Bri was so lovely and sweet. Really made my birthday. Looked after me and my daughter and even suprised me with a birthday treat!

Ruby, our waitress was very friendly and provided us with a good and speedy service. Food was amazing and good portion sizes. We ordered two dishes as they had petite options.

We had an incredible experience for my mom’s birthday. The supervisor Hasib was very friendly and attentive and created a memorable experience by playing the happy birthday song and presenting a pleasant surprise at the table! Will definitely visit again

I went here for a breakfast and got the English breakfast and it was the worst breakfast ever. The sausage taste like kebab roll and everything else was RAW. I complained to the girl and she just said we do spicy sausages and left. If you can open such a massive place may be invest some money and hire some professional staff.

Took my mum there as a group of 10 last night to get birthday desserts. They seated us without reservation & looked after us well, providing amazing dry ice effects & ‘happy birthday’ written on her plate, which was a really lovely touch. The desserts were very tasty & well presented, we’ll def go back!

Went with the family for breakfast and the food is high quality and absolutely delicious. The staff is very friendly, especially Tareq, who always welcomes us with a smile. Cannot recommend enough!!!

Superb place. 5 kids and 5 adults, what could go wrong? Absolutely nothing. Great service, food and atmosphere.

Lovely place with delicious desserts and great costumer service. My husband tried the “San Sebastian cheesecake” while I had the Waffle called “An Offer she can’t refuse”. Both desserts were really tasty & fresh. Cannot forget to mention our lovely waiter Angela, who served with so much grace and care. I can see ourselves coming back for sure!!

The service was amazing. The server we had was named Tarek and he was friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic and fresh, as well as well seasoned and hot. The desserts were delightful and the deal with the brunch was perfect. All the prices were very reasonable and worth every penny. The restaurant was very modern and it was a pleasure to have eaten there today. I’d definitely recommend.

The desserts at this restaurant are truly delectable, however, I must express my disappointment with the Saint Sébastien. Its appearance was unappetizing, and the taste was excessively sour. In contrast, the eggplosion and the breakfast items were quite enjoyable. Regrettably, the service left much to be desired. Upon our arrival, we requested a table in the upstairs area, but the receptionist promptly informed us that it might be fully reserved and suggested an alternative location. I found this alternative to be rather uncomfortable due to the excessive crowding and loud, unsettling music. It would have been more appropriate for the receptionist to verify the reservation status or politely suggest other available tables. Furthermore, after we were seated, the menu was provided without any inquiry regarding our comfort with the suggested location. The lack of attention from the staff was disappointing, and we were compelled to request the dessert menu ourselves. Considering the high standard of the cuisine, the overall experience was somewhat disheartening. Additionally, we observed that some chairs were soiled, and the salt and spice containers were noticeably stained.

We had a wonderful experience at Haute Dolci in Watford. Haseeb served us and was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The service was excellent, with desserts coming out quickly. They made my sister's birthday a truly memorable moment. Highly recommend!

the worker firstly got my freinds order wrong amd tried to give her a bigger item so she would have to sownd more then also when we were ordering was very impatioent and didnt give people tike to pick what they want they also didnt inform us of the service fee until he gave me the bill was then very rude and acted like it was our fault that he didnt have the change for what we paued for but at the end of the day it is you fault becuse the customer is always right

A surprise gem in Watford! Came across this on google Map and thought I would give it a try. The results, absolutely brilliant. Food is amazing and the staffs are fantastic too. The vibe is great. Would recommend this place for a brunch.

Very good service by Haseeb. He was diligent and made sure we were topped up for drinks and regular checks. The presentation of the food was really good. I enjoyed the veggies loaded fries and the (something) melt sandwich with chicken. The San Sebastián cheesecake was really good, they also put dry ice on the table after for nice effects. Would come again to try the burgers. Nice array of drinks and non alcoholic drinks. Perfect for anyone.
