toasts were drench in sickly sweet and funny tasting sugar syrup, and the picked onions had no place in the dish.. it was a total disaster The waffle was again drenched in sweet chocolate sauce and had no flavour other than sweetness, and my husband’s savoury breakfast waffle was mediocre at best. Yes the service was okay, i had a drink which again tasted artificial and funny so complained about it and was resolved without a problem but all in all it’s not somewhere I would set food in again and the high rating is seriously baffling

Would give it a 0 if I could. Awful experience. Poor customer service. They didn’t have three things we wanted from the menu. Staff were rude when we brought up issues and started becoming argumentative rather than listening. The decor is the only almost decent thing about the place. For the price the food and service is really not worth it.

Awful service. Got seriously ill after having their salad - Dr said it is Listeria. Place needs a health and hygiene check. Husband had the Toastie and was fine but said it was bland. Not worth it. Get health services into this place please.

Such a lovely and Vibrant place .Had a cup of Coffee in this beautiful Restaurant.Located right in the middle of Watford High Street.Interior design was beautiful.Staff was very polite and devoted to customer service.i was greeted by Sehr(Assistant Manager)with a very beautiful smile.She took my Order and made a Splendid cup of coffee for me.And it was served by a girl name Ruby.While serving me Coffee i was told in detail about other items for breakfast.Restaurant was shining bright like a diamond.Restaurant was clean from tip to toe.I would highly recommend people to go there.

The dessert is 10/10 , perfect portion size and full of flavour .I tried the indiano chai masala tea pot , perfect amount of spice and sweetness . The staff were attentive and very accommodating , extremely polite . The decor was great , would definitely recommend.

I see many reviews raving about this place but it's so standard. It's nothing great. Maybe in Watford they don't have many dessert options. It's over priced and the strawberry didn't seem to have the freshness. Took the kids out and they did not enjoy it either. The seats are awful, dirty and coming apart.

The breakfast was tasty, but the dishes are not clearly marked for people with allergies and vegan and vegetarian dietary requirements. The waiter pointed out to us about the hot chocolate that it contains lactose only after ordering and drinking it, despite the fact that the drink was labeled as vegan, so it should not contain any lactose.

Bri was lovely and gave great recommendations

Staff not welcoming at all! We visited feb 28 late evening, staff did not greet us, so we decided to seat ourselves little bit at the back of the restaurant, one of the male staff member came to us and and without saying a word he pointed with his FINGER to sit by the front like some bunch of naughty kids. Anyways we browsed through the menu and the lady waiter was prioritising people and taking orders from them even though they arrived after us. We already decided to leave because clearly they are only prioritising people that look like them and come from a similar background/country. The lady waiter finally decides to come but we told her that we were leaving, personally if I was a waiter I would have asked if everything is okay and if there is a problem, but no she just said “okay” and took back the menus and left. Mind you we did not cause any chaos or problems at all. Very upsetting on their behalf as the place actually looks nice. From what I perceive if you don’t come from a similar background as the waiters, you won’t get treated well.

Just horrible attitude from the staff. Understand the shop was busy, but the lady just wanted to push us away. By saying it will take 30 to 40 for seat and another 30 minutes of waiting if order anything. We were more than willing to wait, and we travelled more than an hour to come to the place. She didnt even bother to ask if we are willing to wait. Appalling tone and body language.

It felt really good coming here . The food was delicious.My French toast was incredible.I loved when they put the water in the ice it was soooooo cool .Iam 8years old this a great experience
