Phenomenal! It's rare that I feel stuffed from a breakfast but this place really delivered. Gorgeous interior and pancakes...the staff were amazing too. Will definitely come again when I'm in the area 💕 Also very good value for money.

Alice and Freya are absolute angels. They served me and my friend today and honestly they were just the sweetest people ever. It was close to closing but they still took the time to chat with us, recommend the perfect drink and even suggested some places to visit. So friendly, so welcoming and just had the best vibes. They made the whole experience feel so warm and personal like we were regulars even though it was our first time. The coffee was amazing but the service made it next level. Massive shoutout to them both, you made our day. Cannot wait to come back.

We had been to the store multiple times and decided to try this place for brunch and were left disappointed. The food was bland and underseasoned, bacon was burnt, service was okay. Only upsides is it wasn’t expensive, you pay for what you get and the restaurant is aesthetically nice but would not go again.

I thought this place was amazing when my son was a baby but a few things that would improve it:- -proper kids menu - when the children are happy, the parents can be happy. Glasses of juice and menu catering to adult tastes is not good for toddlers -more variety of bagel flavours - a lot of these are generally pregnancy “unsuitable”- hence I was really excited when the Solihull shop opened but haven’t been able to eat anything sold there as it’s all unsuitable 🙃 -server was okay but could have been warmer in her approach. Considering we were there with our toddler, I didn’t find it massively accommodating that we had to have a big gap since sitting before ordering drinks only; and then food. My son was saying “where’s my food!” And we hadn’t even ordered. My husband felt his bagel was quite small given the price; my toast for my avo was very hard/a bit burnt and the eggs aren’t Red Lion stamped so again not suitable unless overcooked. Coffee/chai were lovely. Won’t be hurrying back but will visit again at some point I am sure.

We came late on a Tuesday morning and the place was packed! We had to sit outside which we didn't mind at all. The coffee and food is fantastic. I went for the pancakes and was pleasantly surprised by a huge portion of deliciously fluffy pancakes. Very very good but despite my efforts I was unable to finish them. This is a dog friendly cafe with a great atmosphere. A proper trendy cafe! I'd definitely recommend booking if you're after an inside spot.

I had an avo smash with two poached eggs and bread and it was very tasty. I also enjoyed the atmosphere and the decorations. Service was also great. Recommended if you are looking for a good spot for breakfast.

We drove over from Banbury to experience, with you guys opening soon. We’ve got to commend you on first class customer service, brilliant job. We arrived having not booked and you were very busy, which was our mistake. We were greeted straight away by a blonde lady (Ruth (Ozark) look alike), explained you were fully booked but offered to take our number in case a ‘walk in’ table became free. Gave us directions to your other location, we had a walk over and decided to pick a take away up from the depot as we parked round the corner. Anyway got back and ordered some bagels and coffees to go. The same lady approached us and said they had a table free but only for 20 minutes, if we were happy to eat and dash. We did, it was great but just really impressed with the thoughtfulness and service delivered. The place was really busy, but all the staff were clam and enjoying themselves which added to the whole atmosphere. Fantastic job on the hospitality and we can’t wait for the Banbury site to open! At the point we arrived there were maybe 15 or so people already sat down - some with drinks already. It was then 10 minutes before anyone asked us for a drinks order. A further 10 minutes before anyone asked us for our food order. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait for food but we actually waited over 45 minutes before we had to leave.

Had the salmon royale - I never thought I would complain about having too much salmon but it was utterly excessive! Like a whole pack or more on one slice of bread! Totally overpowered everything else. French toast was also great at first but quickly became sickly.

Nice place to go. Nice selection of cakes. Had a flat white which was good. And also breakfast and I would expect better. The sausage and the mushrooms could be a little bit fresher for the price of the breakfast. Sausage tasted like it was from the past and mushrooms too. I know most of it is pre-cooked. But the sausage was so dry you could hardly cut it with knife (cooked few times). Mushrooms, half of them were shrunken like it has been cooked twice already. Bacon also was also hard and not fresh. The best things on the plate was the hashbrown and the poached eggs. The bagel my wife had I don't think it was cooked enough or just taken out of the freezer and microwaved. Bagel should be more presentable from the outside (brown ish). Otherwise the taste was good aparently.

A little pricy, but very popular and food excellent

The venue appeared to have problems with the kitchen ventilation as it was steamy on arrival and clothes smelled of cooking afterwards. Very noisy venue and could do with textiles on walls to soak this up. Quite a strain to talk.

Usually love this place and their pancakes. Today was disappointing after ordering pancakes for my 3 year old and waiting a long time they were raw in the middle. They replaced them, after another long wait with more that were totally raw. Then said this is how they're supposed to be. We swapped it for a single piece of French toast. Another long wait. In the end my little girl had waited over an hour to eat and we'd finished ours. We then paid £6.95 for that piece of toast. It's never been like this before so hopefully it was an off day. Serving staff are fab so next time I might just try it by myself.

Really nice warm place for breakfast and catching up with family n friends

I used to live on this street, it opened while I was living there a few years ago. It remains my go to place for sourdough and the best filled doughnuts, though I don't indulge as much as I used to. First time dining in for brunch, no reservation but got a table with a time reasonable time limit, staff are always very nice and this time was no different. I had a flavourful americano (no milk, no sugar, no nonsense), and we both went for the salmon royale (I think it was called that) and it was superb, sourdough cooked just right, a good size portion, great flavours and presentation. Interior is very cool as well, but everyone knows that. Recommended and I will surely return for bread, brunch, and maybe a doughnut (that's a lion bar one in the photo).

This is a really welcome addition to Leamington. Tucked away on a quiet side street, it is a really unexpected find but a perfect size, offering something more than other cafes in the town. Food is excellent, nice big space for groups, top class table service. Definitely best to book a table at busier periods but they also offer takeaway. It's walkable from the town centre in about 5 minutes so don't try bringing your car.

Worst lunch in living memory - actually didn’t eat it as so horrid. All refined high glucose carbs (reconstituted egg and deep fried hash browns). Yuck. This place is all style and no substance- one for the young people to hang out perhaps.

Food is really nice and it's a cool spot.. slightly overpriced maybe

We went as a pre-booked group of 10 on a Tuesday lunchtime (12:30), and though we could order drinks relatively quickly we didn't get the chance to place our food order for a long time, and which point we were told it could be about half an hour - it was about an hour (arrived at table around 13:55). Obviously sometimes places are short-staffed and that's unavoidable, but our waitress had said she would check in regularly with updates and keep taking drinks orders and we didn't see her again until we grabbed her attention to ask for an update after waiting 45 mins. That said, when the food came mine was very tasty, and the place has a nice atmosphere. I can thoroughly recommend the Hendricks bagel and the hash brown bites ☺️

Dropped on for a Sunday brunch and was blown away by the quality of the food! By far the best French toast I have ever had! Plus amazing coffee, service, cakes and vibes. Definitely worth the visit and will be returning. Thank you!

Great food and nice coffee, and they do coconut milk. The girls serving you are always lovely. It is best to book as they don't always have a free table, popular place. They also do take out cakes and bread absolutely yummy.

Excellent venue, albeit a tad overpriced, but it is Leamington Spa and the brunch was very different from other venues. Very generous portions of mushroom and avocado. Delicious

Despite being recommended, was one of the most disappointing meals I've had in Leamington. I couldn't believe the absolute lack of meal options for anyone with even a basic dietary requirement (dairy), and to top it off was charged an extra 50% to remove items off of one of the standard bagel options! Poor service and massively overpriced, an absolute avoid for anyone with allergies/intolerances.

Great brunch spot for families and mum and baby dates! Lovely food and generous portions! My favourites are the French toast and the B.E.C bagel. Would love if the depot could offer more of a variety of bagels! I know they have the other store, but there’s more space to sit in the depot.

Simple, tasty, and high quality food. A very good option to brunch and socialize. Stylish and vibrant ambience striking a relaxing mix of steam punk and greeneries.

First visit here and it was disappointing. The poached eggs were basically hard boiled and not what you would ideally like. Also no price on orange or apple juice on your menu; we had 2 orange juices and to then get charged £3 each for a child’s sized glass which was half filled with ice was particularly outrageous. Nobody came to ask whether the food was satisfactory or whether we needed anything else. It’s a great shame as it’s a lovely environment and has the potential to be fantastic.

Great options on food and a lovely atmosphere. They were able to edit item of the menu which was a plus. Service was prompt and food was piping hot which is always a good thing.

Lovely aesthetic interior, really cute and rustic. The food tasted average, but their bagel shop in town is great. The servers were attentive but I am not impressed as they got my order wrong which I unfortunately didn’t realise until too late and it ended up triggering my intolerances which make me feel sick; the server even came back to double-check my order and it was still wrong - even put it through the till wrong 😑 🙄

Came for a late breakfast the other day and was very disappointed. Couldn’t tell if I was eating the plate of the toast with how hard the bread is. Might have to book an appointment with my dentist after trying to get through the depot breakfast. Seems like a nice place for a cake and a coffee would suggest you avoid the brunch menu if you value your teeth.

Really nice food, light and airy atmosphere- perfect place for brunch! Only recommendation is that the tables that seat 2 people need to be a little bigger!

Went there for lunch the other day. I've ordered the birria meal. The taste was great and the dish was very enjoyable, but the portion and the price didn't really match... Very expensive to leave hungry. I don't think I'll repeat.

Everything was great, only im provement would probably be a bit better timing on the warming lamp to keep the eggs runny

Food is very overpriced for quantity you receive. A change of menu seems to have decreased the quality of the food too? Used to be a favourite in leamington, however now it’s not a place we will be returning to. Steak sarnie was undercooked and cold, 3 cheese panini was lacking cheese and left us feeling slightly sick. Overall not as good as it once used to be.

Came in for breakfast and a chai latte was hit by the gorgeous decor and friendly staff, my server Olivia was fantastic and extremely catering, felt very looked after. Very tasty full English to start my day!

The toast was rock hard and cold. It was so cold the butter didn't melt. The sausage was warm at best. I asked for no mushrooms, I got mushrooms. The bacon was nice but that was about it. Americano wasn't hot either. You'd think for £42 the food would be decent. First time going and I'm not sure I'd go again.

The place to go for brunch that will not disappoint. Coffee is good, service friendly and cool space. If you are hungry and like sweet, go for the french toast, my friend says the best she has ever had.

This was our second visit. The depot breakfast was great. Lovely sourdough toast, decent sized proper sausages and a wonderful alternative to boring baked beans with the steamhouse beans.

Lovely environment and well decorated. Staff were lovely and great service. Food was really good but I would have loved to have seen some more vegan bagels on the menu.

First impressions yup looks like a depot! The floor to ceiling could be sprused up a bit. The food overall was overcooked, nothing here I could cook at home. Coffee was ok.

A nice place for a weekend brunch, the coffee is excellent and they have a delicious choice of cakes and pastries. Table service is good, we waited a little for the coffees but they apologized for the wait, the food then arrived shortly after. The dishes are typical brunch dishes, the eggs a little bland but still well done. The only flaw of the place is the non-existent ventilation, so all the smells remained impregnated in the clothes.

Food and service was great. 2 things not so great: the toilet was pretty grubby and they need a better extraction system - the air was smokey and my coat smelt after.

A last minute choice for a late lunch (around 2.30pm). We didn’t have a booking but were accommodated nicely by the front of house staff who gave us a table within 15 minutes. I thought the decor was lovely and the menu had a good range of items. Service was quite fast and they didn’t rush us out. My only qualms were that the hot drinks could have been a little warmer, the water station was quite cluttered and I wasn’t sure if the jugs there were clean or not as they were surrounded by cleaning spray and used paper towels. But, overall a great place for a delicious meal!

Had a wonderful brunch today. The mushroom and halloumi special was delicious. The mushrooms and chili jam were outstanding. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Great atmosphere and reasonable prices.

Once again excellent food, service and atmosphere. The 'full English' was as good as you can get. Obviously when full there is plenty of chatter, but that's a good point. People eating and chatting is brilliant. I understand that they may be working on removing the cooking smells that can get into your clothing. I am sure that can be sorted. Can't wait until we are back on Leamington again for another brunch!

This is a very very special place wow wow wow what can I say this place is special... a converted old car garage that's been converted into hip and trendy restaurant come cafe serving the most divine donuts filled with Nutella chocolate absolutely to die for, breakfast has a modern English spin all the produce is locally sourced the staff are polite and attentive. I can't say enough good things about this place gets absolutely ramed at the weekend so book early to enjoy a fantastic Sunday breakfast.

As we arrive, lovley shop served really quickly there are three choices plain, one covered in seads called badaga and another one that looked yummy. We also had two drinks and cookie sandwich. The food was delicious.

I went early morning for a full breakfast the place was very crowded and noisy with music trying to be played in the background which wasn't needed I was served by polite and welcoming waitress I received a cup of tea which was not as strong as I would like and there wasn't much white sugar on the table my food arrived shortly after in a reasonable time I was immediately disappointed to see only one sausage the scrambled eggs were very salty as well as the potato tots the bacon was also salty but you expect that from bacon the sausage was not as firm as I would like but it tasted very good nonetheless the Toast was a little cold making the butter hard to spread I would have liked black pudding but most places don't do this anymore which is a disappointment overall it was ok but I probably wouldn't go there again.

Loved this place staff were lovely ordered 2 eggs (asked for runny) on ciabbatta toast but the eggs weren't runny and the toast was too hard on crust. Otherwise, still tasted nice 👌

one of my favourite places for brunch in Leamington Spa!! all of the staff are sooo sweet/friendly, the service is great and overall such a vibe. definitely recommend visiting and working your way through the menu!!

This place is a hidden gem, tucked away on a side road but make no mistake, the food is very delicious, staff are friendly and it has a unique vibe to the place. It was a little on the expensive side, and some of the items lacked that special touch, but overall, it was definitely a place to try, and I recommend the pancakes, they were very delicious!

Incredible food but awful service. Came on Saturday and the staff were incredibly rude , on their phones and very slow to take the order or bring drinks despite it being quiet. We were stood waiting to pay for over 15 minutes whilst staff just stood there on their phone . Did not feel welcome and the blonde girl in a short skirt practically flashing her pants was incredibly rude and arrogant. Considering the steep prices would expect better service , really let the chefs in the kitchen down as the food was remarkable!

Went for breakfast with a big group of friends on a Sun morning and it was rather busy! We all enjoyed how spacious the place is and how good coffee and breakfasts are. It is quite warm inside - we were lucky it wasn’t a warm day. I hope there are fans/air conditioning for warmer days, as ventilation could make a difference. Also, I found prices for breakfast options on the high end compared to some other places, and there were big portions with no option to get a smaller breakfast or build my own, hence four stars.

Baked goods are really good, from pastries to sourdough and brioche, and they serve a great cup of coffee. However the service is quite poor, I had to go and find someone to take our food order and pay. The cooked food quality is fairly average with small portions for the price.

Overall it had a good ambience, staff were nice & neat though it feels like they were over worked at some point. I love that i can see the kitchen. They clean thoroughly after each customer making the desk conducive for the next person. Pancake was super nice. The British breakfast was good. Kids friendly Dog friendly Wheelchair friendly Music was a little too loud

Nice spot for a brunch. Baked goods were divine and very generously proportioned - a pleasant surprise in an era of shrinkflation! Full English breakfast was reasonable, but the sausage was a little cremated and the bacon tougher than I'd have liked but the toast was spectacular so this was some compensation.

Visited my brother in Leamington today and we’re always down for a nice brunch! First offs, the coffees were really nice. Tried the latte and the mocha and both were a nice wake-me-up! ☕️ Secondly, for the food: the BEST was their garlic mushroom dip dish with sourdough (so so hearty), the smashed avocado toast was yum, and their Benedict and salmon 🍣 was nice too. i was really excited for their french toast and although the vanilla mascarpone and berry was nice, the bread was really dry for me. However, apparently it isn’t always like this so might be worth checking out. The hash brown dish with chipotle mayo was nice too!

Lovely brunch, with various options to choose from. My pretzel bagel was really good, and very filling. Pancakes were also fluffy and tasty. Just wished they started serving matcha latte and it wasn't so loud in there.

Food was nice but service very slow, had to ask where my coffee was as the food came out first. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Coffee is always delicious.

Its a big open plan warehouse, facing north so the tiny outside bit doesn't see the sun. The inside can get pretty hot, somewhat of a greenhouse effect, with the kitchens lacking good air extraction, the place normally smells strongly of whatever food they happen to be cooking. They serve nice coffee, the staff are generally friendly. It's table service, and you have to be seated as you enter which can be a bit awkward (they once cleaned a table in front of me as I waited to be sat, despite a dozen other perfectly good tables being ready). You can't really see what cakes they sell and it's unclear on the menu. Their few vegan cakes are unmarked so they have to recite for you which are suitable, which makes for a cumbersome ordering experience. I've been told this is to "not put customers off", who don't have dietary requirements. 🙄 Its fine. But it could be a lot better.

The coffee is good however the cup size is smaller than other coffee shops. Inside is really noisy, limited seating outside.

Very cute and trendy place! The food is incredible, always fresh and amazing quality. Expect to pay £10-ish for any food and drink on top. Staff is very friendly. There's 4 tables outside the give directly on the street but it is extremely quiet so still a nice place to be on a warm day. Only downside, the music is very loud inside making conversations just slightly uncomfortable and as it's a converted warehouse it can get hot inside. Still definitely recommend this place for breakfast, the food makes up for anything bad about it 😁

The place itself is lovely, decorated really cool, however they don’t have any sort of AC/fan system, so it is pretty hot and stuffy in there. Service was good when we went, they were really quiet. We had the Salmon Bagel and the Reuben. The salmon bagel was nice, could make it at home probs but still good. The Reuben had a lot of meat in it - can be a good or bad thing, dependent on each person. The did forget the sauerkraut. Chips were alright. In general it was alright! Nothing amazing but still good.

Meh. Portions are small and the food was undercooked and unseasoned. A nicely decorated warehouse with a good atmosphere but it was so hot - no fans or AC. The food was not great, definitely compared to other places in Leam. I won’t be visiting again.

Food is very overpriced. You hardly get anything and what you do get is poor. 1 veggie sausage? I got hollandaise sauce with a veggie breakfast instead of beans? One tasteless watery mushroom? No veggie bacon? No tomatoes? Nothing was seasoned. I really like the bagel shop but this place is below par. The Instagram aesthetic of the place which is nice certainly tricked me into paying too much for very little. If you like good quality brunch go for bebas, Boston tea party or cafe gusto Ricco or even the steamhouse bagel shop! If you want atmosphere and a nice interior but to be ripped off on food go here.

What a lovely brunch spot! Top notch service from all the staff, they were all incredibly friendly, the food was incredible, spoilt for choice by the varied offering. It's dog friendly too so next time I will bring the pooch along.
