Very tasty! Would recommend! We had Korean dishes as you can see from our photos. It’s great that there is a good Korean restaurant in Maidstone now! We will be coming back soon for the BBQ!Recommendations for the restaurant:-Would like to see more classics such as Yangnyeom chicken and pickled reddishon the menu. This Korean fried chicken sells well in other Korean restaurants.- Even though you wouldn’t get this in Korea, nice Korean art on the blank walls could help attract a wider audience. Having a place feel homely and cosy with warm lighting attracts us British people. Hopefully the above is helpful, I want you to succeed :)

Great for takeaways! Very friendly and helpful staff taking food orders. Having lived in Korea, I can recommend 7 Miles for the authenticity and good portions/value. I'm really looking forward to the restaurant re-opening after the pandemic subsides - the BBQ and buffet option will be fantastic! A hidden gem for Kent - I wish I'd known it was here when it first opened in 2019!

Four of us ate here last Saturday evening after having it recommended to us and we were not disappointed, even the vegans/vegetarians were well catered for. Its clean, staff were very helpful and the food was great, will definitely be returning to try out other dishes.

1st trip to 7 Miles. I went with an open mind as cooking my own food in a restaurant isn’t usual for me. The staff were so helpful and talked us through our options and how to cook etc. Genuinely enjoyed the experience and the food and I would thoroughly recommend. SK

Popped in here on a Saturday night with my wife and was surprised to find the place empty given the great reviews. Service was very friendly and helpful explaining some of the unfamiliar dishes to us. We had the steamed buns and dim sum for starters followed by the "bimibap"? for main as we had never tried it. All the food was excellent hot fresh and very tasty. Reasonably priced as well. The restaurant felt a little like it is more of a lunch time place to go with the plastic chairs and wooden boxes to sit on and it felt a little sterile and very bright and quiet. The BBQ was not on when we visited but they were very helpful explaining they will arrange it if you let them know you are coming. We will return to try the BBQ as everything else was great but maybe during the day next time.

For £17 a head the bbq is sublime. All the favourites, including Kim chi to die for. The bulgogi chicken, beef and pork is delicious, the spicy pork and chicken too.The service is excellent and the cleanliness unsurpassed. The staff are very attentive and helpful. If you like korean food this is for you. If you have never had korean food, this is still for you.Have been 5 times and it’s better than New Malden in London.

I live in the North of the country and Korean food is somewhat non-existent. I lived in London for a few years and was a great fan of New Malden as I got to try new cuisines... 7 Miles is better than any Korean I visited in New Malden. Selection of food is great, it's fresh, clean. Staff are polite and very friendly. Prices are reasonable and best of all it tastes fantastic. There's a bit of a learning curve if you've never been to a Korean BBQ before... and the hosts will guide you step by step and even cook for you, but really you want to get involved yourself and do it... it's part of the fun. It becomes an event, rather than just a meal. You must give it a visit if you want to try Korean food, or are someone who has already eaten Korean! A++++

We are so happy that finally there is a Korean BBQ restaurant in Maidstone! All you can eat buffet (excellent meat), friendly service and they offer a lot of Korean sodas and Asian beers - what else can you ask for? Next time we will definitely try their regular menu as well. Highly recommended!

I love the newly added sizzling plates, yesterday I had the spicy chicken, so tasty! My wife loves Bibimbap (a Korean rice dish. “Bibim” is Korean for mixing various ingredients, and “bap” refers to rice. Bibimbap is a bowl of warm white rice topped with namul or kimchi and gochujang, soy sauce, or doenjang and an egg), a really filling meal.

What is better than having someone cook dinner for you? Having to cook it yourself.7 miles is a Korean Barbeque restaurant giving you the choice of ordering a dish from the menu or cooking it yourself. There is a good selection of meats with different sauces, and the idea is that you choose your meat, take it to the table and cook it yourself. The sauces were great but the cooking took a while as the temperature was not as hot as I would like. I prefer to cook on searing heat, but that would not be safe in this environment. The food was nice, the staff was really friendly and the green grape juice was amazing. The food ordered off the menu looked really good as well. It's not for everyone but I would suggest trying it at least once.

I recently dined here with a group of friends and found it a very different way to dine. It’s effectively an indoor BBQ. You choose your food from a selection of prepared meats - chicken, pork, beef - and some vegetables and then take them back to the table and cook the food to your liking. It’s a buffet style so you can keep going back for more. There is a time slot of 1.5 hours. The staff were nice and friendly and price wise very reasonable.
