We are on holiday and visited the storehouse cafe after the seal sanctuary. The staff were friendly and accommodative. My little boy was hungry so we got him a ham sandwich and he said it was the best ham sandwich ever! I tried the battenburg cake and my dad had carrot cake both were lovely. The atmosphere was chilled with relaxing music playing. The toilets had a nice touch with feminine hygiene products available for free for those that needed them. Overall it felt like a lovely safe place to go to.

Passed this place loads of times and never realised what it was. Thought it was an arcade! Will definitely go back the next time we are in Skegness. Looking forward to a piece of caramel shortbread. Good prices and friendly staff. Dog friendly. Outdoor seating too.

Called in for a sandwich after seeing the prices at Naturelands cafe. Excellent choice of cakes and drinks and they apologised having run out of teacakes for toasting......how often do you that much politeness from staff anywhere. The hot chocolate is thick and creamy, sandwiches full of cheese....a meal in the cheese alone without the bread. But the real surprise was the well equiped play area for under 5s free of charge and the staff made sure bigger children did not go in. Everywhere beautifully clean, friendly and helpful staff. Give it a try you will not be disappointed and we will be back soon. As for the price we could not believe how little we had payed!

A great place to go, away from the hustle and bustle of Skegness town centre, but opposite Seal Sanctuary. A very relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. A wide range of beverages and great prices. They also have a free play area for the under 5's and many other things advertised as part of the Church.

We have been coming here for a couple of years. Our daughter absolutely loves the play area. We can sit out in the coffee shop and watch her playing. The menu is very limited now and we miss the meals they used to do. It is mainly just snacks. No chips or anything that children would be interested in eating. Soup and a sandwich we usually opt for but then we have to find somewhere other for our daughter to eat. I like what the place stands for. As well as normal holiday makers that use the place it also helps those less fortunate, the homeless and it also has a food bank where you can donate to.

We popped in here for a warm drink before going to Natureland over the road from Storehouse. We had a mug of black tea and decafe spiced pumpkin latte. I really enjoyed my latte, it was better than any leading coffee shop. The atmosphere is very cosy with the sofas and worship music playing softly in the background. I like the idea of having a loyalty card with them, this gets stamped each time we buy a hot drink and once it is filled we can have a free drink. Would highly recommend if you want a warm drink before going into Natureland or walking onto the sea front.

We used to visit here regularly and found it very enjoyable. Returned this weekend after about a year to find that the food offer is much reduced to just pannini, jacket potatoes drinks and little else. Quality was still excellent though

We called in for lunch before going to Natureland Seal Sanctuary, and we're so glad we did! It was nice and cool out of the sun with plenty of seating. Nice staff, very relaxed, we had a child's lunch box, 2 adults sandwich meals, 2 drinks and a caramel shortbread all for under £16! It was so nice, would highly recommend to all visitors and we would go back. 10/10

A lovely looking place both inside and out, but despite the promise of a 10 minute wait to be served, we waited just a few minutes under an hour and this was for a couple of toasted tea cakes and a jacket potatoe. And the jacket potatoe was the smallest potatoe I have ever seen served with some manky bits of salad and certainly not worth the £4,00 price it cost me. I certainly will nit be returning there for food.

This coffee shop is at a church. It is out of the way of the hustle and bustle of daily skegness life. There is a wide variety of both cold and hot drinks as well as food. This time we only had a drink each and the free biscuit which is a nice touch. It's a very relaxing atmosphere with sofas to sit on and worship music playing in the background but not too loudly. We really enjoyed our visit here.

Been here a few times and it is a welcome break from normal Skeggy menus of something and chips! Normally do homemade extras for the kids sandwich boxes like jelly but seem to have reverted to mass produced factory made additions but sandwiches still freshly made and decent quality ham used. Unfortunately we could only eat baguettes, paninis or jacket potatoes as due to getting rid of the chef they had no other food menu so a bit disappointing as we had made a special trip down here but what we had was lovely and freshly prepared, the coffee as ever was nice and the atmosphere relaxing. I do love this coffee house as it is a break from the normal chaviness of Skeggy and the cakes are to die for. With 2 under 5s, having a little safe playroom that is free to use is fabulous and it is clean, tidy and welcoming. I will be back but with the current menu on offer, just for coffee and cake. Lovely spacious cafe not rammed with pushchairs and mobility scooters like the ones on the other end of the seafront

Choosing a place to eat can sometimes be difficult for us as our son has a dairy allergy - the staff were so nice and searched the allergy list for possibilities, when none could be found they made us a special meal (which he loved) we weren't made to feel awkward or difficult at any time - the staff we very friendly and happy to help with even the slightest things, the food was lovely and great value for money, the food was presented beautifully. I have visited the Storehouse Skegness many times . For a quick snack, a substantial meal and just for a coffee and cake to unwind. The coffee is lovely, the cakes homemade and the atmosphere is calming and soothing.. You can either sit on benches or sink into plush leather settees and chairs. Definitely an asset to Skegness. If you have children there is a children's play area to keep them occupied .

We visited here for breakfast after a very busy morning packing up our tent to go home after a stay at a nearby campsite (extra points for being dog friendly!). All very hungry there were plenty of options to choose from and even the option to build your own breakfast which was great for my daughter who wouldn’t eat a full breakfast but would still like certain items! The staff were lovely, the service was quick and the food was delicious! Extra shoutout to the iced latte and the big buts breakfast. It was amazing! We will definitely be returning when we are back in Anderby. Thank you!

Spotted from the car park and decided to stop for a coffee. There was some seating outside so perfect for anyone with dogs. It was a beautiful spring day so we also decided to have some cakes and a cheese scone. I have to say the cakes were fab and the cheese scone was the best I have ever had. Can’t wait to visit again. Highly recommended.

After having had a fantastic experience here midweek during the summer, we promised ourselves we would be back for Sunday dinner. We booked by email, which was confirmed within minutes, Howe when we arrived there was no record of the booking. I was able to find the confirmation email. We were told that we could be accommodated but it would have to be in the bar area as there were 3 other bookings which already had restaurant tables reserved. We were advised to pick a table and they would set it up for us. We showed them where we would like to sit and waited for someone to bring some seating to the table. After 10 minutes we were still standing so found a different table which had seats in place. (We had already informed them that my husband was recovering from a broken ankle) Eventually the waitress came and gave us cutlery and placemats but no salt and pepper. She took our meat orders and I asked whether the veg would include cauliflower cheese, as I would like to not have it, as I have an allergy/intolerance. We waited a further half an hour for our meals, which came with the vegetables served on a tray, including the cauliflower cheese. There was only one spoon which was resting in the cheese sauce so I had to request another one. I then dished myself up a spoonful of swede/carrot mash and one broccoli floret. I did try to dish up some cabbage but found that when lifted from the plate, the cabbage came out from under the cauliflower cheese and covered in the sauce, so I had to not have cabbage. After the meal, the waitress came to clear the table. She dropped some vegetables on the tablecloth and asked if we wanted puddings to which I responded yes. After waiting for 38 minutes with no sign of the waitress to clean the table or take our pudding order, we decided to leave. On taking our payment the bar staff asked if everything had been ok, so I mentioned the above. He simply said, ‘sorry about that ‘but the mains were ok?’ I chose not to continue with the conversation, as my husband had overheard the barman say that he was going to rip someone’s head off. We are really disappointed as we had been telling everyone about how good our experience in the summer was. To top it all, there was a very large dog in the area which smelled strongly and a group of young children also came and used the pool table right next to us, despite there being a notice advising that nobody under 16 was allowed to use it. Another customer did point it out but was ignored. One or two little things we could have overlooked/forgiven but unfortunately there were too many today and we won’t be back

An unassuming little place that offers a friendly welcome and excellent, attentive service. It's got a cosy, slightly bio/eco feeling with very interesting plants and an insect hotel outside the door. Menu is limited but more than adequate for a light lunch or afternoon tea. Nice music playing unobtrusively in the background too. A really great touch is their bottomless cup for tea or coffee. Blink and you'll miss this place as you drive along the busy and fast A52 between Boston and Skegness. It's on a cross-roads just after the main Friskney village turn-off travelling NE. But DON'T miss it because it really is a worthwhile pit-stop. Opposite, down the lane towards the Wash, there is some brilliant wild walking.
