The Slug And Lettuce in Croydon

Wanted a quick meal before a show. Chose fajitas chicken pasta, but should have opted for a burger, as it was a small portion, quite basic, and ingredients probably cost no more than £2 as opposed to the £11 charge. Very disappointing. But....the waitress was a delight, certainly an asset to this bar !

Lovely staff. Good choice of cocktails and the 2 for 1 offer is a fan favourite.

Her attention to detail and genuine passion for customer service made us feel like VIPs, she even helped with my sisters birthday cake and added sparkers which made it extra special! Overall, I can't recommend Slug and Lettuce Croydon's Bottomless Brunch highly enough, especially with Chloe's exceptional service. The staff were lovely and friendly, understaffed and busy, unfortunately the food arrived cold, however, the situation was saved by a wonderful waiter called Dillon, he did everything her could to put things right. Many thanks.

Katie was fantastic very friendly and when we mentioned we were going to see Craig David later she played his songs, which made our visit even more enjoyable.

Had a good selection of food and drink, unfortunately the music was too loud which made conversations useless. But if you want to go somewhere lively on a Saturday night then it's a good choice

Cocktails were great as was the customer service. Food was OK but but 3.50 for a Mcds small chips isn't worth it so please avoid. Bar men were great !

Not great. Attended pre-booked event, Food generously described as as sparce, quality not great and on the cold side of tepid. To top it off, we got kicked out at 9pm as they fancied closing early. Amazing 👏 Plenty of other options in Croydon. Choose them 👌
