One of the best Starbucks I've been to.

What a beautiful Starbucks. Great ambience . Quick service. Friendly staff. Pet friendly. Plenty of parking. Clean and neat. Great place for a meeting. Drive thru is accessible as well for a quick drink or bite. Plenty of food options presented. Come in with friends or family. Stop by if you want a moment to your self. 😁

It's a Starbucks drive through... 5 star for the atmosphere in my car because the temperature and the music were to my liking!

Good quick service, and friendly staff too

On my way back from Metrocentre, stopped by to grab a Cookies and Cream Frappuccino from this place. But what an absolute disappointment, we hit the road and got stuck in the never ending road work traffic on the A1M, started sipping on the drink, and from what I can tell it was about 80 percent ice, 19% milk and 1% Cookie and Cream, so basically gave me iced milk with a sprinkle of cookie, plus they added no coffee and I don’t know why... Then to top it off, the ice wasn’t even crushed/blended properly, as half the cup was half crushed ice. The cherry on top was the paper straw which obliterated half way through. Absolute disaster cost £5.40, hopefully people see this and think twice about getting their coffee from this place

Nice place and excellent service

Every time I go the staff is nice, helpful with orders and recommendations.

It's Starbucks, decent coffee, but the range of sandwiches has diminished drastically

Large oat shaken espresso. Did I pay for coffee or ice? Total scam when you think about it, paying extra for large. This is the only Starbucks it’s happened at. Also barely any coffee in it.

Food is overpriced for what it is. Coffee is standard Starbucks coffee. Staff were superb, nice friendly service, they were quick and efficient, really good.

Over £4 for a lime in water small sized refresher. Starbucks has officially lost their mind. Coffee is 2/10 and unbelievably overpriced.

Order from here multiple times. And I'd honestly say at least 50% of the coffees I've ordered from here don't contain coffee. They send you milk and syrup. White as a sheet, tastes only of milk. And they'll still charge you £6 for it, would stay clear of here until they get rid of the numpty who doesn't check the food/drink before they bag it.

4 staff just chatting, doing nish, took them 3 tries to make a hot coffee

Lovely drinks, but I think the waiting time if you go inside rather than the drive thru is ridiculous. I haven't given a star for the food as I've never ate in there.

Customer service was rude she was speaking to her colleague and had bad attitude imagine I had child with me hearing her languages.

Sat in, very peaceful atmosphere in the morning. Nice staff, would rather dine in this coffee shop than in main centre. Will be back again.

Nice and friendly staff plenty of choice

Myself and my friend stopped by on the drive back home to coventry from morpeth, we were served by coffee master zach on the drive thru and they were so lovely, chatty and happy and really made us smile. a proper credit, thanks for starting off our road trip on such a good note :) xx

The only thing that gave it a 2 stars was the actual shop as clean. The coffee wasn’t even hot and I found a hair on the side of my cup. Gave it back to a staff member and she didn’t seem to bothered. Just took the cup and washed it.

Friendly staff Had a few questions about some of the drinks which were promptly answered with a lot of knowledge. I also got a hazelnut hot chocolate which was amazing as always.

So I just went today with my best friend and there was this ginger woman who was serving us and she was literally so rude to us because we said thank you, she said nothing back and her body language just told me that she hated us so yeah, if you see a ginger woman serving you in this starbucks, just literally leave.

Recently refurbished. Nice layout and open late with option to drive through or sit in. Free car park immediately outside premises with other take out and eat in outlets adjacent. (Krispy Kreme and Tobys )

I go here regularly and all the staff are really nice and friendly. It feels much nicer in the cafe after their recent renovation too.

Sat in and had a latte. Fantastic service, really lovely, happy and approachable staff. Clean and cozy.

First of all: this is a 'premium' store so be prepared to pay a little more than you might pay at one of the Starbucks inside of the Metrocentre. Staff are always friendly if a bit inattentive sometimes, not really a bother though as it's easy to see they have a lot on their plate, as described below: Ordering in can be slow through no fault of their own as the drive through is often busy and the drive through & front of house do not use separate machines and the like. Bit of patience is required when ordering front of house, I imagine this is worse during kids' holidays, rush hour, and lunch time. Plenty of seating and the recent refurbishment means the till is better situated in relation to sitting in, though the placement of the front counter is a little awkward when trying to socially distance/not walk in front of people when finding a seat. Seen a few customers walk behind the bar as it isn't very clear.

It took about 15 mins to get my cappuccino in the cafe area it was apparent that they prioritise the drive through as it causes a backlog in the car park.not enough staff at busy times

They only opened the drive thru! Why don't u guys update ur info to state it's only Drive thru!!! Very frustrating I wish I had an alternative I would never step fot here. That's my updated review 😡. -- I just want to save your time by saying they are closed now until September the 23rd!! 😑😑 I hope when they come back they bring new staff with better attitude! And they keep the seating area open until 10 pm, not just the drive thru.

very slow service when in store staff were attending to drive thru more then internal

Decided to go in wish i had done drive thru. Very busy and i understand how hard it can be but i only asked for two lattes and people after me the deliveries and drive thru all got their drinks before me...when i queried no apology nothing no sorry for wait which was around 10 mins just two drinks plonked on counter..will stick to Costa in future.

Absolutely delicious decaf Soya Latte. Awesome customer service. Convenient car parking & OK to take kids too in the store.

Miss the old staff but still alright. Sadly the service has slowed right down and drive through seems to get priority over walkins.
