Attended a family event here recently and had a great time. The food was fantastic and the staff were friendly. The drinks were reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this place

Really enjoyed our Friday evening dinner in Dungannon Golf Club Restaurant. Food was perfect, service was brilliant and very good value for money. We would highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning.

Wanted to take family member out for something nice, so at the last minute decided to come here. Was greeted at the door and brought to our seats by a young man and handed our menus. We sat for over forty minutes with no drinks and no one came near us to take our orders! Talk about trying to get staff attention as well!! I had no choice to get up and go to the bar, no staff around and say to him that we were still waiting for over half an hour and no orders taken. If they didn't want us or our custom, could have cooked something myself within the time we waited anyway! Felt like I wanted to walk out, but as it was suppose to be a special meal out, it definitely destroyed the expectations.Eventually got our drinks and food arrived. Basic and not great, menu minimal and not a great choice. A lady did apologize and offered a free dessert to us which I must say was so kind of her! Lady also had to force the young man who was at complete fault for forgetting about us and not seeing to us, to apologize to us. He had to be told!! No thought or consideration at all! Definitely put a dampener on my feelings here and doubtful if we will ever come back.

A wide menu of very good food. Have been there quite a number of times and the food and service is consistently very good. Would recommend to anyone.

A mix of classic favourites on the menu and some modern gems. Service and food has vastly improved from recent years. Have been a few times recently and its always excellent .

I have dined here a number of times over the years and I must say the gluten free menu is great. I would like to see the GF menu expand a bit more as the food offered is fantastic. Chicken ceasar salad and the chips and garlic fries are highly recommended! Chicken stack is also a winner!Service can sometimes be a little bit slow but the food makes up for it.

Food was delicious!! Nice variety on the menu to choose from. Booked my table, as it can be very busy. Clean plates all around! Will definitely be back.Only problem - waiters had to be reminded several times of dishes that were ordered twice, that they forgot about.

I dined here today with my work mates, setting is lovely and nice view over golf course and can see Dungannon town. Was disappointed with long wait for starters, some starters were served before the others. The prawn cocktail came first then we waited at least another 15mins for the breaded mushrooms and soups. The main course which we all had the turkey and ham which was served soon enough after the starter were all had. The quality of food was great and reasonably priced for a three course. My review is just average because of the wait and different serving times of the starters.

I came here with a friend and we each had 2 courses. Our waiter’s service was excellent - food brought out in a timely manner and presented excellently by the kitchen. Lovely peaceful setting just on the outskirts of the town. Will hopefully be back soon.

I had the best lunch in here last week. I had baby with me and the girl took time to help me. She lifted out a high chair from the back that was more suited for him without being asked. They where so patient as soon of our party got stuck in traffic. Foidcwas lovely price was reasonable I will be back

Was taken here for my birthday, by my partner who is a member in Dungannon golf club. Beautiful views from the dinning area and it was a warm day so we were able to go out to the balcony area. Food was top class and brilliant quality. Staff were extremely attentive. I will be returning again.

I booked a table here for Saturday 23rd June. It was a group of girls. We were so disapointed. 1st of all we requested a window table for the lovely view when the booking was made. When we arrived we were stuck in the middle of the floor. There was empty tables available by the window. When i asked a member of staff could we have one of the window tables. She said NO. Those tables are already reserved. I replied back so was my table and when i booked the table i requested a window table. She turned and walked away as she mumbled under her breath. Not really good hospitality. We ordered drinks and it took for ages to be brought to the table. I could look through it if the restaurant was busy at the time but it wasnt. We ordered our food and it came very promply. Food was lovely no complaint what so ever. We ordered sweet. It looked lovely but i was put off my sweet with the remark of the waitress that brought the sweets to our table. She remarked you need that sweet like a whole in the head. I was so shocked at her saying the remark to me as she herself was well over weight. Im so sorry but i will not be visiting your restaurant again. Hospitality goes along way in any restaurant.

We visited this restaurant on sunday for a fathers day meal. We were so disapointed. First of all the staff wanted to take our order before the whole party was there. Starters came out wrong. Main meal was lovely. Sweets were amazing. The only thing to let the place down is the floor staff. We werent offered a drink. Staff was not very helpful. And we were told they needed our table before we had finished our sweet.

We visited the golf club on Saturday night for a meal and it was fab! I had pan fried duck and it was cooked to perfection! Top class food ! Will be back! 😊😊

A group of 19 enjoyed a fabulous early bird meal here recently. The staff were very patient and we all didn’t have to wait too long. Highly recommend!

Have eaten here many times and have always been impressed with the quality of food, service and price. However the past two visits on Sunday afternoons have been disappointing. The first visit in March I hoped was a one off and I thought to give the place another chance. But today was disappointing again, the place is very understaffed and the staff that were working were utterly oblivious to their customers needs. The food is well priced and of excellent quality and I have never been disappointed.However the staff and their poor service really let this place down.

Have come a long way since years back when watercress on rye was the norm! Change of hierarchy have helped things along and the provision of parking for non committee members is welcome. Baked beans instead of Butter Beans would suit!

Pleasant, relaxed atmosphere, but possibly too relaxed as service was very slow. Food was good though so if you’re not in a hurry it’s a nice place to eat.

My friends and i came to restaurant for lunch, what a lovely ambiance and stunning views. The food was beautiful and the service was great and nothing was a bother. Menu has a great variety and alot to choose from. We all enjoyed our food and would definitely come back again! This is a fantastic place to visit and have a lovely meal. I would highly recommend!

Myself and my hubby recently popped in to the Golf Club restaurant for lunch with my two sisters, My mum and little niece on a recent visit home from England.

I had a great meal here several Thursday nights ago. We were greeted by friendly staff and our order was taken promptly. I had the chicken with tobacco onions on a bed of champ. There was plenty of chicken, so much in fact that I couldn't finish it! The onions were very tasty and the champ was lovely... again too much for me to eat.

THis restaurant has come up in the world greatly! Such a lovely Sunday dinner - I prefer the menu choice to the carvery they used to have - and great service with a smile!!

My partner and myself love the carvery Sunday at the golf club restaurant. It's first class service and the food is amazing. Cooked nicely. The restaurant looks amazing. It's really class and cozy.

Absolutely a real good restaurant, food and service first class. They have extensive menus with also a section for celiac. I really enjoyed my evening at the golf club, they could not do enough for us as a party of 6 people. I had the steak and my friends ordered the chicken stir-fry & chicken stack with champ & tobaco onions, we all loved it. The restaurant was very busy but this did not effect the service, from both restaurant and bar. Can't wait to return, would highly recommend it.

Great atmosphere in this lovely restaurant with superb food, great ambience and friendly staff. Well worth a visit. Definitely be back.

I recently had a meal here with family for my sisters birthday, the food was delicious and the service was excellent nothing was too much bother for the waitresses. Must say they're great at making Irish coffees

A lovely restaurant with a beautiful view of the golf course. Fantastic food and the service was great. They have a two course meal which was priced extremely very good value for money. I would have no hesitation in reccomending this restaurant for a meal.

Lovely relaxed restaurant with a great view. very pleasant to dine at, food was excellent and well presented and all staff were very attentive and couldn't do more to help.

Went on a working lunch with colleagues and had the chicken curry and rice; this was really good and worth having. Nice views of golf course and friendly service.

Great selection of well cooked food. Love the Sunday carvery especially. Generous portions and Shane the chef is always willing to make you something different if you want it. Cocktails at the bar are excellent and the bar prices are very reasonable if you are going on a night out afterwards. Lovely atmosphere, great for a party or a function also.

I recently had a party for a celebration at Dungannon Golf Club Bar and Restaurant. 50 guests, and every person commended the food and service very highly. Very keen prices and portions very generous, mouth watering to say the least. Thank you so much to Shane and his staff, he took the time to liaise with my family and friends and they all went the extra mile to ensure we had a great night. Well deserving of the recent food award they have won. I would recommend this venue highly for any event. Tremendous!! :)

I had a lovely lunch with my wife and grandchildren on Tuesday. Yesterday I had a similar meal at Viscounts which has a good reputation. On every measure DGC Restaurant was at least as good, sometimes even better. Well done!

I eat in this restaurant regularly and the food has always been excellent since Shane and his team have taken it over a couple of years ago.
