The Terrace in Kensington and Chelsea

The service from staff was good. They should do fresh juices will increase business. The toilets should be checked regularly. The food was nothing special in quality. Decor was ok

Rude Manager with a rude attitude…impolite and unprofessional…not a recommended place in London. Horrible!!!

Terrible service!! It wasn’t busy yet we still had to wait at least 15 minutes for a hot drink order. Food was also ordered at the same time but with no updates and a very poor response once we did query the wait time of 40 minutes we left hungry. Will definitely not be returning. Unable to comment on quality of food as we never got to sample any of it!

We were very disappointed by the attitude of the manager which we found cold, cocky and rude. We were told to leave the table « for other customers » 15 min earlier than the end of our slot, and despite not having finished our drinks. The service from other members of staff was ok. But this unfortunately put us off from going back to this place, despite finding the place lovely and the food delicious.

We stopped off for a glass of wine on the Terrace Bar for an early lunchtime tipple. The place is so relaxed. The service was excellent and the wine served at the perfect temperature. We would definitely visit again

We went in The Terrace in Harrods the Lady staff was not polite she told me to get out of her way, I had a glass of coke next day I had a sore on my lips, I asked for a coffee they said we do not do coffee in the terrace, we ordered lobster roll and desserts the desserts was stale and then the lady came over and said do you want coffee I replied you told me you do not do coffee she replied you qualify for coffee now you have spent over 100 pounds, a Lovely Man Staff name Antonello came out of kitchen and brought me some grated parmesan cheese he is lovely and polite, Lady staff terrible manners, lady staff telling men staff to get back in kitchen bossing men about.

Oysters and a smoked fish platter made for a wonderful lunch. Washed down obviously with a glass of champagne. On the 4th floor when one seeks respite from shopping. An excellent option amongst all the dining choices available at Harrods

Scones were beautiful. Our daughter had the Gluten Free Scones and she thought they were yummy !! Tea was wonderful as usual.

We took our twin daughter's here for afternoon tea for a 21st birthday treat. What a lovely experience. The setting is beautiful, a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere in the conservatory. The staff were friendly and attentive, in fact nothing was too much trouble and the food was absolutely divine. The hot chocolate was particularly delicious, and when we ran out of sandwiches, we were rapidly refilled! The lemon drizzle cake was delicious - and we were offered to have all our leftovers boxed so that we could take them home with us! Simply superb!

High quality of food and the service. The restaurant is at the terrace floor of the Harrods. I was very impressed.

There were 11 of us in total and we were sat at a long table in the conservatory, with just other tables at either end, so it was quiet and relatively private. The staff were friendly and welcoming and even brought some free chocolate confections on a decorated plate for the birthday girl. The food was delicious - just a bit pricey. But then it IS Harrods!

After shopping in Harrods we thought we would get a good meal-sadly this was not forthcoming-the service was ok but the food was fifth rate and VERY expensive-£95 for the two of us for 4 dishes of food you would associate with a poor hotel,my advice would be eat outside the store in one of the many restaurants surrounding Harrods.
