The Stumble Inn, Long Eaton in Erewash

Cracking place with cracking people!

Went to see a band there with some friends, despite signs saying cask ale, there was on Worthingtons on as a bitter. But a warm and friendly place, a great atmosphere, and the band was brilliant and had a great night out.

It was a great night seeing Dirty Orchids band, the best covers band in town!

Fantastic atmosphere with bands playing. Well priced beers, outside seating.

Band night is great, we went in on a Saturday night and it was really quiet, but hey… warm night and school holidays… my daughter and I had a great laugh on the pool table…

Such a warm and welcoming place, really enjoy each time we come!!!

A music pub. Saw a really good live band on a Sat night. Crowd was mostly on the mature side and friendly. It gets busy with the bar and stage next to each other in this cozy pub. There's a nice pool table too. Great to see live music that was really great at a nice little pub.

Affordable pool table. Not particularly rowdy. A great place to set the mood as you can buy a drink and escape out of the sheltered beer garden. Smoking area. Fosters, Carlsberg and surely Guinness? There is a dog that lives here and the landlords are nice. Personally, I have visited here for your solo pint as well as entertaining friends. I have come across interesting folk here and everyone seems to be friendly enough.

Clean pub. Nice owners (Martin and Kerry) and staff, good beer. Great music venue. Has been greatly improved and cleaned for Covid. Great food. Very well organised. Could do with a couple more ales to choose from.

Good venue for some live music, loud and personal which I enjoy. Beer is good, cold and plentiful.

Went to see a mates band MOC , fantastic night and crowd . Didn't eat there so can't comment on the food.

Disappointed with the choice of guest beers, two fruity ciders and 1cask ale.

The Sunday dinner was massive I had to take some home with me and I can eat 🤣 it was very nice and hot will definitely be eating here again

Great bar! Serves local beers and a good selection of ciders. Good variety of food on the menu, plus a great Sunday roast. Always has great live bands on too!

Went with the intention of having a meal, but the place was freezing cold and people vaping around the pool table so we had a pint and left.

Great Friday night out listening to a brilliant ska band. Good atmosphere and fabulous service from behind the bar. Had a really fun evening out with my bestie.

Just passing through I decided to call in to ask directions. I thought I'd eat too and have a pint. Really pleasant experience and the food was plentiful, hot and tasty. The service was enthusiastic and cheerful. They were just seeing up for a music night and the customers all seemed to be comfortable and cheerful. It's not gastro but good old English pub experience and I felt welcome and satisfied. Couldn't stay for the music but I'm sure those who did had a great time. If I'm passing again I'll be sure to call in. Well done.

Been a bit dissapointed in the beer at the Stumble of late. They have some great bands on and the food we have had there has been absolutely lovely. We were in on Sat 18/6 great band on but for me the night was tarnished by two females who were sat at the bar literally screaming at each other ...and other people! the more they drank the louder they got... they started to throw a whole container of straws around the bar all over the floor ( including down one of their clothes) these were then picked up and put back ! remind me not to have anything that needs a straw next time !! Apparently they were members of staff on a night off and were happily telling everyone that they would probably get barred if they didn't work there ! I didn't appreciate their loudness and language. I do love the Stumble and hope to have a better time next time but would give the individuals mentioned a wide berth if they were in or on duty !

5 of us had a Sunday Roast today, 4 adults a child and an OAP. We couldn't fault the food or the staff,. They went out they're way to make sure we were all comfortable, had plenty of room for the walking frame and catered for a smaller appetite.

Brilliant atmosphere, good serving staff and fair prices!! What more can I say.

If you want a pub to go to in long eaton, this isn't really the one since the outside has old furniture and most of it looks like a mess, defo wouldn't suggest going if this is your first time here, go to the mill and brook instead

I have always in the past enjoyed my visits to the stumble. But have now been deterred from visiting the pub ever again after being practically being accused of having covid 19 by a member of your bar staff. Just because I had a tickley throat due to my allergies.i must say this totally spoiled my night. I have to say I'm a stickler for adhering to the rules unlike many customers outside listening to the band.

Always good friedly staff food 100% brilliant entertainment good and a variety of music i would recommend the stumble inn for good food good beer and good entertainment always make you feel like you're at home

What a great place, lovely friendly staff, good food at reasonable prices. We booked a table to see the band outside and with the weather being a bit dodgy they kept us a table indoors as well, perfect. So we ate indoors and then headed out to the garden space which was really nice and cozy. Separate open cubicles made it feel very Covid friendly. To top it all The Pesky Alligators were brilliant as usual. Thanks all, we’ll definitely be back. 👍👍👍

Watched high on DC last night. Good band and nice pub. Only reason for 3 stars is that in my opinion the location for the band to perform was poorly chosen. It was at the back of the pub near the toilets and beer garden, this led to their being a constant stream of people walking through and disturbing everyone. The front of the pub where the pool table is should solve this issue and make it a great little music venue .

Bad service, bad value. I just moved close to it, they could have won a regular but decided to profit a couple pounds more serving me poorly.

Local pub with a good crowd of decent local people. Never witnessed any trouble here as opposed to every other place I've ever been for a drink in long eaton! Very well ran and as a non-regular you never feel unwelcome here. Over the last few years it has been quite a turnaround since the days of the wheatsheaf

Town centre pub with excellent beers from Full Mash brewery. Update, last time I went in the real beer choice was down to one pump and that had gone off too. They didn't seem interested in changing or cleaning the pumps.

It's an ok pub I was hoping to make it my regular but didn't find it overly welcoming but they have some good bands from time to time it's worth checking out for a swift pint or two
