The Steak Barn at Old Down in South Gloucestershire

Had an afternoon tea. Would definitely recommend. Waiting to try a steak night when it reopens.

Lovely afternoon tea. Good selection of small sandwiches and fancies. Lots of tea and coffee, soft drinks etc. Really friendly and socially distanced. Recommended.

Nice venue, went for a party, they have two log burners inside which made it very hot. I'm not complaining though as it could have the potential to be cold in there with a stone floor and walls it added to the atmosphere though. Draught beer could have been a bit more of a selection or bottles only but very nice.

Had the Sunday carvery with family, very nice setting and good food.

Great food. Shame service was not as good. Had to continuously ask for service.

Nice building lighting almost non-existent..at least quarter of not very big menu not available..food nice and staff good but does not make up for the rest...dont go...

Food was amazing, very reasonably priced and brilliant service. Such a shame it was so empty! People need to visit!
