Great pint of Stones. Very nice staff the barmaid let me put one in the pump due to the £4 card rule. Great jukebox and for the first time in my reviews clean and nice toilets. A great pub well worth a visit

Handy watering hole after getting off the metro at Heworth. Pint of Stones was spot on and we'll priced. Feels like a typical north east pub, welcoming and not ott.

Nice little local pub, great for poker on a Thursday night with a £5 buy in £5 rebuy game every week. Good for a quick pint before popping elsewhere on the metro across the road. Cheap beer.

Located near Heworth metro it's a meeting place for youngsters b4 heading into the city Also handles funeral parties from adjacent church and cemetery Free function room upstairs and bit cramped and grubby

Canny place to meet up, being close to Heworth Metro. Can get full. Decent pint, not cheap.

Staff always friendly, reasonable prices and very close to pubic transport links. Car park is on the small side.

Canny pub atmosphere and good choice of Ska music between the karaoke singers. But the beer was the worst pint I've had all night. #beerqualitymatters

Great bar, good atmosphere. Close to Metro, handy for buses. Fab staff, good choice of drinks and excellent function room upstairs. Would definitely recommend this pub
