Really friendly member of staff. We only stayed for one drink before the football, but it was a good visit and really reasonably priced. We'll be back for sure.

Unlikely to be too much atmosphere when you're the only one watching football on a weekday evening. Much improved decor from previous visit a few years ago.

Fantastic pub. Five stars. Ran an event here with 30+ people in attendance and the staff were incredible. They were very generous and helpful throughout the night. Amazing karaoke setup and reasonably priced drinks. Would recommend to anyone in Exeter.

Never been served food that disgusting in my life! besides all the vedge being ice cold, the cauliflower tastes like it was oven baked in a dirty tray that had once housed burnt food and never been cleaned then seasoned with dirty dishwater and the watery over boiled potatoes that were then dry burnt on the similarity never cleaned dishwater burnt trays taste were both completely inedible and nothing can get rid of the aftertaste. the Yorkshire was pure artistry, burnt on the outside, when tipped over two tablespoons of oil poured out and despite this stil raw dough in the inside? how? the carrots beans and broccoli, all cold all overcooked to mush with no seasoning and zero flavour, the pork was cooked but zero flavour, the gammon had some flavour but was covered in a thick layer of raw fat and had some raw meat spots too, the gravy was a layer of oil followed by a layer of clots, the only thing vaguely edible as is were the pigs in blankets, will never order here again and the slop cost me over £40

Fantastic atmosphere and great friendly staff I was with my mate dave and we've had a good night we've been coming down here for a few years now and it's really the only place we want to choose in Exeter to have a great night out with mates or just to chill out.

Absolutely immaculate service, special shout out to conner for the rapid arrival of drinks, the perfect pints and the massive glass of pimms. Will be returning soon for the sunday roast, looking forward to those potatoes. Would recommend to everyone, up there with other establishments such as St Anne’s Well and the Duke of York. Well worth the journey from the sunny isle of wite

This pub really did amaze me in every aspect. The maître d' was highly knowledgable on the wide selection of local ales as well as the inspirational selection of home cooked pub grub. The scenery surrounding the pub was stunning and just a stones throw from the historic city centre it makes a realistic option for a quick escape from the city. You can tell that this pub has serious family heritage and the care that goes into all things to do with this pub is highly evident. Considering the troubles of the recent year, the landlords have clearly put considerable effort into providing an al fresco dining experience. Well done all involved.

Promoting the operations of the Nashville Country Music Club we were very fortunate in securing Stoke Arms as a weekly venue to host the clubs live acts. After three weeks the club and its members were highly complimentary of the establishment. Jay (the manager in charge of the catering bar and functions also Ian support and support staff made the club so welcome. Stoke Arms have given the club the run of the place enabling them to put their own stamp on country style. This is much appreciated as well as the warm hospitality quality food and drink at very competative prices. The relationship between club and venue show considerable promise for the future and to extend even further the long standing record as being one of the longest running clubs in the SW since 1984.

The place is like any other IKEA. The employees on the floor are very nice and helpful. The people in the cafeteria could be a little friendlier. But overall good place to go.

Two of us ate lunch here today. Staff were very friendly and helpful - especially as in so many other restaurants my need for gluten free and dairy free meals seem to cause problems. The Lounges always offer a selection of suitable food and l have learned to have complete faith in the food that is served to me. Happy to recommend Puerto Lounge.

To be fair I can't comment on the food as we didn't eat here but the coffee was probably one of the weakest ones I have ever had. ..... could question if they had even used coffee! Place was nearly empty when we arrived but were seated next to the only other customers in there!?!?!? Server showed her displeasure in us only ordering coffee. If you like expensive watery coffee then this is the place for you otherwise pick one of the many other establishments nearby.
