Lots of eating opportunities left and right of the micro pub. Simply an admirable place to discover ales - it has a good range and now that it has such a large following, there are plenty on offer at a very reasonable £4 a pint ( June 2024). What better than get an Indian delivered and eat that with the beers. Fabulous. Special days out around the area makes it a very sociable place

Walked round for a quiet drink ,only to be met by 20 plus teenagers hanging about drinking outside.A couple had come out of the Indian and were waiting for a taxi and they took were shocked. Not the Giraffes doing but what an absolute dive round there with litter and drinks bottles all over.Went to the Watermans instead.

I live close to the Thirsty Giraffe and wander around on a regular basis with the wife, friends, or just the dog! Always a good, friendly welcome, great selection of beers, ciders, and bottled lagers. Close to the Spice Merchant indian and Nepalese restaurant! It's definitely worth a visit!

Visited today, great service. The barman was very friendly & helpful. There is great local support for this micro brewery. The beer & cider was very good

Have enjoyed several visits to this new style pop up bar. A good selection of 20 + ciders and about 6 real ales from reasonably local breweries. Some seating outside. Good quality snacks.

Everything is just deep fried. Sausages straight into the fryer then burnt to a crisp on the grill, black pudding straight out of the freezer into the microwave then deep fryer. Money touched then straight back to food handling. Disgusting waste of £14. Straight in the bin
