Lovely refurbished restaurant after floods. Most enjoyable crayfish tail and smoked salmon salad. Table overlooked pond with moorhens. Very friendly staff and varied menu including light bites to full lunch. Worth a visit.

Found this place by chance and what a find. I'm not vegetarian but tried the butter nut squash curry and rice and walked to the river to eat it. All packaging (including knifes and forks) bio-degradable. The curry would have given my local curry house a good run for the money and not one bit of plastic in site. Outstanding value for money and a lovely view over the river. In none Covid times we would have gone to the pub but this was one of the few gains from this outbreak, a great curry overlooking the river. Only regret was I didn't buy one of those brownies.
