The Seafood Shack in North Somerset

A great little spot for some fabulous seafood. My son and his friend shared some hot scampi and calamari which were beautifully cooked and presented with wedges and salad. My friend also sampled the cold mussels which she said were delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for the vendor who oozed personality and was very welcoming. We will be adding it to our list of places to visit on our annual trek to Weston Super Mare.

We visit this lovely little seafood shack every time we come away. The food is lovely and cooked perfectly. We came the other day to have the platter but they had sold out, so we choose something else then came back two days later. The lady still didn’t have her delivery but she said it wouldn’t be long. The lady even came and found us on the beach a little while after to let us know it had arrived! The lady (sorry I don’t know her name) is the most bubbliest, joyful lady and makes our day when we go there. See you next year ! X

The lady serving the food had the best customer service you could ask for; the food was 100% the best quality and tasted amazing! Would definitely recommend it, if not for the food but for the high quality of customer service.

Amazing cockles and prawns! Seriously head here if you are ever in Weston, there is a lot more on the menu and I plan to get through more of their delicious dishes when they open back up for Spring and Summer this year. Pro-cockle tip: get malt vinegar and white pepper on the cockles, and seafood sauce on the prawns.

Cockles were delicious. Had them on the beach with pepper and vinegar. Decent sized portion. Can't beat fresh cockles on the beach.
