Very nice welcoming staff, had the best coffee for a while and shared a large granola bar which was lovely. Sat outside at the front of the shop to watch the world go by and it was perfect!

The Sandwich shop has been a firm favourite for many years and still is unlike some establishments. Always freshly made sandwiches etc and a professional friendly lady. Hot drinks are hot as you would expect but not scalding or full to the lid unlike some takeaways.

Excellent menu selection all freshly prepared while you wait. Friendly, welcoming staff. Happy to adjust options to suit diets and preferences. In Aberdyfi for the day and had an excellent lunch. Highly recommended.

Lovely sandwich shop overlooking the sea. Good variety on offer and husband really enjoyed his bacon, sausage and egg roll all freshly cooked. Similarly I enjoyed my brownie which was perfectly chocolatey and moist. Would definately recommend.

Great little place good food and service and not over the top prices.

We order for a family of 5 and enjoyed the food, all ours was freshly made and none of that heated up stuff. The staff were friendly to us and the other customers in the shop that we saw. They have a good selection of food from sandwiches, toasties and pizza which is great for families with picky eaters.

Bad attitude over priced processed meat ,asked for chicken bacon and cheese and got processed ham and chicken drowned in mayonnaise. Not what you would expect for £6

What a fab sandwich shop serving lots of tasty bites. We decided on the sausage sandwich which was absolutely delicious. The customer service we received was first class , a young girl with blond hair and ponytail, couldn’t do enough for us. So good, we decided to visit on a second day, where we bought ham salad & cheese sandwiches, again first class service by another young lady with dark hair. Further smiles from the Boss (I’m guessing) on our way out from the shop. Honestly girls, can’t praise you enough. Sadly, too many young ones are more engrossed with their mobile phone than giving first class service ! We’ll certainly pop in again when we’re in Aberdyfi. Oh, nearly forgot, the little chocolate donuts were delicious also !!

Not very happy! Ordered 2 coffees- the girl in front wasn't very confident in barista and the girl in the back was ordering her around. I complained about the coffees being too hot. And the cappuccino wasn't made right. It was actually painful to watch these coffees being made! My husband went back in with the coffees and the lady behind the counter banned him from the shop! It just seemed that the staff didn't want to be there! Awful experience it's a shame because food is lovely here! I think some proper barista training is in need here.

Been coming here for a good few years on every visit when we stay in Tywyn. The food is so good and as its made to order you can literally ask for anything you like (within reason from the menu) we went twice during a weeks stay and had lunch one afternoon which we ate on the beach and then we had breakfast rolls another morning. Super tasty food and 100% recommend if you want to grab a nice sandwich and a drink whilst on the beach or nearby. Also noticed that they do pizzas too, didn't get to try one this time round, but hopefully when we are back next year we might get to have one! Also the staff were super friendly and polite...it was the same lady on both visits...she's like superwoman she was doing everything on her own on Monday when I visited.

Really impressed with the sandwich bar … we had a late lunch today which was two paninis , toasted sandwich two coffees and a cold drink .(£19.00) Great customer service . Sandwich’s were hot, tasty and great value for money . I’m fussy with coffee and it wa a lovely .. definitely will be calling again ..Thankyou 😀

Delicious sandwiches and baguettes. I had a brown baguette with coronation chicken and salad and it didn’t disappoint!

10 of us had various Breakfast rolls and Baguettes here today. The service was first class as was the food. I visit Aberdyfi regularly and would recommend this establishment without hesitation. None of your tasteless cheap sausages and bacon here, great tasting food hot and to order....I'd recommend the Bacon and Egg baguette, you'll have to go a long way to beat it!

Lovely sandwich shop, fresh and tasty sandwiches, definitely recommend.

This cafe is in a charming spot on the Victorian seafront. There are a couple of tables outside and on a mild February day it was a sun trap. As the name suggests they do sandwiches, soups, savory pastries, cakes, hot and cold drinks. All freshly made with friendly service. Opening times vary in the winter but closes between 3pm and 4pm in the afternoon depending on the weather. There were several hebal teas and soya milk to go in other hot drinks. Great spot to relax after a walk along the costal path. Sat in the sun and read some of Barry Dore's 'Lobster pot cafe' - book I bought in the Sandwich Shop set in a thinly disguided Aberdysynni!

A lovley lady who runs it you have a lot of choice all freshly prepared and her sandwiches were enough for two,they were delicious plus good value for money.would reccomend this shop.

I’d certainly come back for more. Hot drinks were aromatic and very hot, took a while to cool down even in cold weather. Sandwiches were delicious, very good bread, fresh and generous yummy fillings. All made to perfection. Very well done, thank you very much!

Located on the sea front the Sandwich shop offers a good choice of sandwiches and other snacks, and sems very popular with tourists and locals.

Second time I have used the sandwich shop, first was a walk in for panini and sausage roll and this time for pizza, which was delivered. Excellent service both in the shop, taking phone order and deliver driver. Food was wonderful each time and my son (11) was one happy boy as we ordered millionaires shortbread and chocolate crunch for pudding...so delicious and it was homemade too! Would definitely recommend to my family and friends. [NB the cakes in the photo have been cut in half and shared between me and my son]

Second time I’ve had something from here. First time was panini and sausage roll brought from in the shop. This time wonderful pizzas (meat feast and margaritas) and cheese garlic bread, delivered to the door. We also had some millionaires shortbread and chocolate crunch for dessert. Great food, easy ordering and wonderful service provided from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

My now fully grown daughter hankered after a Nutella sandwich, jut like she used to buy as part of a children's lunch box from this sandwich shop many years ago. The menu has changed significantly since then - but they were happy to make her up her calorific sandwich with a smile. Excellent service (and a great treat, I am told).

Came into Aberdovey for the day and felt hungry Someone recommended them to us. The bacon rolls were lovely and well worth a try. Great friendly service Would really recommend to try.

Outstanding service. I highly recommend. I asked if they could supply 10 pizza’s for us for my daughters birthday on a day they don’t do them. Delivered them on time and they were outstanding and even threw some bottles of pop in. Best pizza I have had while being down here. Thank you.

Ordered 2 BLT sandwiches a Prawn Baguette and a Baked Potato with cheese. Waited 20 minutes for the baked potato. Took the rest of the order back to the car in the bag to find 2 BLT Baguettes and no Prawn anything. No mayo on the BLTs. Poor.

Sandwiches was fresh and baguettes was lovely will definitely revisit next time I come to town. Staff where nice and polite. Very covid prepared which was good to see.

Took away two sarnies in baguettes. Before our long drive to Scotland. They did not disappoint. First and not last visit.

enjoyed a hot day on the beach and ordered some baguettes panini‘s and jacket potatoes. we were greeted well by the staff members who were all very polite and it was obvious they were willing to go the extra mile to please their customers. we had the option of adding salad to our food with no extra charge which shows the great value for money!! all the fillings and salads tasted and looked fresh and colourful. also we had a dog outside and the staff kindly offered us a bowl of water as it was a hot summers day, however an umbrella outside for shade would have been nice (suggestion). we will definitely return when we next visit the area, fantastic, definitely recommend.

I was advised on ordering there would be a 15 min wait, it took over half an hour. Then to make matters worse the prawns in 4 of the sandwiches/baguettes where warm. It turns out that they had been defrosted in a pan on the stove... My daughter saw the man do it but didn't know that this is can cause serious illnesses for people who eat them. We were to far away to return and complain but to say it has a 5 star rating the staff should know about the basics on seafood prep. A total waste of £16 as all these had to be binned. Also no receipts are

Hot sunny day beach day and grabbed some baguettes from here. Easy ordering and nice baguettes in the end, but waited an awfully long time for them, and didn't seem to be in any hurry making them. Sounded like the same happened when a family member went a couple of days later as well. Would return but hope they can make them quicker!

Parking is available on the street or in the lot. You can take your food and eat at the tables outside or walk across the street and eat on the benches on the ocean. Hot and cold sandwiches, soup, a variety of sodas, lemonades, and teas.
