Fantastic food, fantastic atmosphere, fantastic service. All of the staff seemed like they genuinely cared about you having a good evening, and the food was exceptional.

Quick service and attentive staff. Food was delicious, flavourful but not overly so but kept you wanting to go back for more mouthfuls.

Fantastic. Really great food and lovely staff. I'm keto, and partner is a gluten free vegetarian so we were awkward to cater for, but both dined really well. Look forward to going back.

Absolutely fab. Great food nice buzz lovely staff. Be careful not to order too much we did 😬 Mixed kebab was amazing. Will definitely be back at some point.

Lovely restaurant. First time visitors today. Very friendly staff. Husband and I went for the fixed price menu. There were plenty of choices for each course. Food was brought out quickly and was very tasty. Would definitely go back and recommend.

Absolutely outstanding. Service was excellent - attentive without being intrusive. Just the right amount of wait between courses. Friendly and helpful. The food was very good. Tasty and as well as the classics some different offers which I tried and enjoyed. The salad with apple and feta was lovely.

We had a lovely two course lunch including babaganoush and golden cheese pastry. Really good service, tasty food and complementary Turkish tea to finish. Will definitely be back!

So good we had to return the next evening! Gracious warm service. Outstanding food! Ocean Kebab, Grilled Octopus, Ortu Kebab (incredible tender lamb) — all excellent. Authentic Kunefe for dessert isn’t to be missed! Good cocktails and wine selection. Not inexpensive but given the quality, worth it.

Absolutely fantastic! We had the lunch menu and were visiting to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. The value for money is unbelievable as set menu includes a drink and bread. All the food is freshly prepared and served beautifully presented by really lovely staff who are so very friendly and helpful. I am just sad we discovered The Sultan at the end of her studies not at the start but that’s not going to stop us visiting when we come up for a show at the Millennium Centre. The cheese parcels are especially delicious and should not be missed. It was a lovely touch to have complimentary bread and Turkish tea too. My husband had Coke which was from a bottle not the pump which is used so much these days. Small things but adds to the experience which wasn’t rushed. I think a trip to Cardiff just to try a Turkish breakfast is also needed. My new favourite place!!!!
