The Speculation in Sunderland

Just ordered sweet and sour chicken and boiled rice rice is OK chicken Reheated and a sour sauce. It tastes like gone. Don't will order again for sure

Fast service for a Costa,can get busy,if car park is full there's a huge car park about 2mins away. Alot of business people seem to use this Costa.

As a dog owner myself I am pleased that dogs are now welcome to some Costa’s however, I don’t agree with dogs being allowed on furniture, particularly large wet dogs with long fur. This was made worse by the staff actively encouraging and welcoming this customer’s dog to lay on the sofa as the customer was clearly known to the staff. We won’t be returning to this Costa where hygiene and allergy standards are very low.

Ordered the greek kebab platter £16 chicken was tough and very dry after 3 of our party tasted it we all thought the same so I took it back and met a polite member of staff then a rude member of staff who said " it's nearly gone " it most certainly was not it was that bad it was taken out of their mouths and put in to a knapkin ! I was then advised to go to one of the bars and get a manager to sort it out as it was not " their " problem as it was purchased via the app ??? This I did and the manager did sort a refund but was appealed as a customer I was directed to do this . Manager of the stack was lovely and one of the staff members was nice but the other guy needs a lesson in customer care and how to speak to someone Infront of other customers as I tried to keep other customers out of earshot when trying to bring my complaint to his attention. Not happy as I had family up from Preston 😡

refused to give 50 pounds they took, paid extra for bouncers that just ate all the food and did nothing, when asked for the 50 quid back the woman in charge shouted and humiliated my sister. tried to blame us for breaking the toilet seat even though pictures were took before of it being broken. this place really disappointed me and my family and all the woman did who was in charge was complain and have an attitude towards my family. still havent been given the money back.
