Used to use Terra Pizza quite a lot, the food was always slow coming and a long wait, the food is ok but is it worth the wait. The staff are a bit hit and miss, sometimes friendly other times rude, probably can’t handle the stress of being busy I guess.

Very good food best in Carterton

Ordered a lovely pizza from here. Was very hot on pickup, looked amazing, and certainly tasted great. I ordered a mozzarella stuffed crust and found it be very pleasant. It didnt feel greasy and had the right amount of toppings. The staff were very friendly, even offered me free dip. I'd recommened a try.

I can honestly say Terra is incredible! Their burgers are literally the best in all of the UK. I mean, put it this way, I travel from Nottingham for their burgers. I can not sing their praises enough. They are always friendly and always have the best food. I highly recommend it.

The best pizzas for miles around, a huge selection of ingredients to suit everyone, vegan options, veggie options. The guys will create your very own masterpiece too, very kind and very friendly, I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Terra Pizza is a tightly run ship, the staff are polite. You can see your food being made from the counter and can easily change things about your order. Very convenient. Try the pizzas, not at all greasy.

Great food been going here for years however, price has increased nearly 3 pounds on average across there menu soon they will have no customers on average for a family of 3 its nearly 30 pounds for 3 meals. They have recently changed there online ordering tool again and to my detriment lost all of my loyalty points.

What a wonderful service we reviewed from the guys there. I had a wonderful pizza, fresh and tasted soo good. Just found out they do gluten free aswell which is awesome. Highly recommend will be using again

Waited nearly an hour for delivery, chips was soggy, burger bun was soggy and just fell apart in my hand. Replacement food was edible. Since posting this review I've also received 2 phone calls asking me to remove my review. Will never order again.

"Probably the best chicken kebab I have ever eaten, so full of flavour and very fresh" was the amazing feedback from family whilst visiting the area. The vegetarian hot pizza was also really enjoyable. Thin base, perfect level of spice, similar to domino style pizza but less oily and better quality. Fabulous food, good service and great prices.

Good value nicest pizzas, friendly staff

Tried this pizza place for first time tonight . Very nice pizza , plenty of toping. Prices reasonable, went for buy one get one half price !! Only thing I didn't particularly like was the bbq sauce, didn't taste like bbq sauce was just a thin flavourless , I know that's personal preference. Delivery was around 30 mins which was great , will try something different next time.

Bets stuffed crust I've ever had. It was like they'd used Herby cream cheese instead of mozzarella and it was delicious. The toppings are generous and it was so easy to order online. Friendly staff when I went to collect.

Couldn't fault the service or food but one slight criticism would be when delivering the food the delivery driver needs to hold the pizza flat. Quite a few times i have ended up having to put my topping back on my my pizza because of the way it's been held.

Highly recommend! Always our go to takeaway! Pizza is much better than the big name brand takeaways. The cheese & herb stuffed crust is the best. Not had anything from their menu disappoint either👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Phoned them twice tonight for delivery was told they didn't deliver to to our address we have had them delivered here for years even telling them this and that we was ordering over £50 worth of food we was still told no so we went elsewhere another family member came over said she had got pizzas delivered and she lives over the road to me she then phoned them to see if they delivered and they said yes

An extremely clean takeaway. Very polite staff. Only downside was our food was cold when delivered. So we go and pick up now.

Me and my friend ordered a large Kebab and large chips. we placed our first order around 6 pm and the order Confirmation did not go through, so we was un sure if it went threw. So 1 and a half hour later we ordered another order for delivery again because our first order still hadn’t arrived. (Both of our orders got no email confirmation either) An hour later our second order had not arrived, so we phoned up and we got awful customer service, the first woman we talked to had no patience with us and just handed us over to a man while we was explaining our situation. The man was rude, and unprofessional, he accused me of not having put my address on the delivery, he wanted us to pay for the 2 orders we never even received, and they said they would make us a “fresh” one considering ours had be sat there for 2 hours. The man also said that he didn’t even see our second order. Less than 5 minutes later, the delivery man knocked on our door, we thought it was a bit weird how quick it was. We opened it and the chips were cold and soggy, (definitely reheated in the microwave). The worst part of it all was the kebab meat, was cold with a few warm-ish parts, as if they had just reheated our first order from 2 hours ago and just put it in the microwave for about a minute. We also noticed that the receipt was torn off the bag and I was handed a receipt at the door, where normally it’s already on the bag, we also saw that there was a staple on the bag where it should have been. On my receipt showed that I ordered an hour previously and had my address on which he claimed I didn’t even put, however that doesn’t even make any sense because it was done online so if I didn’t put an address it would not have let me continued.

Friendly staff that'll prepare your food how you want it. I know it's just my opinion but it does the best chicken kebabs with hot sauce in town.

Myself and a friend ordered a pizza each. We both received sever FOOD POISONING! I emailed and their was no reply, poor customer service and poor food hygiene.

Ordered for the first time last night and my husband and I absolutely love their pizza, the guy on the phone were very friendly and courteous. I was surprised by the speed of the delivery, and the pizza was very warm just the way we like it and and melted when eating so yummy. I highly recommend and will definitely order again.
