Great place to meet friends huge car park and east to get to a icon of Skegness

Friendly staff, and reasonably priced food. Knocked of a star as we went on a karaoke evening, and it was so loud it was almost impossible to hold a conversation.

Had a few nice pints of Guinness

Usually call in for a meal when attending Butlins music Weekends, usually pretty quiet and good food - lovely place

Not very dog friendly only allowed in passage with 2 tables and small brown seats no good for lager folks ok sitting outside in good weather .

For me, it's more of a pub than a restaurant, although you can also eat something here, there are several items on the menu. The building itself is quite original, different from the buildings in the area. The interior is also original and has a specific atmosphere, which you must see for yourself when you are here. I was here for a match and drank beer, of which there is quite a large selection (draft beers). When in Skegness it is worth "visiting" this pub, but whether I will come back remains to be seen.

Wow what a lovely pub ♥️ only went in on e many years ago. Very glad we called in. What a fantastic place. Staff were nice, and helpful. We had 2x dirty fries and a burger meal. Food was perfect and fairly priced. We are outside in the sunshine 🌞. Make sure u check out that beautiful staircase on the way to the toilet. Felt a bit like the Titanic. Plenty of free parking on site. Giant TV's everywhere with sports on if u want that. Pool table and a few arcade type games too. Worth a visit. 5*****

Cosy, friendly, lively but not overcrowded.

Stopped on the way in to Skegness as we were hungry. Had some lovely Nachos and Dirty Fries.

Only went in to meet a friend at the ship. The service was slow. There were 2 staff on, and it took 10 minutes to be served.

Great place Great people travel 2 hrs just for Sunday carvery here.

A bit disappointed with this place... You buy a Discount Card for 10% off only to be told You can't use it on one of the Busiest Day's of the year... The whole point of buying it was for every day of the year not when it Suit's. I'll be giving this place a miss and spending my money else where... let's see how it gets on when the season end's..

Really nice place was disappointed as we sat in main bar area to be told to move as our 10 year old was with us. Went round the corner to find football wasn't on kids almost hitting us with pool cues. Drinks were OK not over priced.

Fantastic family friendly pub very welcoming staff we went for ed sheeran tribute night the staff came round gave us party snacks sandwiches pizza sausage rolls and gave adults vodka jelly shots a great atmosphere will definitely be returning 🎸👍😍😊

All they have to do is put food in a microwave and still can’t get it right. Slightly warm curry. It’s not that difficult. Seven meals ordered all of them barely warm. Last time we eat there. Disgusting

All i can say is poor service seems rushed and overall rude Food was disappointing; child’s meal if that The jockey across the road is such a better atmosphere *overheard the owners are relatively new, just wouldn’t go again

Having broken down outside today The landlord and staff looked after us with drinks while we waited for the recovery truck. Very pleasant staff and nice grub as well. Highly recommended the ship

The food was OK, but it was like two cold meals being reheated in the oil. Aperol Spritz was pretty much done by my partner as the staff didn't know how to make it. Other than that the venue is a nice place and shows the football.

A loverly local pub had new owners for 12months and they are making a real go of it, great atmosphere, freindly locals and staff they are fine tuning the menu and making steady changes throughout, dog freindly and a loverly garden.

Large pub, ordered food there but would not recommend eating there, outside sitting area was not to good, lots of rubbish about and used glasses not taken away from the table I was sitting at.

Had a Sunday carvery, it was OK but we were a bit later going 2.15pm and there was 5 of us so not much left in dishes to choose from. Would go again but earlier next time.

Used to drink in the Ship often when I lived in skegness. Moved away 24 years ago but visited last night to watch my favourite bank Relentless Rockabilly play. It was a great night and brought back fond memories. Great pub, family friendly and good value for money

Lovely food. Weve had lasagne. Scampi. Chrispy chicken and cheese melt with b.b.q sauce and chips .and fudge cake with ice cream. All very nice. Lovely pub .Nice staff and great food x 👌

Though big and spacious, to allow for lots of people, I have never felt there to be much in the way of an atmosphere here. On my last vist I found the bar staff to be extremely rude. Plenty of seating inside and out though if all you want is beer and average food. 23, 07, 22. What a difference a good barmaid can make. Very good with customers. Everyone else behind that bar, learn from her.

The worst carvery ever!! Cold cold cold.. fatty beef,fatty gammon, cold roast potatoes,cold veg,cold mash,cold gravy. What a sham! Never again that's for sure. The beer is spot on tho.

Not normally on our route for a walkaround but decided to call here for a few drinks. What a great place, the staff were so helpful even letting us sample before we bought. Inside and out is very comfortable and well placed to view the expensive cars that drive past.

Nice food, friendly staff and clean enough inside. Outside area looks a little run-down but I wouldn't let it put you off. Food portions are plentiful. Would visit again
