51 Villette RdOrdered the Sunday special and a kids meal the kids meal didn’t turn up so I rang and they said they would send it out an hour later they sent out a plain curry not the kids meal rang back and was told it was to late to be sorted as they were behind on orders ect

Windlass Ln, Washington, NE37 1BH, United Kingdomrefused to give 50 pounds they took, paid extra for bouncers that just ate all the food and did nothing, when asked for the 50 quid back the woman in charge shouted and humiliated my sister. tried to blame us for breaking the toilet seat even though pictures were took before of it being broken. this place really disappointed me and my family and all the woman did who was in charge was complain and have an attitude towards my family. still havent been given the money back.
