Nice pub good service and a good selection of drinks, pity that at the moment they don't serve food

We love this venue! All our DJs and entertainers have so much fun here due the lovely staff - we highly recommended for any children's parties and events!

We went there for a wedding reception.

Was cold in pub, cola was £2.90 a pint which is a bit steep. Disability entrance wasn't great, you can get in with a wheel chair but you can't access the other room due to steps.

My friend and I went into this pub for one drink and was appalled by the treatment we received from the manager, my friend was pretty drunk but she’s a loving drunk, she wasn’t doing any harm just talking to the locals and hugging them, I saw that this made some people uncomfortable so I apologised on my friends behalf and explained that she’s let loose as she doesn’t get out much. The manager threatened to kick us out for this and the regular customers were sticking up for us which was lovely to see however, I took it upon myself to apologise to the manager and explain why my friend was acting this way and I was disgusted with the response I got! I was spoken to with zero respect, she had a very aggressive manner towards me and was abusive with her words, she has no people skills at all, certainly no customer service skills and was very rude to my friend and I, from the moment we walked in she was giving us dirty looks and it was a very unwelcoming atmosphere on her part, at least now I understand why there was hardly any people in, we certainly won’t be returning again and I will warn others not to attend also as nobody deserves to be treated that way, avoid like the plague!

Free pool, great staff, good beers. Great vibes. Hidden low-key gem.

Absolutely disgusting charging £8 for a Santa present which cost £2 as had price on bottom and disco no good for little kids also charged £3 for face painting should have been all included will not visit this place again

Went for an anniversary party nice little function room, bar staff are spot on. Good pint everyone enjoyed

Nice place perfect for many different events

As far as we are aware food is only served here Sunday.It is however a great place to go on a Thursday night for the open mic night held every fortnight.We had a really great time and felt very welcome even though we are not local.Not many people in but a great night was had by all.Hooefully word will get around and support this endevour.Will definitely be returning.

Lovely Sunday lunch nipped in one Sunday afternoon for the first time , a bit weary as to what the carvery was going to be like but it was lovely will definitely be returning and definitely would recommend. Price is unbeatable I think at £5.95 for small and £ 6.95 for large 4 choices of meat and nearly every vegetables you can mention

very good carvery sunday lunch. clean,friendly and best of all cheap.staff very pleasant and good home from home cooked food.

It was OK but rather busy cudnt move could do with a bigger room as too crowded
