The Scarsdale Hundred - JD Wetherspoon in Sheffield

It's always busy here but service is quick and the food is great. Well worth a visit!

I recently enjoyed the freshest pizza and juiciest wings at this place. The pizza had a perfectly crispy crust and rich sauce, while the wings were tender and full of flavor. I also tried their tikka masala, which was creamy and aromatic, paired with fluffy rice. The warm naan was great for scooping up the masala, and the poppadom added a nice crunch. Overall, the combo was fantastic!

Lovely breakfast, you can't fault Weatherspoon breakfast great taste and price. I love this pub, spacious and good location.

12 minutes to get an empty coffee mug delivered to the table (ordered through app). The problem being that no matter how simple your order, it goes into a queue along with large food and alcohol orders. Most other Wetherspoons seem much more efficient and bring my mug within a couple of minutes max. Next time I'll order at the bar direct. 16 April 2025: Breakfast muffin was very dry, sausage dried up, same with the egg, which looked a few hours old. I get the impression the less successful eggs wait around to get hidden inside the muffins. I understand it's a very cheap deal but I know how nice they can be so today was poor by comparison. 09 Feb 2025: 10 minutes to get a cup delivered to the table, then about 10 people in a queue for the coffee machines, each with two or three cups. Only two of the three machines were switched on. In a busy pub such as this one, mosrly full at the weekend, they really need to think about an extra machine if not two.

This is my local and most favourite Spoonz, the food is always spot on there are lots of tables both inside and out, having said that it gets very busy in the evenings.

Great place to meet up with friends.

Typical Wetherspoons. Sticky floor, rammed with tables and cheap food. Not complaining as it was exactly as to be expected with the added bonus that the toilets weren't miles away!

Worth a visit but not at weekends

I have been here for food several times but on our visit last night the food was cold and the BBQ chicken was hard.My partner had the large mixed grill, all meats werwe lukewarm and hard. They were out of gammon, couldn't order extra fried eggs out of those. Very poor visit and very disappointed. I wish I had taken my partner somewhere else as he was up from London. It will be a long time before I eat there again.

It's a spoons with a grill. Food is cheap as you'd expect. Drinks are well priced. Service is quick. The outside seating is really nice on a sunny day. Consider ordering from the app for best service.

It's a newish wetherspoons. We go here for breakfast most weekends. The food is good and consistent the unlimited hot drinks are value for money. It also has a real fire which warms you up on a cold day.

Love it , only place I know where the food comes before your drinks sometimes lol, parking is minimal.

Sorry to say, but for the 3rd week running, we have had cause for complaint re the Rib Eye on offer. Usually that it's cold. But today. We ordered 2 Gourmet rib eyes as it comes with all the extras. I had salad, and my wife had a potato. As we ordered on the app, we were advised their were no sauces available. Price of which would have been £1.97 extra had we just ordered th classic rib eye. When we asked about sauces, we were offered sweet chilli or soy? Our meals arrived, excluding onion rings? So I went to see a waitress who duly went to sort she also clarified their weren't any steak sauces available??? I returned to my table, and both our meals had been taken away because my wife couldn't cut into her potato? They arrived back minutes later with said onion rings. My wife's potato was just as bad, so exchanged for side salad. I think that all that had happened to mine was that it had been on a lap of honour as my salad was warmer than my steak. Please get it right next time. Got to say the waiting staff were fantastic.

It was so busy the poor servers couldn't clear the tables quickly enough. My steak was over cooked but as I said it was busy when we visited. It generally good but can't expect it all the time.

Large crowds at the bar making getting served a little difficult especially when people are just stood around after being served. But overall a great pub with excellent atmosphere and speedy food service

Really good pub! Yea it's a weatherspoons but very nice atmosphere 👌. I had fish and chips, very tasty, well cooked, crispy batter.

Very slow table service but an otherwise very nice spoons. I wish there was another open fire as it's beautiful.

Had a mixed grill and it was one of the worst I've ever had , the meat was terrible in fact I left most of it don't order meat from here go for pizza.

Loads of seats, cheap beer and food with quick service

Very casual place. Suitable for families. Cheap meals. Great deals on alcoholic beverages. Food reasonable, and not expensive. Wheel chair access. A great industrial theme. Staff are helpful & friendly. Good service. Plenty of food choices, catering for vegans/ Vegetarians. Atmosphere is changeable, early morning breakfast, very different to late evening when all the drinkers are present. A nice reconstruction of an industrial furnace type fire. Very warming on a cold day. Looks quite impressive if you take time to actually look.

My second time here just really for food busy even for early doors brekkie and two cups of strong coffee for just over £6 what's not to like?

Very spacious and clean. Large indoor and outdoor seating areas. Extensive menu and a large range of drinks to suit everyone. Good value for money.

Nice large Wetherspoons great service and atmosphere.

One of the nicer Wethers I've been to. Things are clean and tidy and staff are always around tidying up. It's a Wethers; you know what you're getting with food and drink. This place has a really nice seated area outside. Car park is a bit pothole-y and can get busy but always managed to get a space so far.

OMG! This place was heaving! We struggles to get a table, ordered on the app and oh my days. Drinks came really quickly, lovely friendly staff. Food a short (appropriate) time later and all was delicious. I had a jacket potato which came with a lovely fresh salad and dressing. My hubby had the ultimate burger which was better than "burger places"!! Drinks were lovely. Staff checked all was OK and were genuinely friendly. The atmosphere was brilliant and very reminiscent of an old school pub! It was good value, simple food but we were both SO surprised and impressed. Well done Wetherspoons!

Visited yesterday with wife and mother in law. Food was really good tasty and value for money. Drinks even cheaper than expected £1.99 for pint of Bud light, 2 large glasses of wine and change from fiver ! January sales. Atmosphere busy what you would expect with no music and cheap prices - Ordered from table and quick service.

Great pub serving great food, lovely staff, very friendly and efficient, will definitely be going back in the future and would definitely recommend.

The Scarsdale 100 is a quirky building with a unique shape! Great spot to meet up and grab a bite. Just a heads-up, the coffee machine was on strike during my visit, but still, not a bad place to eat.

we came on curry night, very very busy but all the staff were lovely and accommodating. ordered on the app and to my surprise they came quick! definitely coming back 10/10

I found the food higher price than most other wetherspoons, also the beer was quite a bit higher in price.

It's brilliant in all aspects for any age group can't fault it 👏

To be fair, I've only been in the day, so I can't comment on evenings. Nice place,food decent( mainly have breakfast). Car park can get a bit full at time but at least it has one many spoons dont.

This was our first time here and we called for breakfast. I had vegetarian option and my partner English breakfast. The service was amazing, waited approximately 5 mins for our food which was brilliant. We had unlimited hot drinks and after total of £14 and a hour afterwards we left very satisfied and it wasnt a expensive morning. The ladies toilets very modern and very clean. I would recommend this place and will visit again soon.

Ordered eggs Benedict asked for runny eggs which the barmaid requested only one runny so asked t do another egg other one ok the chef was giving my daughter dirty looks as we were sat by the food bar when she brought the other egg was runny but freezing and my breakfast muffin was just lukewarm

Their Christmas Dinner offer was very disappointing. It was suitable for a 4 year old with the tiny amount of food on the plate which was disguised with a ton of gravy. No Yorkshire pudding, no roast potatoes. Not impressed. The desserts were poor too. Basically a fiver for a pound shop microwave small pudding and two tiny blobs of ice cream. The service was ok and the staff were friendly.

Just a typical Spoons pub in relation to food quality. The pub itself is nicer than your average Spoons in Sheffield, with toilets within easy access 😉

Food is what you would expect from a Weatherspoons. Service can be lacking, but this is not the staffs fault, the place is just always crazy busy. Not the best atmosphere due to the noise and how crowded the place is. Toilet is on the ground floor which is unusual for a Weatherspoons.

Didn't have any food,went for the pop quiz with the family the price of the drinks were very cheap and the quiz was presented ver well ,and we did win the quiz.

We have been to Scarsdale 100 many times,always had great meals and good service until yesterday. There were 2 couples,we ordered our fish and chips together.2 meals came our way almost straightway, we started to eat,expecting the other 2 meals straight away. Nope, we had finished our meal ,after complaining earlier, that the other 2 meals had not turned up. So we had to sit and wait longer than usual. This is a one off for us,and it won't put us off going again, great place,great food.

Visited today. Very busy. Lack of car parking. Loads of spaces towards back which was cordoned off for staff apparently. Not sign posted as such so parked there and then told I had to move my car. Won't be visiting there time soon in a hurry if I can't park. Definitely won't stay where not wanted. Staff should be made to park elsewhere. Car park should be for paying patrons only.

For a Tuesday lunch time it was very busy. So let’s talk food. I ordered a kids meal as my appetite isn’t big now the portion size was great was big enough to be an adult meal however I went for the chicken strips in a bun which was in edible. They were overcooked hard and just not nice. I think I ate about 3 chips off the plate. Wasn’t the best and my first time visiting

Great breakfasts. The building is all on one level so you don’t have to walk 8 miles to the toilets. They could do with more parking spaces as it’s a busy Wetherspoons but overall it’s a good ‘spoons’

Good choice of beers at excellent prices, huge building and a very popular place. Plenty of free parking. Only drawback is the queuing that happens during busy times, please stand at the bar to be served, and not in a long single file running through the pub!

Not bad for a 'spoons - it's fairly clean, the service is quick (app based though you can probably order at the bar) food was better than I'd expected, good value for the price. Atmosphere is none existent at best, comes with the territory I guess.

We've visited this chain pub and restaurant a number of times and have been thoroughly impressed. The beautifully restored building is adorned with lots of local interest decorations, adding a unique charm and character to the place. The food and drink options are great, offering a wide variety to suit all tastes. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. There is seating available both inside and outside, so you can choose your preferred setting. Overall, it's a great place to relax and enjoy a meal.

As usual, great beers and cheap food, noisy in some places so try to sit at the outer edges, outdoor area is large and was busy even if it was dodgy weather.
