Do not do food even though the tripadvisor says it'd open for food

Since travelling Thailand for a year, I have not tasted anything close to the authentic Thai flavours until finding the Thai Kitchen 😍. Not only was the food fab, the customer service was also great and they took allergies seriously. The delivery was at a safe distance and he was so polite! Can’t wait or order again!

Decide to give the Thai Kitchen a go as our Thai has closed down. The website was easy to use and only draw back is there is no contact number. The dishes arrived well packed and sealed to prevent leakage. The red was very vibrant and so was the green curry. Unfortunately when it came to taste both tasted similar and quite bland (watery) with a small amount of chicken in each and way too many vegetables. Maybe palm sugar was missing from the red? The rice was average and the chicken satay (which was okay) had the sauces missing but the restaurant kindly sent the driver back (who was very polite both times and wore PPE) there were also some very bland and slightly burnt prawn crackers included. Overall for £32 it was quite expensive and disappointing when you compare to an India or Chinese meal.

We’ve been searching for an authentic, good quality Thai restaurant for some time and ordering from The Thai Kitchen we were not disappointed. All dishes were made with very fresh ingredients with the right amount of spice throughout. The food arrived exactly on our appointment delivery slot time and was piping hot. We will definitely be ordering again.

Very good value for money and really nice dishes. Delivery was prompt -absolutely bang on time. Would like a few more authentic Thai dishes to choose; green papaya salad, minced chicken salad etc. Very hard to get the ‘real Thai’ feel in Ashford but this is definitely the closest we’ve come! Will order again.

I've found The Thai Kitchen by chance, while randomly scrolling FB and seeing a very positive comment that somebody left there about them. Then I decided to try them myself and I am very happy with my decision. I don't usually buy takeaways and prefer fresh, home cooked meals. So I was very surprised with the quality of the food. The veggies were fresh, properly cooked, still retaining the crunch, all the flavours were complementing each other and coming in waves. The presentation was clean and clear, one could easily tell what ingredients were used. So a huge difference from the usual take-away where I question the origins of the ingredients most of the time. By far the best Chinese take-away I've ever had in the UK. Keep it like this guys!

Finally... quality Thai food in the Ashford area! Delicious food delivered right on time. We’ll definitely be ordering with The Thai Kitchen again.

Fantastic food, delivered as promised in time slot agreed. Normally with most takeaways we end up having food that is thrown away, this is the first time that every container was empty! I wish we ordered more! Keep up the great work and I’ll be ordering again.

Ordered Friday afternoon for a 7.30-8.00 slot. Turned up just gone 7.30. The best Thai I have had. I understand that you guys are mainly outside caterers and have turned to this during lockdown. If so, please don't stop this offer once things are back to normal. We had a combination of tofu and fish dishes. fish cakes are to die for. Pad Thai was immense. Right quanity and quality of products was first rate. we haven't had a takeway for three months and will only ever be going back here for as long as we can. Top, top work. Ordered our first home delivery from The Thai Kitchen. Food arrived on the dot, piping hot and the quality was outstanding. Would highly recommend the Red Thai Chicken Curry and the Green Thai Chicken Curry, and the Weeping Tiger Steak was superb. Spring Rolls were fresh and tasty as were the Satay Chicken skewers. Can't fault anything.

We hired the Thai Kitchen for New Year’s Eve 2019. They were professional, organised and cooked a delicious authentic Thai meal of starters, mains and side dishes, (the menu was agreed beforehand between us). This all occurred in our kitchen which they then cleaned up and tidied afterwards. They were very friendly and we had no issue handing our kitchen over to them. They didn’t mind us watching to learn how to make some dishes in the future. We are planning on using them again for another special occasion very soon and also booking in some Thai Cookery lessons.
