Great place to watch a game or just to hang out

Just had a pint here. I used to be the chef 32yrs ago.Sadly its not what it used to be,its a bit tired and could do with a face lift inside.Food dosnt feel like its a strong point anymore. Fine for a drink as has a good crowd but wouldnt rush back.

Love the woodfire pizza. One of the best around. Definitely worth a visit and a draft beer.

Attractive place, but cask beer not in best nick and with no beer mats, tables needed wiping.....

We were a large group to watch the Real Madrid game 🇪🇸 they have plenty of screens, the atmosphere is very good and the food is very delicious (The spicy pizza 10/10). I recommend 100% and we already booked for the next game. The only downside is that the kitchen closes early (I think at 9pm) the bar does close at around 1am

A top pub to watch football matches in a real London pub atmosphere

We went there to watch a Liverpool game and it was great! The kitchen was closed but we were allowed to order in from somewhere else. They have plenty of screens to watch the game and had enough seats available if you came early enough.

The Sporting Page is a good pub located in the heart of Chelsea. The staff are all good and it’s a great place to watch live sports on TV.

Walked in to try a classic Guinness and Issac sorted me out. Absolutely legend!

Got thrown out on Sun 4/2/24 for querying why our table booking had been given away so quickly when we were a little late after the Chelsea game had lengthy injury time. Was with my son and friend who had travelled down from York for the game. Been going to the pub for over 20 years on match days. Not sure I'll be rushing back?!

Levi was great very welcoming made our whole time at the sporting page such a great experience. Not often you meet someone that has such a genuine service nature about him, proper on the ball, made us stay longer than we would’ve usually good work sporting page !

Hands-down one of the best burgers I’ve had in London. The smoked pork tacos and loaded fries were excellent too.

Hands down the rudest bar tender I've ever encountered in my life. Tried to pay with cash for my round of drinks as I had lost my card earlier in the day. The lady behind the bar made a snide remark about how everyone should have a card nowadays and it was 'no card no drink' despite it not saying anywhere that they do not accept cash as it is legal tender. She then proceeded to snatch the drinks out of my hand and pour them down the sink and also walk over to other members of the group with drinks and pour their drinks down the drink as well. When other members of the group then offered to pay with a card she refused to serve any of us and made such an uncomfortable scene for all in the pub. Many different ways that this could have been resolved but this lady clearly has some attitude issues and completely ruins the pub as a whole.

Absolutely stunning burger. The chips are also very good. I have been here on multiple occasions and have always been impressed with the quality of the burger. They are always playing amazing music- I loved hearing “Landslide” by Fleetwood Mac while enjoying my excellent burger.

A really cool spot to watch football and meet cool people, plus the food is very classy! The staff are super friendly and I spent a lot of time bantering with the super cute barmade Jamie who is a good laugh. 100% will be back when I'm in the area again!

Chelsea's long standing authentic French restaurant with v good prix fix menus along with marvelous grouse & other game dishes when in season.

Decent venue spoilt by petulant, rude service by the barman. Ordered three drinks and he sighed loudly when I asked for the third drink. He then shouted 'is that it' in a very agitated manner. Nearly walked straight out but decided to pay the sizeable bill. On leaving the bar I asked the barmaid a very friendly blonde haired girl if everything was alright? She said he was having a bad day! Really? I work as a Concierge for a major hotel chain and his attitude was unacceptable. You can't speak to customer's like he did. Trust this is noted as I wouldn't want any other patrons experiencing another of his bad days!

Great pub best pint of Guinness I've ever had.

A great 'locals' pub. A must visit if you're in Chelsea. The service is nice and there is a decent selection of beers. No Moretti but they have Estrella, neck oil, Guinness etc. A limited food menu has also been reintroduced. Highly recommend this pub especially if you like to accompany your pint with a game of Rugby, Cricket or Football!

This was a bit of an average pub, nothing too special! The drinks were usual price (about £5 for a beer and £6/7 for a glass of wine), and nothing stood out to me as very interesting or exciting, despite being a Saturday night. If you're after a drink in the area though, I'd still pop in for one drink if I were you. It's pleasant enough, and it is a lovely old building, from the outside. It had a nice grand bay front door that's nice and traditional. The bar menu looked like a good variety too, but we didn't try any of the food. They also do play sports on a projector screen, so that's a good point too 👍🏻

Met up with my son dor Sunday lunch an dhad hoped to go to the Lots Road pub of this chain but no reply to take a booking. A response from Sporting Page. Very friendly and good service. Food was OK but think this pub is really a drinking pub And somewhere to wAtch sporting events and I am sure it is great for that. All very Friendly and lovely staff.

Beer was good, burger bun and chips were a bit dry. Pub looks ok, nothing special. Pub quiz on Sunday night, a few board games, and projector and big screen for showing matches.

I have been coming to this pub for 25 years and its sad to see the place so disfunctional. Watched the rugby at the weekend, you would find better sausage and mass in a school canteen. Further the toilets are a disgrace, blocked urine flowing every where and dirty, if was no better 6 weeks ago where the stench reached the top of the stairs.

Tucked away in World’s End, Chelsea, this is a good old-fashioned pub. We had a reserved table tucked away in the corner. The place was virtually empty on a weekday lunchtime but started to fill up from about 3:00pm. Five of us ordered food, ranging from fish and chips, burger, sausages and mash and steak and mushroom pie. It’s fair to say all five plates were completely cleared. My fish and chips was good. The chips were a bit chunky but OK overall. There isn’t a big range of real ales but the Brill Gold was good as was the Camden Pale Ale. Service was excellent. Recommended.

Good pub with reasonable prices for the entirely unreasonably priced area. Have live music on a Friday and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Celebrated my birthday there with work colleagues and we had a great time. Is a little tight on seating inside but the outside are accommodates a lot and you get good sun as it faces south. They food is good as well even if some the dishes are a tad pretentious

A colleague went to the Sporting Page for lunch today. We both chose from the lunch special menu. He had the fish and chips and I had the cottage pie. WE both remarked how much we enjoyed our meal.

Come here regularly and it's always reliable. Classic pub food and good beers. Can get crowded before and after Chelsea FC home games

Fui a la página Deportiva para comer con un amigo a la 1:30. . Es que demasiado tarde? Nuestra comida, pollo asado y carne asada había sido calentado en el microondas! Que arruinó toda la comida! El refresco helado también se colocaron en el microondas para derretir el chocolate y cuando mencioné el helado era caliente, volvimos con manzanas de chocolate duro! Las chicas eran muy dulce, pero me gustaría que se nos dijo que el vino era de 39 libras. 00. Yo creo que una comida muy enfadado por dos vinieron a £91. 00. Para colmo, la usual multitud no estaba allí. La gente horrible. Supongo que el chef les persiguieron con su horno de microondas! Tan triste.

Good place to go in Chelsea for a drink after work. There is space to sit inside and outside. Great variety of gin to drink. Staff is very friendly.

Found this place as we were at a Chelsea FC game nearby and wanted to watch the end of another game on tv; it was listed as a sports pub on google but it wasn't a perfect place to watch a game - volume turned down and the screens aren't huge.But it's a nice old fashioned pub and the food was great - we ordered from a selection of small dishes tapas style, and they were great quality and bigger than we expected.

Sitting outside this long established pub enjoying lunch watching the people going by is a simple pleasure. Reasonable selection of drought beer and good (if not inspired) pub food at a sensible price makes for an enjoyable lunchtime experience

What a lovely pub! One of my favourite places to spend a Sunday lunchtime or midweek afternoon with a pint, some gorgeous pub food and a game of Monopoly or Scrabble. The service is super friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming and vibrant yet the whole place feels cosy, particularly in Winter. Cannot recommend enough!

Whenever we visit Park Walk, we dump our gear and go round to the Sporting Page. During our seven day visit to Chelsea we called in six times for a drink and food and also watch football in the evening.Great atmosphere, very friendly and attentive staff, good food and relaxing sat outside under the heaters.Other "pubs" nearby but not a patch on the Sporting Page which is a true pub with a touch of Chelsea. Can't wait to get down again.

As a local I've been to this pub for the last twenty years and always enjoy it. Food is consistently good value and homemade pies are always excellent but this is really a good old fashioned drinking pub with food. Heaters outside and great table service from very friendly staff but outside problem here (as well as many other places with external seating) if you are a non smoker that people smoke all over you and outside tables are close together. Always great place to watch sporting events, excellent range of beers, sensible prices and efficient service. Beware if there is a Chelsea home match as it is packed out and the toilet facilities could be nicer but overall I suggest you pay a visit to this longstanding Chelsea establishment.

A real gem off the Kings Road. This pub certainly makes a change from the trendy wine bars and restaurants in the area, offering a very wide selection of ales and lagers, with friendly bar staff. Lovely decor inside with space for both small and large groups. Seating outside on the street with heaters. Enjoyed a couple of excellent pints here but did not eat, even though the food looked pretty good. Beer was reasonably priced given the location. A combination of Camden Brewery and local casks. I will be back when in the area again.

This little pub oozes Chelsea resident and is a favourite for locals who clearly have a lot of choice in chelsea!! I had a pint of old curiosity and my girlfriend had a very reasonably, well chosen sauvignon blanc and we both had the sunday roast. It was lovely, great service and a friendly smile from all the staff. Heated outside space is a real plus and it isn't on the dirty noisy kings road so you can actually enjoy sitting outside space.

The Sporting Page is great place to have good food in nicely relaxed atmosphere with heated outside space if you wish. The service is really attentive.

Have visited this pub for the last 10 years. Always have a meal and drinks before we go to football. Food always good. Good selection of real ales. Staff always friendly and efficient. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Nice pub in an outstanding area of Chelsea. Good variety of ales and lagers together with live sport on the TV's. But when it comes to food, a very basic menu with no specials available. Sunday lunch has two roasts available , but when it comes to the roast potatoes they roast them off early and then finish them off in the FRIAR ! This is just not an acceptable option in this day and age, they are meant to be roast potatoes not fried ! Sort it out please. We are very disappointed. The Pies on the other hand are good and filling.

Popped in to watch the rugby and found a beer festival with 10 real ales, knowledgeable, friendly staff and good pub grub. Truly surprising given the area. Thrilled to have found this place.

Surely no one could manage more than 1 of this gastro pubs classic home made pies.Not even the famous Denby Dale pies come close. The beef is slow cooked to perfection, the gravy as good as gravy can be, courtesy of the carrot and mushroom. Friendly staff, great pub for watching sky sports, Good beer selection, and Old Rosie on draught, what more could anyone want ? Oh, nearly forgot, a great 3-0 win for Wolves. COYW.

Highly Recommended. The beer is good, the wine is very good, and the food is excellent pub quality. The interior is comfortable and relaxed with very friendly and helpful staff whilst the tables outside along the pavement in this relatively quiet Chelsea residential back road is a perfect place to spend a lunchtime when it is warm and also when it is chillier (they have heaters)As its name suggests, you can watch sport on the TV's inside but I have never found they intrude if you want simply a drink and food and a chat with friends.There are many regulars from all walks of life, as well as new visitors to the pub and it always has a friendly atmosphere.The food can be cheaper specials of the day or from the relatively large set menu. I always have their steak and mushroom pie with a large glass of Chilean pinot noir, all for under £20. Delicious.

I had a steak. The quality of the meat was awesome, the home made butter simply delicious, the mash potato not really fresh but ok. Friendly staff and good prices (steak was 14 pound!!). Highly recommended for people looking for good food and relaxed environment. I wouldn't recommend it for families.

Right in the heart of Chelsea this pub is just off the Fulham Road. Very much a gastropub, albeit on a fairly basic level. Good selection of beer. Menu is Burger based as you would expect. Given its location, it does get full of hooray Henries, so look out for the turned up collar, v necked cashmere sweaters with slacks, Bass loafers with bright pink socks, yellow scarf (cashmere again of course), immaculate hair, and naturally, the ever present sun glasses. Don't let the braying put you off, it is quite a good spot.

I love this place, even if I have now only been twice.It's not very large, but that adds to the warm welcome you get from the staff when you walk in. What's nice about it is it's not pretentious, in the middle of where so many pubs/bars are, this is a real pub that serves real food and real beer!I do have to admit, I did enjoy the beers a bit too much, which is why twice out of two visits, my plans for the rest of the day went out of the window. I just look forward to getting stuck there for a 3rd time.

Went to this pub to watch The Chelsea V Stoke Match on Sky Sports and to have a meal. Three members of staff ran the bar and food all evening and were super efficient. The food was top quality and even though the pub was crowded, the young lady serving us kept our drinks topped up all evening. A fine example of truly great customer service!Would recommend this pub for just going for a drink, a gourmet meal or to watch Sky Sports and even better if you go for all three!

I met an old friend the other day at this pub. it happened to be a lovely sunny summer's day so we sat outside. Both of us had the Meal of the Day, which was smoked chicken salad and we shared a portion of excellent chips at a reasonable price of £6 per head. Good atmosphere and all the locals who were also sitting outside were very friendly. Recommended.

Considering that this is in Chelsea, I was surprised that the drink and food was relatively cheap. Looking at roughly £4 - pint, £10 meal. Food was OK, standard pub grub on offer, though anything battered or with pastry was a bit pale and soggy. Friendly staff, and although the pub was constantly busy, the service was always quick. The actual place is not that easy to get to as there are no train/tube stops nearby, but lots of buses - so good place to stop if you happen to be in the area. We were there for a charity pub quiz and the venue were very accommodating. there is some outdoor seating, benches outside the front along the road. not hugely scenic but it is fairly residential.

We asked an Irishman on king's road for a pub suggestion and he recommended the sporting page. The prices were reasonable, the atmosphere was great, the servers were friendly, and the lamb burger was amazing (the mustard contained horseradish which was a fun surprise). We went back a second time for drinks. They also have a nice patio area, and it's a little away from the hustle and bustle of king's road. Definitely worth trying!

Popped in here late on Saturday afternoon and a nice surprise. 5 or 6 ales and decent food, totally packed and very difficult for us to sit down for the food which was shame. Food was decent enough, not too expensive but avoid a Chelsea home game day as it is just too busy to be comfortable eating

This place has a nice range of beers and a good atmosphere. I had a burger which made me want to become a vegetarian. The meat tasted awful. It managed to be bone dry and raw on the inside at the same time. The bun was dry and stale.

Stopped here for a drink and after a quick look at Tripadvisor on the mobile phone thought we would stay for Sunday lunch. We both ordered the roasts, one chicken one beef. The beef arrived but it was full of fat and gristle. I told the manager the problem and asked if he could swap the beef for a small piece of chicken instead. After a discussion in the kitchen the manager returned to our table with the same plateful. He clearly did not want to change the dish but after a bit of persuasion he renewed the plate. Our lunch turned out to be okay - not the tastiest but acceptable. What was unacceptable was the attitude of the manager. I tend to think both a course in good managerial skills and a change of butcher wouldn't go amiss here.

Have been going her for years before a Chelsea game. On match days it gets extremely busy and it is very noisy - the loud music doesn't help. Food is very good - little expensive. However wish they didn't serve food on cold plates. Most tables pre-booked on match days, so have started going somewhere else. I would recommend this pub if going when it is not a match day - nice location. Service friendly and very good. Ask for hot plates if eating.

Had dinner at the Sporting Page after a long absence (as no longer live nearby). It feels a bit more like a restaurant now, but still has an informal atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and helpful. When one of us didn't want mushrooms in the steak & mushroom pie, the chef took all the mushrooms out. The food was excellent. I had pork belly which was cooked to perfection, on a bed of red cabbage and mash. Puddings, which i rarely have, were delicious. We tried the tiramisou and the brownies both of which were perfect. I thought the prices were pretty resaonable bearing in mind the quality of the food. Will definitely be back.
