Salvation cater for vegans 👍🏻 erm nice burger where’s the bun? 🤷‍♀️ I’m still hungry!! There are plenty of vegan burger buns out there. But of a disappointment 🙈

Called in for a pint on 2nd January. The place was very quite, so service was excellent. Only 2 real ales on sale but the IPA was fine.

My gluten free food was superb. Everyone elses was below parr. Dry cold incorrect lunches. But they looked after me mine was delicious 😀

Ripped off on drinks ...I ordered a pint of cider and a double gin and tonic £14.80 !!! We queried the barmaid she checked yes that's correct ...summoned the manager..his reply was ..yes that's correct I get a little red faced myself he replied when asked ....drinks menu and posters advertise various gins £3.20 so double it £6.40 plus a mixer surely no more than £2.00 .. £8.40 ..strongbow £3.00.. £11.40. ...so we are £3.00 adrift...comments please. ....rip off

I've not had a bad meal from Salvation. I've always enjoyed it and I feel it's always been exactly what it says on the tin. Recently had a mixed grill for under £10 that was gorgeous and on Wednesday a chicken and bacon salad that I was genuinely surprised at how good it actually was. I've always enjoyed the atmosphere and I feel the people who work there and attend are always fun.

Popped in for a business lunch with a colleague. Similar to a Weatherspoons with toastie and chips. Nice food and atmosphere.

A very large open plan pub that lacks atmosphere unless it is full. Even though it is on the North end circuit of bars it doesn't seem to catch the flow of people midweek. It may well be a different story at weekends and I think it caters for a younger crowd.Nothing stands out as a place where I would want to spend more time in.I never ate there so cannot comment. It has a mobile style disco area with a dance floor but it is neither a pub nor a nightclub. It has tried to cater for all but succeeded at none.

We were only table eating but service from young lady was good , food was ok cheap and cheerful table set lovely with crackers hats etc great for get together !

This place is not to my liking, it is very grubby. I didn't particularly want to sit down here as nothing seemed clean, and the carpets, well I am not sure when they were cleaned last. However it has cheap food and drinks if you're looking for somewhere cheap to go. Not for me and is like a weatherspoons.

Llamado para el almuerzo.Mi marido pidió el desayuno completo, pero tuvo que volver al bar como algunos de los productos especificados en el menú faltaban cuando su plato llegamos.Finalmente, él hacía lo que habíamos solicitado, pero la comida era muy seco. . Incluso una media docena de granos que tenía eran como habían sido a la parrilla.No nos quejamos porque ya Esperamos un rato para la comida y no planeado pasar por mucho más tiempo.Mi comida estaba bien, el pastel de patatas fritas y guisantes.Podría ser mejor.El lugar en un almuerzo, aunque es unentorno agradable tranquila y espaciosa, bastante relajado.Regresaría, pero probablemente será más exigente en mis opciones de comida.

went today for the first time for Sunday lunch, very surprised. The food was good, very reasonable compared to say Beefeater chain. Plenty of choice too. We had a sharing platter for starter under 9 pounds then, falafel burger, cheese burger, child's burger and macaroni cheese, 4 of us. It was all cooked properly and good and hot when it arrived. Staff pleasant and helpful. Big pub probably more used to drinkers but we were made to feel welcome, several TV's around and a huge screen at the front. Toilets, unbelievable there were at least 10 ladies, well done !! The carpet is a bit tatty, seating could do with renovating but all things considered we went in for a meal, was fully satisfied with it so can't really grumble about the furnishings. Parking just over the road which was free on the Sunday but could be a problem other days as you would have to pay.
