Friends 40th Birthday. Non vegan here. Love the pub vibe and the food was delicious. As a general food lover I was impressed with quality. The basic goreng was hot and flavoursome as I hoped. Heritage tomotaoes small plate was a lovely side. Would come again. Well looked after facilities, excellent vibe and good food. Price reasonable as well.

Visited yesterday for Sunday lunch. Had the most wonderful nut roast and all the accompanying veg was wonderful. Had the Shamembert to start which was good and the treacle pud for dessert. Staff were amazing too. So lovely that everything is vegan. Will definitely return.

I cannot express how wonderful the whole team was! I had my 24th birthday dinner here (the Sunday roasts are truly exceptional). The atmosphere, the food and the drinks were just fantastic! I have to shout out the incredible team who were so accommodating - I was in contact with Sherri over email from the early planning stages and she was very informative, reliable and kind. The service on the day was amazing - we had a lovely lady called Grace who made the table look so gorgeous and dealt with last minute stresses so kindly! (Sorry again about the table changes!) There were also two other ladies who I didn't get the names of but who were SO generous and so so nice and I could not recommend this place enough! Thank you for such a lovely evening I had the best time!

I used to live in the area. Popped in for a drink with my family and I ordered a Campari and soda. Couldn’t have it because it wasn’t vegan. WHAT? so they only cater to vegans? Not good enough. Was a much better boozer when I lived there.

My son, my husband and I had the 'cheese' board starter and the Sunday roasts, all of which were fantastic. The food was clever, inventive and generous and the service was fantastic. We also added dessert, which again was inventive and delicious. Money well spent, we will return for another vegan feast.

Visit on 12 October. The bartender was cold, unprofessional and unwilling to do her job. We were polite but her negative, condescending attitude was irritating. She clearly didn't want to be here. No people skills, she is driving customers away and should not be anywhere near a customer facing job.

I’ve wanted to try this pub out for ages and finally had the chance this month. The decor is nice, the staff very welcoming and the food was amongst the best vegan food I’ve had in a restaurant - I had the pie, mash. The food was piping hot and a good sized portion. I’d definitely eat here again.

Oh dear. I don't give many reviews but this place sucked. Food was poor and the manager...don't talk to your staff like that.

If you're doing vegan food, show kindness and humanity to your staff. The food was ok but saw this Cherry lady who's meant to be incharge just being rude. When the poor girl was on a break.

Sherri and the lovely team hosted a party for our company and went above and beyond. The food was amazing and everyone felt so well taken care of, was a brilliant day.

Went with a friend. Staff were very welcoming and food was lush. The roast came with a vegan Yorkshire pudding too (a rarity!) 😁 Not a massive fan of the white chocolate rhubarb cheesecake dessert but I'm sure their other pudding options were on par with the amazing mains!

Lovely pub with friendly staff and a great atmosphere- dog friendly too. Main courses were excellent, particularly the pie and mash. Puddings were a little disappointing due to the custard and toffee sauce accompaniments being quite watery. Beer/cider choices could be a little more adventurous too. Overall, a really enjoyable evening- hope to visit again.

As a veggie/vegan it can be very disappointing to go for a roast but not today! Really nice options - we got the Wellington and the nut roast, both delicious with loads of flavour. Very yummy vegan yorkie/cauli cheese/horseradish too which is usually unheard of. Was so excited we forgot to take a photo but it was nicely presented too. Only note would be the gravy - was quite watery and not a lot of flavour. Potatoes weren’t particularly crispy either but not the worst I’ve had. Pictured is the brownie which while delicious was about two teaspoons worth for £7.50 which is a bit of a shame. Great wine/beer/cocktail selection too. Staff were also super friendly and helpful. Thank you very much! We will be back.

Had a fabulous Sunday lunch in this 100% vegan pub. Food was tasty and fresh and staff friendly. Think they were short staffed and turned lots of people away if they didn’t have a booking. Dogs are welcome as well
