Went in for a drink and to watch Goosebumps absolutely brillant afternoon

The worst piña coladas at Northwich Piña Colada festival. We also visited last year, they were pretty bad, but decided to give them another chance this year. They were extremely sweet to the point they became undrinkable. For £8.50 they came in a plastic cup. Not next year.

Great pub and now has a brilliant Sunday music afternoon. This Sunday we watched The Sooper Noodles, who were excellent folky blues covers and some quirky original stuff.

Came in here during the Pina Colada fest, decent beers, lovely chatty locals.

Good gluten free IPA on draught, relaxed place, and I'm told a decent selection of gins.

The Salthouse is a fabulous friendly bar with a great atmosphere whether it's busy with live music or a quiet evening. Always an excellent choice of beers. Great wine choice and a decent selection of shorts. The staff are knowledgeable and cheerful and very friendly which helps generate the relaxed atmos. Great music at weekends too, the best place to spend a Sunday afternoon.

Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff and an excellent selection of both IPA's, Gin and wines.

Met with some friends there yesterday for drinks, the staff were lovely and attentive as usual. Even when a drink was accidentally spilled the staff literally swooped in to the rescue! We love the vibe in there and we are happy it’s one of our locals because it’s always nice to visit.

This place is a proper curry. None off that oil that floats on top of most others. Tastes great will make it spicier if you ask. Always friendly and can’t do enough for you. If you’re in northwich and hungry GO IN you won’t regret it.

Great gins and ales in a lovely little place. Very relaxed. The staff are fab and they all know what their drinks taste like so that they can help you decide your tipple. They have pork pies from a local butchers and cakes from a local bakery and they are always great. I also like the fact they don't have loads of drinks and rotate what they have a lot. It keeps the variety there. Coffee is great too!!

This place is a welcome addition to Northwich. The atmosphere here is really chilled out so it's great for meeting up with friends for a few beers. The selection of drinks is impressive aswell. Always nip in if I'm up this way. Cheshire needs more places like this.

Very nice pub, many different beers to try, next to the pier. I liked its proposal as a modern and attractive place

Got my review mixed up with The Salty Dog. Nice cosy place, great location with views of the barges and river Weaver. Not the cheapest prices in town.

Nice! Busy! Kinda wish they had more selection of draft beers (they had 2 ales and a cider), but they were nice with an ok selection of bottled beers. Good atmosphere and would go again

A fantastic establishment with very friendly staff, a relaxed atmosphere and just a wonderful place to be of an evening. As a Northwich resident it is great to see a great bar like this open in our town..

Popped in Friday daytime 28th.July. Excellent Service with a smile. Very nice decor & background music. Really good feel with lovely coffee. I live in Knutsford but will come here when i shop in Northwich. will certainly recommend The Salthouse NW Bar
