Situated in Lightoaks Park, this cafe is open at weekends and serves a range of Barista Coffees, Teas and Hot chocolates. Picnic benches are located outside the cafe for anyone wanting to bring there own food. It is a ideal place for family and friends to visit while incorporating a stroll in the park including visiting the animal sculptures and the duck pond.

I poped in for a quick tea due to the fact that around here there isn't much in the way of cafes being rural. The teaosk is located in a small park area with ducks and playground for primary school children near by. It's a lovely area and very village like. Love it.

Light Oaks Park is nice to walk round and the Tea Osk is the highlight of the walk. It's nice to get a coffee or tea to enjoy whilst enjoying some peace and quiet. It's a nice addition and in the heart of the community.

Fad little cafe in a lovely park. Warming drinks on cold days and refreshing cold drinks during the summer

We live close to Lightoaks Park and since the Tea’osk has been opening we love going even more. It’s very reasonably priced, the volunteers are lovely and happy to help. My children love getting a hot chocolate, tea cake and some duck food. They even go above and beyond and do collections for the local food bank. Amazing!

Lovely park! Well worth a visit to feed the ducks, walk the dog, take the kids on the park and visit this lovely little cafe, which offers snacks and hot drinks at really low prices! Put your money into a local coffee shop, rather than some of the chain/high street coffee shops!

We ate downstairs & had a superb homemade burger amongst other things from their own butchers. Be aware of the service charge. The pub has a very traditional feel with a large oval wooden bar, uniformed waiters, high ceilings & immaculate mirrors. Best of all for me though was the choice of a very well kept pint of Beamish ( very hard to come by in these parts or indeed anywhere these days). Its a far superior stout to the overly marketed, overly hyped but cleverly advertised you know who. Would definitely try more food & Beamish here next time I'm here.

Went today for Sunday lunch and it was gorgeous. My husband and I both had starters and the portions were really good as was the Sunday roast. We will definitely be going back and would highly recommend. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the restaurant itself is very bright and clean.
