Great pint of beavertown ipa bit pricey but didn't mind as its a lovely traditional boozer. Scotch eggs, cobs good selection of crisps as well as a food menu I'm yet to try. The misses had a coffee which came with a small piece of rocky road which was a nice touch. Overall a great experience can't wait to return. Five stars.

Found it I went on the seven Valley Railway only a couple of minutes walk from that station .Great food ,pub was packed ,made space for us. Lots of local people , speaks for itself!

Hardly surprising this pub is No 1 on Tripadvisor! We went for the first time in February this year and have been back every week since. Brilliant home cooked food, generous portions executed perfectly. Very reasonably priced with a large selection of ales and ciders. Car park available to the side of the pub. Looking forward to our next visit!

This was a place I wanted to visit for a while and we weren’t disappointed. This presents as an authentic pub/restaurant with a wide choice of beers, wines, soft drinks and hot drinks. There was a really good choice of staters, mains, specials and sweets. My wife and I both had faggots, chips and mushy peas followed by a shared sticky toffee pudding. The food was well prepared, served piping hot and flavoursome and good portions. Customer service was excellent with staff appropriately attentive and welcoming. We really enjoyed lunch and will return and have no hesitation in recommending to others. Thank you to the owners and staff… a gem of a place!

A somewhat hidden gem. We wanted somewhere local to the football ground that did food and what a good choice we made. Proper home made food served in a proper pub. Decent prices and amazing real ale as well as friendly staff - what more could you want! Will return when we are in the area!

Absolutely love this proper traditional pub in Kidderminster. The food is excellent & very good value for money. Cola is only £2.50. Any where else you would pay more. Service is good. Highly recommend the pan fried chicken with mushroom sauce

I heard good things about the Sunday lunch here and I’m glad to say the rumours are true! The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff were attentive and great to talk to, the food was absolutely delicious (to the point where I’m bursting at the seems writing this because I couldn’t resist ordering more)! They even went above and beyond by checking on my dietary requirements so I knew I was in safe hands. A complete 10/10. I would 100% go here again and highly recommend to others!

Good honest food and service is great, value and choice of food and drinks is way better than any chain. Very close to the railway museum and the modern station.Only reason for 4 star is the smoking area vents back into the dining area which is not a biggy if you smoke but was for us.We’d recommend any day.

We booked in here a bit on spec as 2 friends turned up out of the blue and we decided to go out for lunch. Next was a quick look on Trip Advisor and things were looking good! 406 reviews with nearly 390 4&5 stars! (did have a few negative which was reassuring - but not off-putting!)Phoned and booked a table, friendly greeting and welcome. Menus extensive, with specials sheet as well. We each ordered something different from the specials sheet and we all commented on how good it all was. Unfortunately it was soooo good we couldn't manage to sample the desserts (next time we shall have to fast for longer before booking!) Great to be able to find such a lovely "traditional" type of pub, we noted that the regulars were known to the landlord by name - always a good sign, but even as strangers we were warmly welcomed.We live in Kidderminster and rest assured we won't be waiting for friends to turn up before re-visiting. Exceptional food & 5 star service. Throughout the Pandemic this establishment has always abided by rules & kept customers safe as possible when allowed to open. Tough times last 16 months but love arriving at Station inn always greeted with positively & great pub grub.. ( one benefit from Furlough got to know this place monthly would never be possible prior). Lucky & Thank You.

We have eaten here twice in the last month as luckily we are in tier 2 and can still have a meal and a drink! The food is reasonably priced and the real ale is excellent. You can eat inside and out and they have done as much as they can to protect you in these difficult times. It does get busy at weekends which is why we treat ourselves during the week!

Always know you will have a good time at The Station, staff are lovely and make you feel very welcome, the food is always delicious. So many Happy memories of friends and family get togethers. I have visited this lovely pub for many years and have never got round to writing a review.The service and food are fantastic.The cottage pie is legendary and my husband is a big fan of the platters.All of the staff give excellent service and are really friendly.You will not find a better welcome anywhere.They follow the covid rules to the letter.If you haven’t been give it a try I guarantee you will come back time and time again.A traditional pub with homemade food such a rarity these days.Please support them in these difficult times.

We visit the Station as often as possible, which under current guidelines isn't as often as we'd like, but when the food is as good as it is and the staff are so hardworking and professional as they are then it's no surprise they are booked days/weeks in advance! Our last visit was no different to what we've grown to love about the Station and we can't wait to return tomorrow for more of the same! Hats off to Colin and Trudy and their team of lovelies!!

We were there on a Saturday evening and felt safe the whole time, Covid precautions are taken very seriously and that is why The Station is the only pub I have visited since March. We visited the Station pub for our first family meal in ages and we were not disappointed. All appropriate measures were taken to ensure we had a safe and enjoyable meal. The food was absolutely delicious and the owners were very friendly and accommodating. We've had several meals at the Station and are never disapppinted. We have eaten here a few times over the year and the food is good and the service, feel very safe and the marquee is heated and the tables well spaced, we have two tables booked on 29th Dec and are very much looking forward to going again.

We visited The Station Inn tonight and had a great evening. Staff are friendly and welcoming (and also recommended some great Gins!) Food is always excellent. Home cooked delicious pub grub. The staff have managed the social distancing restrictions so well. Tables well spaced and even in the marquee in the garden it had a great atmosphere and we were kept warm by the patio heaters. If you haven’t visited the Station Inn yet, you should. Trudy and Colin well done!

Delicious food served in a very safe, warm and cosy environment even when sat outside in December. This little pub has gone the extra mile in these strange covid times and we had a thoroughly enjoyable lunch there. Well done to everyone!

We visited 6th December after going to the Santa steam train. We booked in advance. It’s just round the corner with parking to the side.Very friendly welcome, excellent COVID measures, we felt very safe. Great service. Absolutely brilliant, great atentative staff our lunch was great, well cooked fresh vegetables i had beef my wife had pork both quite excellent and my wife's bread an butter pudding was obviously home made by someone who cares about food

Staff are very pleasant and helpful. we enjoyed the steak Ciabatta which comes with chips and a bit of salad . Very good steak, melt in the mouth. Nice pint of HPA too.

Found this gem on TripAdvisor, sooo glad we did, my husband is using crutches because of a spinal injury and the hosts were brilliant with him, they moved chairs and the table, fetched our drinks, They have a very good menu plenty to choose from, we are hoping to return with my parents and daughter in the next couple of weeks. Can't recommend this place enough, will certainly tell all that they must try the station inn.

Six of us went for lunch after the Severn Valley Railway dropped us in Kidderminster. Peacful back garden, great care over covid, registration and staff wearing facemasks. Attentive prompt service, couldn't have been better. The Sunday lunch was absolutely delicious, all obviously home-cooked with loads of fresh vegetables and home-made puddings. This is a smashing English pub, serving a selection of wines,beers, soft drinks and food.When my partner and I popped in too grab an unplanned drink after heading home walking on a hot summers day. Let me just say firstly I'm really fussy about the cleanliness of pub drinking glasses, so it was really reassuring too find everything was clean as I could have wanted. The food is very competitively priced and fresh. There are snacks available too, and after a long hot walk in the sun following a couple of drinks I can vouch for the restroom,it was clean and had all you need. Try sitting in the pub garden if you fancy a bit of train spotting, it's just a small seating area but on a hot summer day.

Called in here for the first time when passing on a lunchtime when visiting my parents. What a friendly place! Really lovely atmosphere and dog friendly. Food was plentiful and delicious. Enjoyed the slow cooked minted lamb casserole, which was very tasty. Served promptly and value for money.A couple of Enville Ale beers to help digest , though a great selection of local breweries to choose from and guest ales too.The service is very friendly and make you feel very welcome. I took my girlfriend here and we were pleasantly surprised how good it was as the real ale collection was good, as well as the pub food sold at reasonable prices. The food was very tasty. If in the area again, we will like to visit again.
