Great service great choice of food go again

The pints were great but the food was bland. I will be back for the pints.

I recently visited The Swallow and was charmed by its cosy atmosphere and the great range of dishes on offer. I've added it to my barguide.london site too!

Should really update their website. Walked here as it says open until 3:30. They aren’t! Waste of time

Popped in for a birthday drink and snack. Had a sandwich each. Very expensive sandwich….literally just 2 slices of bread with chilli chicken….cooked on a griddle so rather overcooked and tough!! No garnish or side extra for £7.50 Would have been lovely if it had just had that extra touch of presentation and care!!

Popped into this pub a few times over the Christmas period with family. It's there local but not mine as I don't live in the area. I was very impressed with the place, friendly staff and a lovely restaurant area with amazing food. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I would definitely recommend popping in if you are in the area of Hillingdon.

The food was excellent. Good size portions which were great value for money. The staff were very friendly.

Had a lovely Christmas dinner, we were a group of about 8 and all very happy with our food, it was warm and full of flavour and served succinctly, the lady looking after us was very attentive too and provided doggy bags for the lady with a small appetite! Well done Phil the chef, very tasty food, we loved your parsnips! Thank you we will be back

Great food, it's really good value. Genuine service and it's in a good location.

Called in on the way back from a busy day in London, I had steak pie, my husband had chicken, just what we needed delicious. The tv was very loud in the dining room would be my only criticism, but will definitely return.

Nice middle week evening with simple food and friendly atmosphere. Nothing fancy. Young wait staff a bit slow but is not busy so just chill and relax. The parking is at the rear next to the train station lot.

Super friendly staff members here and the book was amazing cooked perfectly and so tasty and juicy outstanding Service here I got the Classic cheeseburger and it was cooked perfectly and just melted in your mouth what more do you want from your food I will come back here and try more things when I can and the Salad was amazing I really don't eat salad but how they done it here was Delicious keep up the amazing work and the amazing food it was cooked Fresh and it was very hot just how I like it thank you all

Only popped in for a few drinks but would say it's a lovely place, with a great variety of drinks... the menu looked good too!

I like this pub very much. I go there with my mates for drinks, sometimes food. They have this very good rock and roll band, The Tribute and you can dance.

Fantastic place to watch the footy, sport, relax, and even nice for a social beer or ten!

Visited this pub on the way to Wembley for a football match. Pub is good, bar food and drink prices decent. Toilets immaculate and staff really friendly and accommodating. Very surprised to see a review from a couple of days ago (which is when I was there) stating staff are racist as there was at least one person of colour behind the bar and all the staff were interacting well with each other and the customers.

Was going to Wembley for a play off final match. Having driven to Hillingdon before and gone in on the tube decided to repeat the experience. This pub is right in the station. It looks nothing from the outside but thought it would be ok for a drink. The pub was lovely inside and had a beer garden at the front which although is on a main road was shaded by a few plants and was a nice area to sit. There was a decent food menu for pub grub so decided to take that up. The prices for food and drink for London was pretty reasonable. The staff were really welcoming and there was a mix of opposing fans there but a great atmosphere. The toilets were immaculate. I would not hesitate to visit here again if going to Wembley and would advise anyone travelling there to take this option.

This place is horrible! If you’re human and have any sort of decency you wouldn’t put a penny in these peoples pockets to support this pub. They’re rude and racist it was a disgusting experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone, never again.

Went to this pub last night and was treated horribly by staff, owner kicked us out and was a racist! Me and my mate were the only black customers there. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PUB IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOUR.

Ok pub for a quick drink. Live bands on a Friday night however slightly loud for my liking.

The Sunday roast was very nice - it tasted fresh and wasn't 'from frozen' food. I had the gammon and lamb, though I'd recommend not adding salt onto the gammon as it's already salted.

Great pub, but it's a little sporty. And don't think about going out in the evening for something to eat. I was informed that the kitchen shuts at 7pm. At 6.55pm.

Really unfriendly landlord who hates me for no apparent reason , made me sit out in the cold to drink my lager even though I have been there for years. Haven't done anything to him and seems to hold a gripe against me. According to him I left the bathroom in a mess last time and I know I didn't so he's misjudged me . Last time I went was after work and I literally went in just to use the loo and came out. He has an agenda with women , no sole women drinkers in there anyway. Must be someone with a very cruel cold heart when you hate someone without reason , then force a woman to sit outside in the cold to drink their lager without given a proper explanation why . Other then that I left the bathroom in a mess, it's nonsense I haven't been there in over a year. It's just out of spite or mistaken identity

Bevor es zurück nach Central London ging, kehrten wir in diesem Pub am Bahnhof Hillingdon auf ein Getränk ein. Der Pub ist schön eingerichtet und die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich.

Great traditional pub, very well connected, it's sandwiched between Hillingdon tube station and the bus and coach stop. Don't change mode of transport without popping in here for a pint or a snack! Or stay for while, seems very popular with the locals, Sky Sports etc.

Very nice atmosphere. The sports weren't super loud but you could still follow what was going on. It has a lovely local pub feel with friendly patrons and staff!

Staff are very friendly, food was lovely children really enjoyed it too especially dessert 😀 it's got a really nice feel to the place, will definitely go again.

Welcoming yes yes .food great. Best fish and chips I have for a long time, Staff very nice just had beef pie mash and peas the best pie i have eaten in a long time, the staff were great 10 stars

Nice and friendly service. Good selection of drinks. We came quite late in the evening so the kitchen was closed but there were gammon sandwiches which were delicious.

Awesome to chill out with a pint and next to Hillingdon underground station so you can live in central London and chill here on a visit in west London. Highly recommended and is accessible and has outside seating.

Very nice place to visit when you having seen friends for a while. The lady there is a very friendly and lovely woman to talk to.
