Il be honest when I used to go to this place before the donner used to be very tasty (almost identical to spuddys in Bradford). However, when I have ordered donner today I have been totally disappointed …the quality of the donner is very poor and no salad. On top of that the prices have gone up for what? To eat rubber? Please avoid! I read other reviews and thought I’d still get a chance but this food is horrible. It is unedible!

The new owners have ruined this place that once used to do amazing food. Never again will I order from here. Just reading the previous review and the comment they put up after. I agree with that persons review entirely. The food is awful

The staff here are absolutely lovely, providing exceptional service that really stands out. I ordered the donner in naan, which was prepared incredibly quickly and was filled with an abundance of delicious flavors. The quality and taste exceeded my expectations, making it one of the best I've had. Honestly, I can't comprehend where the negative reviews are coming from, they must be the work of a disheartened competitor trying to undermine this fantastic establishment. The overall experience was truly delightful, and I highly recommend giving it a try.

Three chefs was known for its homemade donner and unique taste , however new owners have took over and seems to me they cant get the recipe right for the donner tastes nowhere like what it used to be , wouldnt bother going here again and overly priced , and dont like giving sauces 😂, will be closing down soon i would say ,

We got the Sufi special and some beef burgers and it was lovely. I also got a ‘muffin’ dessert, very different to what I would’ve expected given the name, but I loved it! The staff were lovely and I felt comfortable going in, which I don’t usually do for takeaways run by men. But they were very respectful and I really appreciate that! Thank you

There food is not the same never go back !

Great food, the standard of service and food from the new owners is nothing short of exceptional, I had the donner and fries alongside a flame grilled burger. Top quality food it was spot on price wise also. I don’t understand the negative reviews of some people here trying to berate the new owners.

New owners have changed the recipe and unless it is rectified will lose previously loyal customers. Three chefs USP was its homemade donner which you could not find anywhere else. It is now tastes like any other takeaway selling mass produced donner. Service was fine (despite having no garlic mayo which I was happy to overlook) and staff were friendly (even brought my food outside to me as I was waiting) but the food was unfortunately not. Special donner was oily, salty and rubbery. I did ring up to give my honest feedback and the staff member was appreciative. He mentioned that they had changed the recipe and used more lean beef and less spices, receiving mixed reviews from customers. My advice is to be as successful as the previous owners who had the takeaway for as long as I can remember… if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!

BE AWARE NEW OWNERS !!! the amazing stirfry donner has been replaced by a donner that's drowned in this red chilli sauce horrible horrible horrible idea, the menu has been RUINED if u like the OLD owners menu please like to raise awareness, I can't stand when people take over places and ruin it all !!

The food is 10/10 and the customer service was brilliant the staff treated me with respect and had fast service. The donner was delicious and they gave me a fat portion and I will definitely come again thank you very much

I am a bit upset they don't do deliveries so I had to go into the shop. I did not hear about this place before but I will definitely be coming back here again. I ordered the donner sizzler and it was very nice! Also the Sufi special capped off the Muffin makes a wonderful to go. Overall, I am very pleased with most importantly the customer service and the high standard of food. I was assured they would start doing deliveries soon so I am really looking forward to that.

Excellent customer service, food served piping hot, staff are very friendly and helpful. Due attention paid to customer orders my number one place for food in Batley bar none will be coming back again, loyal customer for life.

First time trying this place and I can hand on heart truly say that the food was absolutely magnificent! Im actually craving it again for breakfast. I got the donner on chips and a naan bread, WOW 😍😍 Portion sizes are king kong sized and the quality is 10/10 and that is not an exaggeration.

New owners, donner doesn’t taste the same at this rat den. Even after waiting for 2 hours the donner was cold and the order wasn’t even write. Try at your own risk!!!! Placed our order at 9:37 PM, we got it at 11.40pm. Despite all this wait, the food was cold and order was wrong. Didn’t give sauce either!

Heard a lot about their homemade Donner so took a trip down to their place. We ordered the Donner with naan as well as their homemade smash burger with fries. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal and also their special mustard sauce that really made it complete. Thanks to Zakariya and Yahya for everything on the day.

It’s really nice donner, however I would strongly recommend upgrading the sources as the current ones are not very nice specially the chillie source it really hasn’t got a nice taste to it

Love the unique Donner meat and the cheeseburger is better than many I've had. The muffin dessert is five*

First time trying this place, got a Sufi special pizza and a special Donner and I must say the good was really really good, was completely blown away! Full of flavour, the pizza was topped to the high heavens. Can't fault a thing. Definitely recommend and would definitely come again.

The best Donner by far forget German Donner Kebab and all its hype and fanciness stick to good old fashioned no nonesense take aways such as this. The Donner itself has a unique taste due to it being made in house with just the right amount of spice - this is my to go place for Donner !!

Tried the donner, nothing special in my opinion but each to their own.

Amazing donner- we got the special and this was so tasty. It came with sauces and salad and had a little bit of a kick to it. Staff are friendly and polite when speaking on the phone and also when you go in to the takeaway. This really is a hidden gem in Batley and definitely worth your money. We have eaten from here countless times and it’s always been a favourite because the quality never falters.

Live this takeaway...you have to try their home made donner. Also...their home made deaserts are amazing... ...dont tell too many people, we dont want it getting over busy! !

This little gem of a place is tucked away in a secret corner of batley...we have been coming here since day 1 & the food has been amazing - we've never been let down and always get service with a smile. The recent addition of desserts to the menu is just as impressive. Can definitely recommend their home made donner meat & chips...we won't buy it anywhere else now especially with salad and sauce.

The Donner is nice, not processed. Only criticism, no proper seating and this Donner would taste better with fat chips. 100%. The dessert: Muffins are good, prefer them over milk cakes 👍

Bought donner, thought it would like it has always been....bitterly disappointed, the donner had FAT spots throughout where the fat hadn't melted...disgusting....had to chuck it in the bin...have been having toilet trouble since.

Donner meat with melted cheese sauce and chips. SCRUMPTIOUS. Would prefer more salad options though, cucumber tomato lettuce etc wouldn't go a miss.

Sort burgers in England if you sliced the chicken fillet in half it would become a crisp. Donner was stale and salad was literally sprinkled on and the smallest portion of chips McDonald's does a bigger portion I wouldn't eat or recommend any 1

Fantastic Döner, best in Batley. Fresh homemade Döner. You can actually taste the meat with all its herbs and spices.

Legendary home made Donner that no one can even get close to, Alhamdulillah amazing family that runs it who make everything from scratch using their own recipes. Must try their new desserts and smash burgers.

The donner really has fallen from grace over the last 10 years. Used to taste fresh and be juicy and now it's just dry and unpleasant. Can't really recommend it no more.
