Costa Coffee in Sheffield

3 things incorrect with my order and receipt. Even checked with barista who said it’s all update through the app but it hasn’t. Now got to faff around sorting it or just lose money and points.

Clean and friendly staff. No decafe at the minute, and I don't know when they will get some in.

Lovely lady at the counter this morning (30/12). I didn't get her name. I'd had a horrible 14 hour night shift, and she sorted me out. Great service!

Served by Kenzie and Milly such amazing girls—made the best drinks and have the loveliest service!! Super happy💕

Bought a Maple hazel latte and upon ordering nothing was mentioned until paid and started making the drink to find they had no sprinkles!!!! Talk about feeling short changed.... It's like going for a flake mcflurry at mc-d's to find no flake. They should tell you they are out of an ingredient before they sell it to you. Poorly run

The Costa was at a services and the server was extremely helpful and very polite and as always excellent coffee

The two team members on this morning were happy, friendly and bubbly. Coffee is spot on as always and a bonus to be greeted and served by friendly faces who genuinely enjoy their job.

Fast and efficient and of course the iced flat white is the drink to enjoy on a June afternoon 👍

It's usually quite alright to be fair. Sometimes, you get someone who's not really bothered but when a barista is someone who take joy in their work you get a very nice cup of coffee ☕. Thank you to those who take pride in what they do.

This is a review of the Costa inside Next in meadowhall, which has far better service than the one inside meadowhall near Argos. The staff ate helpful and polite, without being prompted they asked me to take a seat and they would bring my coffee over (after seeing I had a young baby with me).

A great place to get a great coffee

Struggled with choice at first but a lovely member of staff (I never caught her name but she had dark brown hair, fringe and glasses)gave me some drink recommendations. Very patient and attentive, in spite of me interrupting her cleaning duties. Very grateful for the amazing service :).

Unable to use app again ot tells me I haven't got the right credentials I have changed my password several times. It still doesn't work Costa are still emailing offers I can't use

Cant really comment on the food we only had a mince pie with cream which was about £3. Abit on the expensive side. Not many staff on so service was slow.should have more staff at this time of year

A nice place to have a coffee & snack whilst out having a bit of retail therapy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Even though the seating is a fenced off section in the middle of the thoroughfare, it was still a very pleasant, unhurried experience.

Coffee was hot cakes were fresh, very busy and customers were having to clear the tables themselves as there appeared to a shortage of staff.

Just spent a very pleasant hour in Costa meadowhall situated just next to pound land Greg s and card shop really lovely hot chocolate 🍫 coffee latte flat white plus bacon brie and cranberry sauce sandwich great people watching spot I think all in all this branch is my favourite really good vibe about it felt really Christmas 🎄 like today and the staff are really lovely

Food is great a little overpriced but same goes with all coffee shops. Did enjoy our food and drink but there was little seating and nearly a 20 minute queue wait.

Does what is says on the tin. Good coffee with comfortable surroundings. Love the seats. Varied drinks options to cater for the whole family.

Clean, plenty of seats, served quick by friendly staff. Drinks spot on. Very nice.

Sat down with my new baby to breastfeed and a lovely lady saw me , and asked if I wanted a glass of iced water while I feed. She brought it over in a takeaway cup with a straw so I could easily feed my baby and drink. THANK YOU .

Was ok, but had to ask for more coffee to be added as it was very week. Other than that it was nice.

Didn't care for where it was situated at the 'bargain end' of the precinct.

Great as usual, hot tasty latte and good customer service.

Ordered using my app and I had an offer of "2 drinks for £5" but once we were sat down and I checked my receipt the offer had not been deducted and by this point the queue was so horrendous I could not face having queue again wait to rectify it so not to self, check your receipt at the counter.

Great staff, first coffee was cold but was soon rectified and staff most apologetic

Lovely helpful staff, I'm newly dairy and soy free due to my buba having allergies, the staff were very helpful and informative on what I could and couldn't have unfortunately there weren't any food options that I could have but that's not their fault as such just one of those things. Toilets could be cleaner but overall ok

Great staff. BUT the place needs knocking down and rebuilding. All the appliances break down on a regular basis. The floor has been repaired numerous times and is still in need of repairs. The fridge has been broken for a few weeks. The tables and chairs need a vast improvement. How the staff cope with good humour and fortitude is exemplary!

What can I say? It's costa, great coffee.. sadly this costa being in meadwhall is very slow never any seats andnu wait forever to be served and not often with a smile either.. I tend to avoid this costa when shopping there as u seem to wait a long time to be served, they could do with more staff or the ones they have working faster last time I was there they spent more time chatting to one another than serving.. but all the same great coffee..

Should make my coffee at home but I've got to treat myself to a Costa 😉

We've been here several times and while it's not the largest of places it's OK, it's actually spread over two floors and drinks and food are good, staff are great and there's a loo too so all good

Cannot really see the attraction of expensive coffee in a coffee shop that are virtually all the same. Most in need of refurbishment. Impersonal too. Much prefer independents that give you personal attention etc

Don't have food to expensive So is the price of drinks Don't use costa that often now for the above reasons go to weatherspoons instead

It says store closes at 5PM go there just after half 4 to be refused to get served by 2 very rude staff members. Disgusting service and will never come back again

It sells coffee, but you know u should use independent shops and make adifference!

Always good to go there but the 4 armchairs and oval table urgently need a refurb please!
