Great food good service and it was very busy and no delay with food very polite waiter and food was hot when it came to the table

After finishing the tour before the journey home thought we would have a bite to eat reasonably priced and well presented

A pleasant place to stay and wait for your Harry Potter tour to begin. I very much liked that the place offers Starbucks coffee, which means that I can ask for the coffee that I am used to in a size that I prefer. They even asked me about my nice. So really, a proper Starbucks experience! The place itself is just a counter for ordering with very few places to sit. But there are other places in The Hub where can a person chill, especially in bigger group.

Really good menu and very well cooked we had the mussels in tomato and turmeric sauce. Mussels cooked well Nd not dry. Sauce was a new one to me and was lovely. Also had the prawns and asked if the sauce could have no chilli. Not a problem, so tells me it was freshly made. Pizza was lovely and fresh. Creme Brulé was to die for. So glad we found this place. We will be regulars . service was fabulous.

We booked a table here but turned up early. No problem they fitted us in had a scrummy meal for a good price the tea came in a pot and was great too food was freshly cooked to order , you could tell! Highly recommend this venue

Great ham hock salad, burger and chicken and leek pie. We ate before the tour. Staff great Not too pricey

Went to have breakfast today at the studio cafe not many people in told to set anywhere then we waited for a menu for about 15 minutes the staff just talking to each other doing very little no menu came so we got up and left I told staff if you can not service us we go just said sorry and carry on talking.this is not the first time this has happened not as good as when it first opened. Service and food gone down it is poor now

Very busy restaurant all the time. Excellent breakfasts with plenty of choice. Gets very busy in the evenings so service could be a little slow. Theme nights often during the the week and weekend so best to book. The staff are all very friendly and obliging. Plenty to choose from the menu especially the spicy burgers.

This was so much nicer than the the Back Lot Cafe - better choice of food, much less crowded and a calm spacious envronment - we had a meal after the tour and the food was well cooked and enjoyable

After visiting he HP experience we had a late tea here. We had sandwiches which were tasty and out grandson had sausage mash an peas. He prefers beans but to our surprise ate all hi peas an didnt complain about gravy being on his meal. He finished off with the obligatory chocolate cake. A nice end to a lovely evening.

We had pre tour brunch where I ordered the smashed avocado, but to be fair the whole menu was sounding amazing. The food was awesome and the staff were super helpful. It was so good we went back post tour and had the meza Greek food, again so tasty, throughly recommend

Fish & chips, burger & chips. Amazing chips, well cooked, quality food. Large portion. Very good cleanliness and sanitising observed. Felt very safe.

Perfectly OK - food was appetising albeit quite expensive. Bit like a service station really. Clearly fresh though and nice staff

The food & service did not disappoint. From carry away to sit down meal with China service for tea & biscuits the Studio Cafe isn’t the usual cafe.

Quick stop off mid way through tour. Nothing too elaborate on the menu but service was prompt and cafe is right next to a few other fantastic highlights of the studio tour.

This can get v busy so beware,.good choice of snacks and food, delicious lunch, but not cheap obviously

We'd come to celebrate my daughters birthday and was eating here as a special treat. There were a few vegan options and decent ones at that. I was able to enjoy a delicious portion of vegan 'fish' and chips. Later on I was able to have vegan chocolatecake too. Both times I had the option variety of milk alternatives, choosing between soya, oat and almond. It was a refreshing change! Both my (omni) children enjoyed the child's margarita pizza' s and couldn't finish the full amount. Prices were as expected for such an attraction but the service, staff, cleanliness and taste were worth it. We'd eat there again and I'll be recommening to visiting friends.

heres a nice little quiet place for you, sandwwhiches, cakes, drinks, sweet things, deserts, hot drinks, anything you like and there's plenty of space here since not man people come here.

The menu you would expect but the burgers were hot and delicious. The staff were quick and served many people in a short time. Butter beer is amazing!

Nice choice of cakes & drinks. After choosing & paying for our food & drinks we moved along to the end to wait for our drinks. We both had coffees but there were no napkins, cutlery, sugar & milk etc.

Service was fast and food was delicious, had the doorstop beef was lovely, chips where really tasty.

So here you can get breakfast before the tour or a snack and a last minute brew before you leave, reasonably priced and tasty food and snacks

Loved it here nice relaxed place an hour before our tour to sit and enjoy a very nice coffe at a respectable price similliar to high street prices, whilst watching the excitement of the faces of thouse visiting, we also visited the shop before going on tour and left our purchases with the information dest to collect as we left.

I can't say anything about the regular food served here but the butterbeer and butterbeer ice cream are great. For Harry Potter fans, this is a can't miss experience. You can purchase the butterbeer in a plastic souvenir stein and the ice cream in a plastic souvenir bowl. We took both of these containers home with us and have fond memories of the studio each time we use them. The café is bustling crowded, but you can usually find a place to sit with your group on the long picnic-style tables. One nice amenity at the café is a place specifically set up to wash the butterbeer steins and bowls, so they are clean and ready to pack to take home.

If we had known that the food was good, we would not have tried to find another restaurant, which we had to abort, since we could not easily get there and lost too much time on the road.

Be prepared to spend almost £4.00 for a single cone. Came in a black cornet (very apt). Must say the ice cream was delicious. Coffee was reasonably priced.

The food in this cafe at the halfway point in the tour could definitely use a lot more magic. You don't really expect great food at this kind of (great) attraction, but this was especially disappointing.

We brought my mother in law here for mother’s day breakfast and it was amazing! Delicious food and coffee and amazing service. It has now changed ownership and we haven’t been since, I am sure it is still as good as it was!

On arrival we decided to eat before going round the studios. The food was good and served quickly. Reasonably priced and we had no complaints. Plenty of space too.

There was quite a good choice of things to eat drink and it was enjoyable what we are it was a bit pricey but then you expect it to be at these places.

All the food looked amazing. But I had my heart set on a butter beer. Then i was told I could have a butter beer ice cream ... which was a must !

The food was very good and tasty, the price is a little bit pricey but it is according to what you have. We had the chicken and it was worth every penny and the staff were very helpful too

at the end of a very very long day at Harry Potter world we decided to eat at the studio cafe, 6 of us, we didn't have to wait long which was nice, the food was lovely and the place was clean and tidy. Again a bit pricey but we all left feeling full and contented.

The butter beer is amazing, absolutely delicious!!! £6.95 and you can keep The tankard/dish as a souvenir. On the other hand the food is quite expensive. It is absolutely worth a visit just for the butter beer alone.

Found a little gem of a new restaurant 20 minutes walk from our house. Good service,food and drinks.

One of the highlights of the day was sitting down and enjoying a butter beer with the kids. My son enjoyed this as much as getting his hands on Voldemort’s wand!!

Food was okay but expensive, don't bother with butterbeer. Not big enough to cope with peak time crowds.

Omg you need to try the beer, this is wonderful, the drink is tasty as I never taste, and the mousse on the top omg… god save the café…

Good food but quite expensive, not a huge choice but you get your meal quickly and it's hot. The cafe is kept clean and there is plenty of space.

This was in a large space with plenty of photographs and can be used before and after your tour.

We arrived over an hour before our tour, hoping to enjoy a leisurely afternoon tea before our HP tour but, after waiting for quite some time, could not even get a seat. Needs to be much larger to cater for the amount of people there are that time (4pm so neither early nor late) ... so please don´t count on being able to eat/drink anything here (the Starbucks next door was equally as busy).

Perfect for some easy food and drinks before you start your tour! Nice sandwiches and beer. Perfect if you arrive a little early

We decided to have a snack stop here before out 11:30 tour, coffee's, soft drinks, filled croissants and a sausage baguette were consumed, slightly pricey but acceptable given the lack of alternative and like I said we had planned to do this before we arrived and had seen the menu on line so the cost was not a complete surprise, prompt service and whilst not with a smile at least it was cordial.

Very average food and limited choice although the Butterbeer is great. Queues are long at busy times although move quite quickly.

Amazing croissants!!!! Never had anything like it!!! Definitely set us up for the day!!! They even did a cheese, mushroom and spinach one that was an instant hit with my sprogs!! Cakes look delish too!

Fair choice of hot and warm food, Starbucks drinks and cold selection of drinks, some beers and cider bottles, not a massive amount of seating as it’s timed tickets for attractions you sometimes have to wait a while to get in

Very disappointed that 2 staff were unable to locate allergy information for a cake - I ended up having to look at ingredients on the box - this is not acceptable and is potentially life-threatening if staff aren't trained appropriately: they were also really unhelpful & I was made to feel as if I had asked for something out of the ordinary like unicorn milk or something. This is indicative of poor training by the concession operator and poor monitoring by Warner Brothers.

As we were early arriving we decided to have breakfast prior to the tour. Had the full English which was good and was served fairly promptly. Slightly expensive for what you get but that is to be expected at somewhere like this. The staff were friendly and there was plenty of seating. Set us up nicely for our visit.

Good variety of hot and cold food for every dietary need, plenty of seating - you must try the butterbeer, they even do ice cream

My colleague asked for a coffee with soya mik & we were told they didn't have any soya milk. I suggested someone could nip next door to Co-op to get some but the waitress was really rude and said they were far too busy to do that!

We stopped for coffee and cake after the tour. It is a little chaotic as there is one line for Starbucks and then another for everything else. There were 4 counters open but it was not always easy to see this depending on the length of the queue. If staff had noone at their till but other queues were long, they did not call customers over, they just stood there. Seating is limited as it is busy. Food was nice though.

Just had a coffee in the Starbucks in the cafe and it took them over 20 minutes to sort my drink order 2x Lattes. Really disorganised, nobody seemed to know who was doing what.

Superb variety, coffee was good too. Usual prices for places like this but we didn't mind as we expected it.

We sat in and had the smoothies these were excellent and the guy who served us was as well , didn’t get his name but the was very polite and really helpful , and when the smoothies were ready he brought them over so yes very good little or no queues,,and a good choice for kids as well

The only thing wrong with the cafe is the cost. Just like the huge prices at the gift shop. Kids want everything so tell them to save up and pick what they want by looking at the web site. Clever mummy.

Wir haben nach der Harry Potter Studiotour hier Sandwiches und Muffins gegessen und Kaffee getrunken. Preise waren noch im Rahmen. Den Kaffee musste sich nebenan an einer Ausgabe abholen, dort stand Starbucks drauf, schmeckte aber gar nicht gut.

So you've been walking around for a couple of hours and in between studios is this cafe, so we have to get a butter beer just to say we had one. There is a line for food and a line just for butter beer. Well the person who took my order obviously didn't like her job and didn't want to be there. Butter beer was not so good....picture overly sugared cream soda with a dollop of whipped cream on top....but at least we tried it. We didn't eat there so I can't speak for the food.

Stopped for a drink before a studio tour. Very slow service. Luke warm drink. Uncleaned tables. Very busy.

Food was resonibly priced, fresh and tasty. From pre-made sandwhiches, hot dishes & desserts, beer & wine.

En attendant son heure d'entrée aux studios, ou juste avant de repartir, pour une collation ou un petit repas. Carte simple, mais produits corrects; ça ne vaut pas une bonne petite croque à l'anglaise dans un de ces jolis pubs, mais la nourriture est convenable pour un prix que n'est pas surfait pour l'endroit.

You can stop here for a hot meal or a quick sandwich. While on the tour you get fairly hungry and may need to take a break due to small children and what not

Had butter beer and butter beer ice cream here - just amazing. Both really lovely and added to the experience of the Harry Poter tour. Definitely a must try.

this cafe is at the start of the tour, well stocked and prices not bad but long queues and waits with no deisgnated areas for waiting or queuing, so when you are getting Starbucks, yu dont where the queue is and where to wait

Decided to give this cafe a go. Spacious with a buzz. Disappointed in the quality of the coffee, service was ok but sometimes he didn't quiet understand us. The breakfast was good.

Le bar du studio offre une restauration d’appoint pour les personnes qui ont faim avant ou après leur visite. Bien que le studio soit isolé de tout autre endroit, les prix proposés restent raisonnables comparés aux autres prix pratiqués par le studio.

There was plenty on the menu at the Studio Cafe, it was also not too badly priced either, standard Starbucks and standard food prices, pleasantly surprised.

the food and service were ok but not great. confused as to who ordered what, staff seemed too busy overall not very good.

The service from the young lady was polite, however a little confused! We had to repeat a couple of times what we had ordered, my tea lid wasn't on properly and a kind gentleman stepped in as he realized, as I could've burn't myself from an ill fitting lid!

I had the smoked salmon and was surprised to find it both tasty and appealing. In places like this you don’t expect much, but here you can expect something.

We stopped by here for a sweet treat before leaving the Warner Brothers Studios tour recently. They had Harry Potter themed cupcakes along with a good selection of other yummy looking cakes. They did also serve dinner but we opted out at that time. They also had cute Night bus boxes with the kids meals. We did have a cupcake and a donut though before we left that were both very tasty

We ate here twice; on arrival and then lunch on way out. Good food choices and food delivered to your table. Place kept very clean.

Extremely poor customer service! This has happened to me on 2 occasions! I placed a order for my lunch and did not receive my food! I waited 35 minutes for a burger and chips and then went to ask where my food is and they said my order was not placed but they had served me my drink and bring over my cutlery! This is totally unacceptable and I would most definitely not return to this so called restaurant!

Great food at a very reasonable price and drinks too. We had a cupcake each best I have ever tasted. Staff were working very hard and kept on top of things.

Our first impression was of a lovely modern large cafe bright and welcoming. From there it all went downhill. We arrived at 9.20 to have a menu slung at as , no words accompanied this. We waited until 9.30 before searching for another waitress, although at this point any of the 3 wiring would have done. Placed our order and watched lots of other customers arrive. Then watched those same customers get food, time and again! Eventually our coffee arrived, we reminded the waitress we had waited 30 mins for coffee and had seen lots of customers get food but aware other customers before us still didn’t have drinks. 45mins later we gave up and left. We queued 3 deep to cancel our order but we felt so bad for the poor waitress!

The Posh Dogs are delicious, food very good value with a starbucks at normal high street prices. The cakes looked lovely but couldn't squeeze one in.

Are here at the end of the Harry Potter studio tour & like the backlot cafe the food is good with reasonable prices. Doesn’t take too long to receive your food also.

By contrast to the backlot café this had far fewer people in and the service was quick and cheerful. Food was typical for this sort of café but was OK

Lots of variety of hot and cold food. All looked delicious Tasted lovely. Nice seating area. Lots of chairs and tables with a view of the tri wizard cup

The café as you enter the tour is lovely, the food is nice with a good variety and quality. Whilst it is slightly expensive it is expected for this type of location.

We arrived at the studios very hungry mid-afternoon, so decided to have a bite to eat before our tour began. My 8-year-old daughter and I shared an afternoon tea for two and my husband ordered a posh dog (a foot long in a baguette with cheese, salsa and wedges). With drinks, it came to £30.95 which was quite reasonable considering our location.

Popped in for brunch and cafe is very well appointed. Nice furniture friendly welcome and great food. If you’re passing by pop in you won’t be disappointed

Both cafes served tasty dishes, and they weren’t overpriced. The butter beer was overrated, though. Otherwise it was nice having cafes at both ends because it was a long walk through the displays.

This is a new addition since we were last there looks nice , very clean and nicely set out will perhaps eat here next visit in feb next year

Three girls had a good choice of kids meals, good coffee for myself , tables a bit messy , not cleaned frequently

Coffee shop just before or just after the excitement of the studio tour, busy, overpriced. At least it has clean loos.

The cafe at Harry Potter studios is good but the ques are long would recommend you take ur own food .The butter 🍺 is fantastic would definitely recommend.There are plenty of seats so you can sit in or outside.

Food for picky-eaters and vegetarians alike! Not the cheapest option but definitely the handiest for food before starting the tour. Had a Starbucks coffee and full lunch/dinner menu

The food served was very enjoyable but the only objection was the queues were very long but knowing that the food was prepared fresh was a bonus, I think they might benefit into having a computer ordering scheme perhaps to prevent to queues, lots of tables for people to eat at
