Haven't ordered from here in a while due to moving but our local has gone down hill so thought would give this a try again. Delivery was quicker than estimated which is nice! food was still hot and tasty very happy especially with price aswell! I would say chicken nuggets could of done with a little longer cooking but they wasn't under cooked.

Just been in here for dinner before the Sunday Sesh with the Old Boy, we had burgers n chips, was absolutely banging an we both said we will go back next time we frequent these parts!!! Service was fast friendly and the order was delivered correct and in a timely fashion.

Loads of mixed meat on the mixed kebab, donner meat lovely, chips very nice, loads of delicious crispy salad and delivered early

Not so perfect charcoal grill. I ordered an extra large chicken shish for myself and a small one for my partner. The amount of chicken was alright but the amount of salad was a joke. My partner had more salad in her small kebab than me in an extra large one.

it was opsulity disgusting service, food and atmosphere. As I requested to member of staff to provide tissue, fork and make food nice but to be honest nothing has been made properly. So I am not recommending to anyone.

Tasty food served by a great bunch of guys. If you look through the reviews, most of the bad ones reference delivery issues. If you’re at all worried - just go and collect. You won’t be disappointed!

Become very disappointed lately. Our last couple of orders the food has taken 1.5 hour to arrive and on the last occasion it was cold when it finally got to us. It’s a shame as this has been our go to kebab shop for years.

Great place for a take away, friendly and polite people, make the best shawarma (wrap) in town and a chilli sauce is just on point. Been a regular for few years now and many more to go simply will not go else where

Not so perfect... Extremely rude delivery women(if that’s what you want to class her as) We had a neighbours food delivered to us by mistake on her part, she came back around half an hour later banging on the door, shouting at a 12 year old that answered the door calling him disgusting and a thief for taking in the food and threatened to call the police (Kinda Ironic as when she got in the car she started to drink the Pepsi that was on the order, so who’s really the thief?) We had no idea who’s food delivery it was as it had no receipt with an address on it. We assumed it was our mum that ordered it for us, however we didn’t actually eat any of the food as we was not sure. Very poor service on the delivery drivers part. Would recommend hiring competent, polite staff that don’t shout at young children.

Can’t believe it took 2 hours to deliver 2 meals !! This day and age with all the delivery competition out there but they just don’t seem to care. Shame because I have been going there for years and food has always been good

Be aware!!! Under new management Asked for the set combination kebab which is listed on the menu as lamb shish, chicken shish, lamb donner £11.50 What I actually got was chicken donner and I was charged the same!! I called them up to make them aware. I was then told that’s what I asked for, I know what I ordered it’s on the menu as listed , you should learn you own menu. To top it of the quality of food was very poor.

Used to be the best, now they are just lazy, doner meat from the pot (dont dare ask them to have it well done) Daggers. Pitta bread not warmed on grill and you have to drain out the fat when you get home.

I will say that there grilled wings are awesome. However kebab meat is too thick and overcooked, same as the the lamb shish. What I'm most annoyed about is with website and delivery in general. I had delivery confirmation at 7.40 food arrived at 9.10. Having phoned several times to ask about delivery time was told was told he was cooking at 7.40 lol. Food finally arrived at 9.10 but not in much mood to eat. I might try again if they can sort out the delivery times

Been coming here for over a year, always been polite to me my orders are not always right, however they are people too so they occasionally get it wrong, however because i check my orders they are always willing too correct any problems i had.

Cheap chicken used. Dry chips won't use these again .

Unfortunately, after using this place for years and always being over the moon with the food, my family and I were left very upset when we came down with food poisoning from the food. I never write bad reviews but I felt this needed to be said as this is why I read the reviews. And as much as I would like to say it was something else, sadly the only one of us who didn't get ill was the one who didn't have the meal. So unfortunately we will not be returning to perfect charcoal grill.

Order from here very often usually great service fast delivery food is always great !! Ordered today and noticed new staff a woman answered got my order wrong when i rang to rectify the situation woman was rude and dismissive so will now be looking for a new kebab house to order from !!

Ordered a delivery from here food turned up cold after an hours wait , told the driver and he said he had only had it for 5 mins , more like he had had it half hour in the car why he did other deliveries! The wrapping it came in was covered in Grease , when phoned the shop the lady was rude and hung up the phone ! Will never use this kebab shop again very bad food and bad customer service .

Have been using perfect charcoal grill for nearly 10 years but I'm afraid to say the service & food has gone down hill considerably over the last year... the last straw came when half of our order didn't turn up & the lady on the phone told us we would have to collect it ourselves as they couldn't re deliver . Have already found a new kebab place & the service & food is brilliant.

Gone downhill so much they're at the bottom of the pit ! Everytime we order from here lately they get it wrong. Tonight was just the icing on the cake it was awful and the only thing they were willing to offer was a free drink next time !! There won't be a next time. Taking our custom elsewhere from now on. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT WHAT YOU ACTUALLY ORDER AND IF YOU WANT DECENT FOOD
