If 0 stars was an option, I would pick it. Me and my friends came in to socialise. when we were sat there this week. An incredibly rude employee cane up to us and told us to leave and never come back because we were taking up tables for valuable customers. i felt like i was a child getting a telling off and i will never take my valuable business to costa from now on. i will go to caffe nero. very dissapointed as i have gone to costa fir years and none of my family will gi there from now on.

Was verbally assaulted by one of the staff called ‘Sami’ who was aggressive and rude to me and my friend who were there with our children all because I dared to walk in with a Starbucks coffee… despite us queuing to order drinks and food from Costa. Sad pathetic little boy trying to play the big man. Complaint made.. let’s see what happens and if they actually listen to these recent comments.

I visit Costa Rickmansworth every few months so I’m not a very regular customer but it’s not local to me. I visited this time to meet a friend as it’s a good place to chat. I went to the ladies toilet during my visit, there are 2 cubicles, both were disgusting and how anyone could use either was beyond me. I immediately mentioned this to the staff and they went into clean it straight away and my friend who popped to the loo after me said they’d been cleaned. What I think is needed is a regular check like many establishments do. It’s beyond me how any woman can leave a toilet in that state let alone both cubicles. But kudos to the staff to act on it straight away. Costa still can’t however make a decent cup of tea and I have to take my own teabags. How difficult is it to put a decent teabag into a cup of boiling water!

Excellent coffee shop in Rickmansworth high Street, always clean and tidy , great service and good coffee and cake selection

Came in for breakfast. Normally, sausage rolls available, to be warmed. Now only vegan available. Staff rude. Shoved incomplete drink in front of me with no interaction.

Popped in on a quiet Tuesday afternoon. Stood waiting while 2 members of staff ignored me after nearly 5 minutes of waiting. Asked for a mango cooler and was told no we don’t have that. Some customer service training would really help. The staff have no interest whatsoever.

Popped into this coffee shop with my daughter and granddaughters last Friday. It was not busy but I had to ask for the table to be cleaned before we sat down. The previous customers had left the table before we arrived. I also noticed dirty cups left on tables and no cleaning done even though we were in there 40 minutes. Will not go in there again until they get their act together and get Covid safe.

I popped in here to meet a friend. I didn’t want to eat but and don’t drink coffee. I realise it’s a coffee place but many drink tea. I asked for a Earl Grey tea. How hard can it be. A tea bag and hot water. It was vile. I tried everything to get colour out of it but sadly it wasn’t to be. My friend had a bowl of soup and a toasted cheese sandwich. That looked tasty. Just a shame I couldn’t get a decent cuppa.

I have to say that the toilets in this Costa Coffee are always bad .. the sinks are to small and it has a really unpleasant smell!

Top Käffchen ... Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Service top ... sogar mit Außenterrasse. Hell und freundlich ... komme gerne wieder

It is a lovely place, whit good coffee and food and lovely staff .I'd like to come back again to have a lovely coffee and to relax myself.

Quite a large with lots of seating and a small outside area. It's usually busy but you can usually get a set without much problem. When it the store opened it felt much friendlier than it does now. The staff are are certainly not unfriendly but they certainly could be much more welcoming. The coffee is good and very much somewhere for coffee and a cake rather than lunch.

I like this Costa, it’s a good size generally. It has smallish outside seating area for sunny days at the back of the shop which is a bonus and nice armchairs towards the front of the shop. Toilets are fine too. I like to bring my mum here occasionally for a relaxing coffee.

This large branch of Costa In an old bank was quiet when we dropped by late on Saturday afternoon. Staff were friendly and service was quick. Terrace at the back looks a nice place to enjoy the sunshine.

Going to any of the major coffee chains can be a quite bland experience, but this one seems more customer facing than many. We had some good banter with the counter staff while ordering. The coffees were a decent standard too. Not quite sure about having what tasted and looked like marmalade on top of a cinnamon brioche bun, but I’m willing to try most things! It’s a big coffee shop with well spaced seating. There’s also nice outside terrace seating at the rear. A good experience.

For a Mum with kids in a buggy, this was so stress free! Automatic doors so no fighting to get in with the buggy, plenty of room when queuing, friendly, helpful staff who offered and carried my tray to the table. Couldn't ask for more. The place was spotlessly clean too. Didn't use the toilets but baby change available. Highly recommend.

Plenty of seats including some extremely comfortable ones. Nice welcome and lovely and warm on the cold day we visited. Coffees were very good, not overheated. Recommended.

Good food apart from the garlic bread, which was rather hard. Main courses and deserts were fine. Atmosphere was pleasant and there were a good number of diners. The waiters were efficient

Staff are rude and unwilling to make hot food, even half an hour before the store shuts. Coffee is average. Go to Nero instead.

When this franchise first opened it was amazing. The management and thus staff were so friendly, would recognise the locals and make a fuss of the children. It's now got tired, the glasses aren't terribly clean and I'm treated like a stranger despite going in there most weeks.

We went a dozen times to this particular Costa and we have a very good feedback about it. Friendly staff, good atmosphere, and good coffee. Recommended .

Costa en Rickmansworth sirve platos de sus bebidas y aperitivos. El café es amplia aunque bastante oscura y fría debido al aire acondicionado. Hay una pequeña terraza al aire libre en la parte trasera que puede ser agradable, pero está estropeado por los clientes no fumadores. La terraza está cerrada por tres lados, está cubierto por un techo transparente y tiene un signo de no fumadores. A pesar de esto hay ceniceros en algunas de las mesas. Cuando me quejé a otro cliente sobre sus fumadores la respuesta que recibí fue que la mitad de las mesas estaban para fumadores y la mitad eran no fumadores. Es ridículo como uno cualquiera persona puede fumar impacto sentado en la terraza o en las inmediaciones. mesas

I go to this costa nearly every day. The staff are very helpful and efficient. It has a nice atmosphere.

Nice atmosphere, always busy, has outside area for smokers. Has both chairs and sofas depending on what you want. Coffee is good and so are the cakes/pastries but I wouldn't come here for anything else eg sandwich as the food is very overpriced.

Ambiente encantador, una vez que recibes tu pedido. Siempre encuentro que mañana temprano en el fin de semana, cuando hay mucha gente, puede esperar casi 10 minutos para que tomen su pedido en el mostrador. Realmente deberían poner más personal en las horas punta.

Waitress very rude I think she does not know about manners I think she does not like to work coffee nice but this waitress put me off I think she new

...really surprised by some of the comments on here as staff have always been very friendly when I have popped in for a coffee. Recently refurbished too, so looks better than it used to....

Corrió a costa de su nueva gama de navidad, no podía esperar a probar el nuevo Lindt chocolate caliente. Nuestra orden tardó un rato y el chocolate caliente llegó en un vaso pequeño (hay un nuevo tamaño menor de lo normal para la opción lindt). Cuando cata, me pareció que sabían como regular y no chocolate caliente sabor a Lindt. . Los Amaretti Latte. Por otro lado sabían increíble y puede probar la diferencia!

Omg the service in here is sooooo slow it was tedious. I would consider going back again in the future as it takes too long for a simple coffee to take away!!

This place has just had a little makeover and looks much better for it! The staff seem much happier too :) it's the same coffee and food just in slightly better conditions. Let's hope it stays that way x

Rude and aggressive staff. Very confrontational. Will do anything to get your money but after that customers are subjected to abhorrent and demeaning treatment. Didn't stay for a drink as had enough abuse in the first minute so got our money back and left.

I went along to meet a friend who had suggested Costa due to the outside space, which would enable us to enjoy some fresh air whilst having a coffee and a catch up.

Llamamos aquí el sábado pasado por un par de cafés helados refrescantes que nos refrescó en uno de los días más calurosos en lo que va del año. El servicio fue rápido y nos sirvió un personal amable y servicial. Las mesas se aclararon bastante rápido. Nos dimos cuenta de que había una pequeña zona de estar al aire libre, aunque optamos por la opción interior del enfriador en nuestra visita. Costa Coffee está situado en medio del centro comercial y a un par de cientos de metros de la estación de Rickmansworth.

Preciosa zona, precioso edificio, lleno de asientos, agradable patio.

Café con los amigos es un pasatiempo popular ahora que los coffee shops están apareciendo por todas partes y la costa debe asegurarse que ofrecen el mejor servicio posible. Por desgracia, esta outlet carece de la limpieza, el personal esta mañana del domingo sólo puede ser descrito como Moody y evidentemente quería estar en otro sitio. No nos dieron una sonrisa, ni disculpa por el tiempo que pasamos en una cola ... nada que me gustaría volver. Cafe Nero en la carretera la próxima vez para mí!

Visite la costa regularmente, normalmente para reunirse con amigos para tomar un café. La comida y las bebidas son buenas, como es de esperar en una costa.

What more can be said about Costa? It does what it says on the tin - the coffee is good, the surroundings are pleasant and it is always good value.

I enjoy stopping off for a coffee here. There is lots of space inside and they even have a small outside bit which is nice. Coffee is always good.

Located in an old building in the main street this Costa offers plenty of space indoors plus a small outdoor terrace. The range is standard Costa, service is pleasant and helpful, but, unlike most Costas they do not take American Exoress
