Great sandwiches; wide variety of tasty fillings, served on fresh bread. We had the crab sandwich one day and it was so good, we went back again later in the week! And Olivia is lovely; very welcoming and informative about the area.

Olivia’s sandwiches are delicious - the bread was fresh and the fillings were lovely. We all had some form of chicken and the portions of meat were very generous. Olivia was very patient with our kids who couldn’t decide what to have and offered to do half sandwiches for them so they could have what they wanted. Lovely food and great service 😊

Popped in for a sandwich to take to the beach, I had the crab with lemon and black pepper on granary and my daughter had chicken, bacon and mayo in a roll, both were delicious! Made fresh while we waited and lovely, friendly service!

When on holiday I love a crab sandwich. Ordered one from here and it was lovely, made while you wait, genourous filling and the granary bread is excellent.

£12 for a crab sandwich, which half went in the bin as i dont like crunchy crab. Yes i know crab is a shell crustation, but i dont expect any in my sandwich, also 2 slices of bread with crab meat on, for what they are charging is a bit extreme. No kind of salad, tomotoe or cucummber would be nice and, wheres the sauce, no sauce, just crabmeat. The lady should remember me, as according to her, no one had ever asked for salad cream instead of mayonaice.

Just had a sandwich from here and having read the last review from someone giving it an average because it was expensive ! Have they tried getting a sandwich in other places . The service and food were great . Of course it’s more expensive eating out than making at home !! The prices are displayed so you don’t need to buy !! Anyway I had a great sandwich from a great business .

We opted not to make our own packed lunch and decided to pick up sandwiches for our days adventure. We very much appreciate the current world we live in but we did feel that £18 for 2 sandwiches and 1 baguete (Plain ham. Ham and lettuce and cheese and coleslaw) was abit extreme. The product is perfectly good, nothing amazing, but certainly nothing wrong. The service was very very friendly. We just felt that it was alot of money for what we got. unfortunatly we will make our own in fututre as we could make lunch for 3-4 days for this money.

Do you like good sandwiches or bad sandwiches? If you like good sandwiches, then come here and have a sandwich. The sandwich will be good. If you like bad sandwiches (doubtful but included for the sake of completeness) then go somewhere else and have a bad sandwich. Well what can I say. Had the best ever crab sandwich served by a very friendly lady. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars from me

We stayed in Mevagissey for two weeks, and most days we got our sandwiches here. great value (try the prawns). The lady ownerhas lots of useful local information

I had a sandwich from here on Saturday. WOW. Best sandwich ever, so fresh and so tasty. Excellent friendly service and great value for money. Definitely go there when in Mevagissey. (They do great coffee/cakes/salads/ice cream too)

We called here to get a baguette and a filled roll for a snack tea back at our holiday accommodation later at about 3pm.Everything we ordered was swiftly prepared and, on eating it later, was found to be very well filled and as tasty as could be imagined.The lady doing the preparation, in front of customers, was very thorough with hygiene and food safety and served us with a smile and very friendly demeanour. Thoroughly recommended for take away food. First class in every way.

First class. We had a lovely chat with the lady here whilst she prepared our lunch which was the best Brie & cranberry sandwich ever! Very reasonably priced, great service and wonderful lunch.

Stopped here after a cycle to Mevagissey, had a meatball baguette on fresh bread was lovely, was heated up and made in front of you with great service. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Stooped here to buy food from Olivia was very friendly and Service with a smile.Our friend had Cornish medium pasty which was delicious and the filling inside the pasty was delicious and the pasty not to thick. We both choose Sandwiches Red pepper and Hummus on brown bread with salad my husband choose a chicken Salad. the both the sandwiches are made while you wait and Olivia offers you white or brown bread. Delicious and fresh my husband said his sandwhich was to large and each sandwhich is wrapped up Olivia and sealed with the name of the sandwhich on each one in a bag with pepper and salt and a napkin in the bag.we reccomend Olivia's food and her lovely smile and willing to treat each customer with excellent customer service and food freshly made. Will go again and WE ALL recommend the Sandwhich Hut to new customers

I go here regularly and I highly recommend this sandwich shop the lady makes a very tasty couliflour cheese and you have to get in quick as it’s very very tasty. Good prices lovely staff

Stopped here to pick up some food to eat on the quayside. I had a tuna melt baguette, my dad had a ham and cheese sandwich and my mum had a crab sandwich. All of us said the sandwiches were delicious and really fresh. My mum was really impressed with her crab sandwich and said it was full of lovely fresh crab.The owner was so friendly and offered us an ice pack to keep the sandwiched fresh as we weren't going to eat them straight away.

I’ve followed your Facebook page for a while, but unfortunately haven’t been able to visit, until today! So much choice I couldn’t decide, until Olivia kindly suggested I tried the popular Meatball Wrap which didn’t disappoint.. So much so, I ended up buying 2! Sandwich Hut is a must if you’re in Mevagissey, highly recommended.

My review is based only on two crab sandwiches we had from here. Based on that I can't give anything but five stars. Sandwiches were full of fresh local crab and they tasted perfect. Service was very nice and friendly. Thanks!

The owner made me a special pasta with meatballs to take away , it was absolutely delish as was the coffee which was the best i had whilst on holiday in Cornwall. Along with the lovely salad , again made to order the lunch was first class.

Excellent home made sandwiches and local butchers pasties etc. They now sell locally ground Mevagissey Coffee. Great tasting food and drink. Nothing is too much trouble for the helpful and friendly owner.

A lovely little sandwich shop with a great selection of fillings to go in the bakery fresh bread. They also do delicious toasties and really tasty smoothies! The staff are friendly and very helpful. Great too for families with fussy eaters as all the sandwiches and toasties are made to order! Only 2 minutes from the quay where there's plenty of places to sit.
