All you can eat always very good.

Mitchell was fantastic. Great service and food every request I had regarding mods with my meal were done. The only thing is that I wished my burger and fries portion was a bit bigger especially as I paid the extra for the upgrade.

Waiting staff were welcoming, courteous & attentive throughout our time in the restaurant. One steak had to be sent back because it was rare rather than medium rare & my wife’s rib eye steak was overcooked. If it hadn’t been for that, I would’ve scored 5 stars for the food.

My family love going our for breakfast. It's affordable and the service is incredibly good. I'd give it 10 out of 5 stars.

First time at beefeater for years, manager that sat us was not overly friendly, lady that served us was happy and attentive, friendly and professional. Food was ok but other than the deep fried chicken wings was all Luke warm. Probably wouldn't go back, Also the key pad for the number plate for parking wasn't in a very obvious position and the manager didn't mention it.

Try the daytime saver menu excellent value

Service was very good and friendly, food was excellent with a good choice on the menu. Restaurant was clean and tidy.

I chose this venue every time I am in the area for business, and I am never disappointed by the quality of food and especially the service from the staff here. In particular, Leighan. Over the two years of staying in the Premier Inn next door to the Somerfield, she has been the designated staff member for myself and she has always been so polite and always provides 'service with a smile'. We went to restaurant on Wednesday 26th February at around 13.45 but waited to be seated for approximately 7 minutes which may not seem long but when one of the party has mobility issues it is as standing to long is an issue. The 1st waitress went past and said "2 minutes" but never saw her again. Then a waiter went past and said, "Just a moment," but he never showed. Then a lovely lady turned up, showed us to our seat. In fact, she asked where would we like to sit to make it easier and more comfortable for the person with the disability. She was so lovely and attentive and went above and beyond to make our visit pleasant and memorable. I only gave 3 for the atmosphere due to the timing as it wasn't busy. Food was out of this world. They really do know how to cook a steak, and the portion size was just right. Overall, I would definitely come back.

We had a lovely luncheon today 😊 yhe food was just lush. We had a main and dessert and oh gosh its was just lush... so please thank the cheff... plus leigh k bless her she is great! So friendly and welcoming. So we certainly will be back again.

We were staying at the hotel attached to the beefeater. We went in for a meal and a drink and was served by Leighan. She was very busy but had great customer service skills and made us feel like the only ones in the restaurant. She made sure our visit was really enjoyable and it wasn't just is we watched her and saw she was doing the same for all the people she was serving. Leighan was a fantastic credit to the restaurant and the company and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves from this email. Brilliant service, great food what more could you want. Me and my fiancé have been there a couple of times and every time we go there, the food is good but the service is better. No crazy waiting time, service with a smile. It's going to be a regular treat for us.

We use the Somerford once a month. Great parking with easy access to the restaurant. Not the staffs fault but a make over is required as it’s looking a little dated.

I had a great stay with my wife and other family members.The food was top class and the atmosphere was very good but what stood out above all was the brilliant staff. Tom and Dan looked after us in the bar and the lovely Keats couldn't of looked after us all any better than she did in the restaurant. They were all very polite and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for any of them which made us all feel so welcome. We will definitely be returning

Table booked for 17:30, two adults, one 8yr old child. A 40 minute wait until food order taken, then a long wait until food arrived. A small portion of chips was served on the plate which were hot but ribeye steak, tomato and mushroom were luke warm. Our waitress offered to take the food back but we did not want to wait any longer for our meal as our 8 year old was hungry. Did not stay for pudding or coffee. Not a good experience, will give the place a miss in future.

Haven't been to Beefeater in years, never visited this one before. Stopped in on the off-chance that they would have a table on a Saturday night. Really friendly server and manager - food was excellent and really good value for money. We agreed that we would go back soon - highly recommend.

We recently visited a different Beefeater and thought twice about trying this one. But don't think twice about here. This was one of the best pub/restaurants we've been to in years. Very helpful staff when asked about milk allergies. The portions and food presentation here were great. Very friendly staff and reasonably priced. When our food arrived it was hot, my med/rare steak was nicely cooked and all 3 meals were tasty. Tasty coffee and the option for a jug of iced tap water wasn't an issue. A great pub would call in again if we didn't live 200+ miles away

Arrived here at 8pm needing a table for 8 to celebrate our Dads 80th birthday after being let down by The George. Dan had us sat down in a lovely booth in no time at all and we were served by another Dan who was efficient, friendly and helpful. Both Dans went above and beyond to ensure Dad had a lovely evening, for which we are so grateful. The food was excellent, the restaurant beautifully decorated and the attention to detail from both Dans was second to none. A HUGE thank you for understanding the assignment. 5 ⭐️ service.

Ordered a burger and a turkey dinner Burger bun stale burger tasteless my wife ordered tukey dinne was dry had been warmed up in microwave tasteless couldnt eat it charged £43 that was after complaining and giving us a refund will never go again

This was a works Christmas meal that I attended. Firstly, I was not impressed with the Christmas menu. The choices for the main meal were terribly basic. I ended up having a starter and a dessert. Starter was very nice. The dessert was a cheese board, which I did not enjoy, and I'm a cheese monster. The other lads seemed to enjoy what was on offer. On the plus side, the staff were incredibly friendly and it seemed a nice place to eat. Overall, the Christmas meal was just not for me..

Everyone enjoyed their meal and our wonderful waitress, Keats made our family get together special. She was cheerful and helpful and added the icing to the cake for my brother’s milestone birthday celebrations. Thank you Keats!

Family meal plates cold - starters and mains came together - said we had a steak voucher was not advised which one to order - so could not use it as ordered the wrong one. Had two children with us and one of theirs starters came out with the main meal - waitress not very chatty as it was a birthday celebration - first time visiting as moved into the area tye bill came to over £100 - the food was not impressive fir that amount . 2 children two adults

Food brilliant and prices are what you'd expect in this day and age service was decent. Atmosphere is rather generic as resturants go over all have been before and will go again. Breakfast is also pretty good, the chef will even cook vegan food on request which was nice for my girlfriend.

Pretty standard menu for a Beefeater but food was well cooked and service good. A 40% discount coupon made it very good value

Restaurant is efficiently run and food lovely. We had meal deals as stayed in Premier Inn attached and the restaurant staff were really accommodating. Bar side can be quite noisy but you can eat food there too

We have been to this place. Three 3 times this year, we were staying in the premier inn next door always good, and the breakfast is fab 👌

Delicious fillet steak. Good service Very good value for money. Furnishings could do with refurbishment. Enjoyed a lunch there too. Fish and chips, gammon and chips and steak and salad. The steak was replaced quickly when it was pointed out it was very grizzly and fatty. Leanne served us very well.

We have been visiting the Somerford for over 40 years now, but on our last visit it seems like it has gone drastically downhill. There seems to be a severe lack of management, poor staff training chefs that can’t tell if a steak is good or not. My steak was rejected as it looked really rough & inedible so was replaced after my father had eaten his meal. Our desserts were served in cold bowls with cold custard so weren’t very good. Tables weren’t being cleared after people had left. The staff were more bothered about their Xmas training & closing at 8:30pm instead of giving their customers a good evening. After our complaints the duty manageress couldn’t even be bothered to come to apologise but did so through the waitress who did discount the bill. We wouldn’t recommend eating here now but just pop along the road to the Toby carvery instead which will be better than the beefeater.

What can I say, upon arrival we waited for 10 minutes to be seated even though we had pre booked. Best way to start a breakfast is a coffee. Oh no coffee machine isn’t working. No coffee for us. Ok let’s have some orange juice. Again nope as there is “a national shortage of orange juice” Ok let’s let that one slide. Breakfast. So I managed to get 2 sausages, some see through bacon, beans and a hash brown. No eggs, no black pudding, no mushrooms. So it was a struggle to make a half English breakfast. Needless to say I won’t be returning. To charge people for this is shocking.

Not the best plate of food I’ve had & certainly not value for money. I had a double stack burger with skinny fries. The burger didn’t look anything like the picture advertised. Skimping on the lettuce & tomato. Best experience was the service. Toilet facilities need to be improved.

We enjoyed lunch today at Somerford Beefeater. Keats was our server. She was very busy but was really thoughtful, polite and attentive to our requests, very good at ger job.

The restaurant was quiet on the Sunday I visited. I was shown to my table and was served by some friendly staff. The food was good and arrived quickly.

Service was great with very accommodating staff, and the atmosphere was relaxing - well decorated and lit. The food was about average, but they offer lots of discounts through various reward cards etc. which makes it worth it. Portion sizes are good. They even offered a lactose free biscoff ice-cream sundae, which you don't get in many restaurants. Overall a very pleasant experience and would go again with my discount card.

Saturday, we had great food, It was very busy as it was Sunday. Therefore, the service was quite slow. Wednesday, the food was great, and we had fantastic service from a young man. 😀

We went here for a family meal and whilst things were not perfect as chips were warm and 1 steak not cooked well, Jade went out of her way to make this a great experience and resolve things. Mistakes get made but as long as something is done about it this is great service.

Went on a Friday, early evening, waitress service by Keats superb throughout. Drinks were delivered quickly. Food arrived speedily and was very hot and tasty! Highly Recommended and will definitely be back!

We had a very nice meal but it took a while for anyone to come over to us to order and then it was like wheres wally trying to find a member of staff for the bill. I searched the whole restaurant, very understaffed and waitress looked stressed, which I don't blame her omat all for feeling.

Very poor food , old and smelly environment. Outdoor smoking areas directly outside of windows where people are eating. Service was OK. Lasagne was disgusting. Mixed grill was greasy.... won't be going back ...

Nice staff enjoyed my chop salad v much with chicken husband had a burger which he really enjoyed followed by biscoff sundaes yum! Couldn't rate atmosphere here very well as we were eating late so only ourselves and 2 other elderly couple eating the restaurant was usual style and am sure it adds to the atmosphere on busier hours ! Would defo dine here again if we was passing !

Went in for breakfast. Greeted promptly with a smile and escorted to our table. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast. U name it… it was there. Hot and tasty. Nice selection of fruit, yoghurts and cereals. Also a good choice of pastries , muffins, pancake and toast. Plenty to chose from for drinks whether it’s hot coffees or fresh fruit juice. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere . Will definitely be coming again. Thank u x

me and my family visited for a meal on thursday evening. food quality was great, however the service in particular was truly amazing. we were served by george, who was incredibly approachable and attentive. he took very good care of us and had complete control over his section at all times. we hope he gets the recognition he deserves!

My mother and I came here for her birthday. The staff were very friendly and also gifted her a birthday card and some chocolate. Found this place on a short break nearby. Great menu choice lovely food. Wonderful service. We wanted to change a couple of thi gs on the menu which was no trouble. We actually went twice e and would defo recommend.

Got served by Jade in the restaurant, great customer service and very polite, making sure we needed anything else. Amazing Job.
