Poor choice of real ales. Toilets open in to main bar. Street parking.

Lovely, traditional boozer with a good selection of local ales.

Great local bar with historic pictures on the wall and a beer garden at the back. Very welcoming with a range of ages among the customers. Really friendly all round. Full range of drinks at a decent price. Staff changed shift when we visited and they couldn't be faulted. Worth more than one visit.

Looks like a cool place, but I walked in today in the mid afternoon, and no staff were around for the just under five minutes I was in, so I left. Not the best impression.

Lovely old pub atmosphere, great beers. Dark side of the Toon particularly delicious. I'll be back for the pub quiz on Thursday.

I was rudely treated hear by a threatening barman? Who said I offered cannabis to someone ...a girl whose father runs kings brewery and wanted my t-shirt the one I had on .how rude, I told him the owner of kings brewery whatever that is that he couldn't buy my t-shirt for £2 thousand pounds ..he scoffed and had me barred ..don't drink 5 kings or 3 kings or and type of brew with a crown or king on it as they're just trying to jump on a band wagon to get more sales..!? Stay clear clicky rude people.

Excellent little boozer not far from the centre of North Shields. A warm welcome and a good range of beers on tap including ones from their sister brewery. Lovely bar snacks, we had the scotch egg. One pint became two and could have quite easily been half a dozen. Everything a good pub should be

Great pub to visit in North Shields, offering great beers from local Three Kings Brewery and many others. Fantastic choice of cask, keg, bottles and cans. Always a friendly welcome and new beers to try!

Great choice of ales and nice bar

Just a lovely place to go with a great atmosphere and meet some amazing people. A little gem in North Shields.

When we first walked in as a group, all the tables were full and there was a definite vibe of this is a local place for local people, what are you doing here. However once we started getting served a lovely gentleman raced around the bar getting spare seats from tables and created us our own seating area. Came over for a chat and made us feel super welcome. Would definitely go back

Now the Seven Stars after a much needed revamp from being Odd Fellows. Warm inviting bar with a nice crowd and excellent local and continental beers. If you haven’t tried it you are missing out!

This is a fab little pub, a proper pub as my hubby would say. Great choice of ales, spirits, soft drinks, lovely friendly bar staff and a great atmosphere 😀

The Seven Stars is the brewery tap for the Three Kings brewery in North Shields. There is always a good selection of cask beers and craft keg from the UK and Belgium. If you are looking for a well run pub, then the Seven Stars is well worth a visit.

Good Cask Ales selections. Never been in since changed to new name. Pint of Budvar £4.90 (eek) Small pub and I had the bad luck of sitting next to a party of 6 who were shouting and effing this effing that every couple of mins. Thought staff might of asked them to keep it down. So....uncomfortable and pricey on this occasion. Went to Powburn. Stella for £3.20.

Hit the place on Thursday night for the first time, which happened to be a quiz night. Not good for conversation really, because serious quizzers were in and silence was preferable we sensed. Oh well. However, I really enjoyed three turbo Porters. I forget the brewery now, but they absolutely sailed down at 4.5% I suspect this bar will not appeal to all for a few reasons. I'd return on a none-quiz evening and check it out again. Good friendly service all round and I thought it was very respectably priced on the ale front too.

This place has massive potential. Lets hope the greedy developers don't turn it into flats! Brilliant selection of cider and ales with a great atmosphere and also great little smoking area out the back.

This is a great little pub. It has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The beer is always good here.
