After reading previous reviews & seeing their website I was very disappointed as the restaurant was freezing and the staff were not friendly! The choice of food was very limiting. Felt like our coffees & scones were throw at us. The coffee was not hot & only lukewarm; only upside of the visit was the scone was light.

What a lovely little place tucked away amongst the pretty apple trees and gardens yet just minutes from the busy roundabout. Great parking and beautiful gifts to browse through, it's very rarely I see childrens books of such quality We called near Christmas and it was an idyllic visit among all the Christmas chaos. It's a family run business with beautiful attentive service and cinnamon scones to die for. Well worth a visit.

Returning for a funeral was asked to stop here for a brew. Service was quick and delivered to the table. Not often and the second pot comes with hot water these days. Pleasant surrounding just of the roundabouts and quiet. Would stop again.

The food, service and shop are so wonderful. We have stopped here about 5 times. I love the food and rustic feel to the place. The scones and baked goods are always delicious. The shop is amazing. Such great finds and wonderful toys for children, including wooden and ethical toys. Definitely stop here if it's on your route.

Lovely little cafe right beside the Ballygawley roundabout. Delicious food and some really unusual gifts especially for the kids. I can’t understand why I’ve never been here before but one sure thing, I’ll be back. It’s a lovely place to break your journey.

Always a pleasure to visit Suitor Craft Gallery and Coffee Shop. Friendly staff and lots of unusual and beautiful products to browse through and buy of course. If you are looking for a special gift that is just a bit different, this is the place to visit. The coffee shop is lovely too. Food is freshly prepared and always delicious, serves soup, salad, sandwiches etc. Delicious scones, traybakes, coffee and hot chocolate. Kid friendly too. A great wee spot to visit.

A mid-way stop on the road between Dublin and north Donegal. One gets the impression that it is more a craft shop with a cafe rather than the other way around. Straightforward soup and sambos but clean and tasty with decent ingredients and honestly presented. Not a place to linger but perfect for a no-nonsense and decent pit stop.

Visited before Christmas and got some lovely presents, followed by a chat with the owner who knows more about troll beads than anyone I know. After the shopping we had lovely coffee and scones. Everything is home made and there 's great knowledge of the ingredients if you've anyone with in tolerances or allergies.Lovely friendly, family run business and I remember the staff as children in the shop with their mother.

Lovely people, quaint little shop with all kinds of interesting craft items. Unfortunately the coffee and baking weren't that good. It may have just been an off day but the coffee was very bitter. Ordered a small and a large cappuccino. The large was about the same volume as the small just in a different shaped cup and was much more expensive. No matter, couldn't finish it anyway. The apple tart was mushy and waaay too tart with a crust that was very thin. Not a proper short crust pastry. The dining atmnosphere was lacking as well with a full-bright strand of exposed lighting in a cement room. they did try to spruct it up a bit by doing some arts and crafts style painting on the walls and floors but generally felt like we were eating in a large storage room. Will wait and watch to see if the place brings the charm of the crafts to the café side.

This was one of the first places I had went to upon arriving in Ireland. An international flight from Canada had me eating boxed up microwaves meals and I longed for something that taste like the food my mother would prepare. The interior, much like the exterior, was absolutely gorgeous. It had a style I just couldn't put my finger on, but I loved it. As I was very new to the country, I was easily confused about things such as what to order. The staff really gave off a family vibe and helped me with any food and nonfood related questions! I had a coffee and some toasted cheese bread. It was absolutely delicious and the young gentleman that served me was extremely polite and professional. As soon as I stepped into the shop I instantly said to myself "Oh my mother would especially love this." The pottery, the jewelry, the everything. There was so much to look at for what appeared to be a small shop. This easily made up for the long flights, dreadful meals, and being so far away from home. I can't wait to go back and visit the next time I go to Ireland.

Called on my way home from Donegal, food was lovely, very reasonable nice enough staff.Great finds in the shop, beautiful genuine Persian rugs, lovely runners, large cushions & really great crafts. A great selection of things including childrens items. Lovely handbags & scarves as well as purses & jewellery. This place doesn't seem to have any significant signage outside or on the main road & could easily be missed. I would imagine some signage letting the public know some of the great items they have on offer, they would have a lot more customers. I was so surprised to find the beautiful rugs which are quite hard to find nowadays. I have driven past here many times before noticing it last week. Will call again now I know he treasure trove it is. Also when I entered, the shop comes first & no one welcomed me, enquired if I wanted the cafe or to have a browse around the shop. Think their are lost opportunities at this place for want of someone taking notice & thinking like a customer from the outside in.

The gallery is lovely and has some lovely bits and pieces however, the cafe is disappointing. The food is extremely overpriced and nothing you couldn't make yourself. I believe the scones are lovely but I've never tried one. I always leave here feeling ripped off. The back from is very cold and has little atmosphere maybe some background music would improve this.

For years my wife and I have stopped at this gallery on our way to or from Donegal. It is, and has always been, an inviting environment and an excellent place to eat. We have stopped at all stages of the year and it is a relaxation and a pleasure to saunter around the all-year round range of toys, books, crafts etc. The gallery is particularly appealing at times like Christmas and Halloween and stocks some intriguing and imaginative gifts for young and old. We have bought a number of items over the years - from small tapestries to simple but tasteful novelties and toys. We have never been disappointed by the quality or the appeal of any items bought here. The owners are invariably courteous and welcoming without being overbearing or obtrusive. Savouries, sweets and cakes - including some gluten-free dishes - are delicious. There is something very sedately paced about the people, the service, the capacity to browse and the ability to sit and eat in the quiet of the back of the gallery. It is a thoroughly pleasing and quietly energising stop situated at the Ballygawley roundabout,Actually, it surprises me that I have not reviewed it so far since I have recommended it to friends and family for a considerable time now. We have been going long enough to say without any problem that The Suitor Gallery is consistently inviting and pleasing - an extremely enjoyable little haven - clearly cared for by its owners, well represented by its staff and appreciated by its customers!

I travel a lot to Enniskillen on business and often stop here, breaking my journey to have something to eat and browse the lovely craft shop. I rave about this place to everyone so when passing today I decided to treat my father who was traveling with me... I was disappointed with the food for the first time. We ordered tea and a large coffee which were fine, you get a generous mug of coffee and tea comes with a refill pot of hot water so no complaints there. We ordered food and didn't have long to wait, so I cannot fault the service. I had a toastie filled with chicken, cheese and sweet chilli sauce which was tasty but could have had more filling. My poor father drew the short straw... He had a panini (a very small one) which had one slice of ham and a faint scattering of cheese. What really shocked us was we ordered a portion of coleslaw each (costing 75p per portion) it was nothing more than a teaspoon full each on the side of our plates. We just looked at each other in disbelief. I went looking for the waiter but could find no one in the kitchen so we just decided to eat up what we had before it got cold. I spoke to a young lady in the kitchen on leaving and expressed my feelings about the teaspoon of very expensive coleslaw. She said she would pass my comments on to the manager. I would have preferred to speak to her myself but it seems she wasn't around. Our total bill for lunch came to £13.08! In little quaint places like this you would expect prices to be a little higher than the high street cafés but I don't appreciate being ripped off. I have still awarded 4stars even with my disappointment today. This is a lovely cafe and I will continue to call here but will stick to coffee and their amazing scones in future!

While travelling to the West of Northern Ireland and approaching Ballygawley if you make a very short diversion and head for Ballygawley town you will find The Suitor Gallery. It is greatly sited just off the main road and has ample car parking - even for small coaches.Coffee and freshly made scones are a real treat...imagine it....a fresh scone which has raspberries tucked inside - very moreish indeed. Apart from your own home (if you are a baker/cook) can you get a sausage roll for which the pastry has been hand made? You'd go a long way I'm sure....then filled with quality sausage meat.....the taste is incredible. Couple all of that with a great selection of other home made sweet treats and a cup of freshly brewed coffee or a selection of teas and it just couldn't be better.Afterwards there is opportunity to browse in the gift shop....a wide variety of gifts for the home are there as well as many toys and books for the young ones...in Summer there is a playhouse for the youngsters and when the weather is favourable everyone can eat outside too.So next time you are heading West to Fermanagh or indeed to Omagh make a stop at The Suitor Gallery Orchard Tea Room - I assure you you will not be disappointed.

I have called at The Suitor Gallery many times over a number of years - usually lured by the thought of a delicious coffee and some scrummy homemade delight and have to say I haven't been disappointed yet. I was very pleasantly surprised on my recent visit to find the shop has been completely revamped from front to back .... What a great job it is ... Well done to you all. I found the staff very pleasant and eager to show many of their new products personally despite the fact they were extremely busy. Well done to all involved ...keep up the good work ... Well worth a visit.

We stopped at the Suitor Gallery, having passed it on many occasions promising ourselves to visit someday. The cafe is a delightful space, decorated in a lovely manner, whilst displaying some items from the gift shop which is attached. The coffee was excellent and the hot cinnamon muffiny-thing was delicious. The serving staff in the cafe is very pleasant. However the lady with spectacles taking the order at the counter should note that a smile costs nothing. Maybe she was feeling unwell. This did not spoil our visit. The gift shop is a treasure chest of beautiful things - wooden toys, crafts (some lovely turned wood pieces), kitchen accessories, unusual cards, jewellery, handbags, scarves, some clothing, beautiful rugs (at very reasonable prices I thought) and much much more. They were just starting to introduce their Christmas decorations when we visited and I can't wait to go back to have a good rummage round!

I had really good cheese and ham sandwiches…I have eaten them all week…If you get home made foods here they are great.. Lasagne, quiche the chips are good.. nice coleslaw.. It’s spacious and handy enough to park on the street outside.. or free parking out the back (in the free spaces section).. It can be a bit rushed at certain times and decor a bit dated but it’s the middle of the day… I am here for the good food!
