Fowl and Fury in Cardiff

This was literally the best chicken burger I’ve ever had, the hype is real. The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable about their chicken. It was well worth the visit from Bristol.

Best nashville hot sandwich going, so spicy, heed their warnings on spice level, but super fresh, full of amazing flavour and the pickles!!

FnF do the best chicken in the City bar none!!! I would put it as one of the best in the UK. The quality, freshness and flavour is outstanding and the passion put into the food is apparent. The staff are friendly, affable, welcoming and humourous

Fowl and Fury is run by a small team of lovely people, who produce some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever eaten. They balance flavour and spice perfectly, which is no mean feat. Their pickles are amazing – totally converted me, and a very welcome accompaniment to the chicken. Medium Fury Fries is my current go-to — normally medium is too hot for me (they’re not lying when they say start at mild…), but the cheese and comeback sauces tame it, and you can get a bit of everything - chicken, sauce, fries, pickle, and slaw - with each mouthful. The Sando is great too, as are the tenders. I’m yet to try the cauliflower, but I think I’ll give it a shot next time! In my opinion, everything is well priced, with a meal for one coming in between £13 and £16. I particularly like that they have American versions of some drinks, so you can often get a proper Dr. Pepper, rather than the artificial sweetener U.K. version! The atmosphere in the place is great - the staff are all really friendly, and the music is great. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Great tasting food but extremely expensive with limited menu choices I could not afford to feed my family from there even I am earning decent salary I can't imagine it will still be there with same prices and menu in another year or so

Amazing every time! Great quality food at a really good price. The fury fries are my favourite and my friend loved the vegetarian cauli option.

Forget those generic, greasy Nashville fast food joints run by indifferent staff. Fowl and Fury has a Deep South-inspired menu, mostly chicken (and surprisingly delicious vegan cauliflower) burgers offered at various levels of heat. Super friendly owners and cheerful staff offer friendly welcome and guide to their menu. Listen carefully to the description! Their mild is already pretty hot, so they have extra mild. Perhaps work your way up to the hottest levels. Be warned: their hot is for those who can handle their spice (think Homer Simpson chilli competition episode - hallucinations brought on by otherworldly heat, waking up in a desert, talking dogs, that kind of heat). We've had chicken tenders there, burgers, both chicken and vegan, spicy fries, all with a range of sauces, pickles etc. A few tables in the back but mostly takeout and delivery. Really clean place, minimalist decor, black tiled walls, wooden plank tables. Gets busy - which is understandable - and they sometimes sell out.
