Just our table of 17 booked in, they couldn't cope - done of us left without getting there food

Came here for Bottomless Brunch last weekend with some friends for a 40th celebration, had a great time. Staff are so friendly, drinks were flowing great music playing! Definitely will go again soon!

I don't even know where to start from. We've booked a bottomless brunch for my friend's 40th. When we arrived, we've ordered the drinks and instead of what we've ordered, we've got what seems to be a cordial drinks. The second order which took ages to arrive was also wrong. We complained to the manager on few occasions who argued with us. He was rude, miserable and certainly not customer friendly. One member of staff had to go out to get what seems to be alcohol. I mean, I've never experienced anything like it. Certainly not worth a £40 per person. At the end we left as what meant to be a bottomless brunch, they are certainly not equipped to do that. It turned out to be a one drink in just over an hour. What a joke!!

Very bad service, our food was cooked maybe hours and when we ordered it, it was just pre-heated. The atmosphere was okay until 9 on Saturday, the DJ arrived and he played very loud music. Like at a night club. Don’t go

Couldn't rate it. Booked a table for 6-30, got sat down (or rather pointed to a table where we could go), waited 20 mins, staff didn't come over with menus or offer to take drinks order, restaurant was half empty and still couldn't get served. Walked out. Same as previous two restaurants in the same location. Can't get it right. Won't be going back.

More reasonably priced than its predecessor, Antalya is a lovely looking bistro serving wholesome turkish food. Staff are very friendly and the place is spotlessly clean. When we visited we didnt book, however it soon filled up, so will consider reserving a table in future.

The food and the staff is top class, its clean and I can tell there high standers, definetely coming back.

Popular little restaurant in Whitby and quite rightly so. Very tasty food and decent portions. The meat was perfectly cooked and the wine and cocktails are reasonably priced. Recommend the sharer starter and sharer mains.

Very first time having Turkish food. Absolutely beautiful. Staff very attentive and friendly. Parking is a bit restrictive. Definitely come again and recommend to anyone.

First visit with husband a week ago. Great atmosphere and friendly staff, they try to fulfill your every request. The food was delicious especially for me, the Seabass and King prawns. They were cooked to perfection! We returned a week later with a group of 11 for a 50th celebration and once again they couldn’t do enough to make the birthday girl feel special! Cocktails we’re delicious too even doing requests not on the menu! Thanks again to all the lovely staff & compliments to the chef! Will definitely be visiting again and again! 😊

First time for us at Antalya and it was a very good experience. It was our wedding anniversary so we wanted to go to somewhere more than our usual eating holes. This was a perfect choice. The restaurant was tidy and very clean, the waiter was very friendly and obliging. The food was cooked specifically for us so we had to wait a bit longer but it was all very worth it. Both meals, both different, were very enjoyable to each of us. Would we go again. Definitely. The lunch time menu looks good too, so we may try that next time. But for our wedding anniversary next year, Antalya has got to be top of the list. It was difficult choosing what to have from the menu this time so there will be plenty of choice for next year.

Just had a lovely meal here. The grilled banquet for two is so nice. A stack of beautifully barbecued authentically spiced meat with a salad. Heaven. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Very busy on a Saturday so be sure to book ahead. Will definitely be back for more Turkish delights!

First visit this evening, a last-minute booking where they managed to fit us in. We've not been since it changed hands from zoom. The food and service is totally different and 100% recommend. We had a sharing platter to start, all the food was so tasty. We shared thier mixed meat kebab which again was very tasty. We will definitely go again and would highly recommend. #supportlocalbussiness

What a fantastic place great authentic Turkish cuisine fantastic food great atmosphere great staff

First time visit last night and the food and service was great. We went during the January offer which was great value, but we would happily return outside of the offer as reasonably priced and good food.

I thought I would try here with my Granddad and I have to say I don't understand the 5 star reviews. I ordered the lamb kebab and my grandad the steak. The lamb kebab came with a tiny bit of Peppers and onion and very soggy. The rice was bland and tasted like microwave rice. The flatbread was basically a wrap and the lamb was very tough and wasn't served with mint sauce. My granddads meal was also a few bits of onion and Peppers with a wrap and very tough steak, he was unable to chew it. He didn't finish it all in the end due to this. The menu stated a price of £13 for each of our meals, however when we came to pay the waitress said that price has gone up to £15 but they hadn't changed the menus yet. Overall, £30 for 2 bits of tough meat and a little bit of veg and a wrap is not worth it. I wouldn't come here again.

Went over Christmas and was a set menu not a full menu…hardly any choice.. the pasta I had tasted awful and the my husband had steak and was tough.Set price as well over priced for disgusting food!!

ANTALYA is a fantastic addition to Whitby. The town's been crying out for a Turkish restaurant and this place hasn't disappointed after quire a number of visits. The grills and stews are very tasty and seem to get better on every visit, and long may that continue. Looking forward to our next visit already. Thanks to Rebecca, Ali and the team

Amazing food, extraordinary desert

Came here last night for the first time with my mum and son. The food and drinks were fabulous. We were served by Rebecca, the manager. She was lovely and was chatting to us. We can't wait to come back. We wanna try the breakfast. Thank you Rebecca and co.

Just ordered a takeaway went round to collect it to be told the food we ordered there was a problem with the price we paid online to how much the food was ment to be so just refunded me with no sorry or compensation nothing. Terrible service considering it wasn't our fault

Toni Wilson we was there when the waiter was serving you, we seen youse having a good time, and what do you expect them to just make milk there newly opened trying there best about the panini situation I seen you’re plate it was empty only tiny bit of bagguet left and am sure use sat in there for at least 4 hours only buying 2 things grow up you miserable cow go back and watch the service be fantastic

Newly opened after refurb.Ordered coffee, they had to go and buy the oat milk as they had none, not a great start ! Panini ordered baguette arrived and not the filling requested, confused, advise staff but food not replaced just the part of the filling missing, sent over on a plate. I advised not happy with my meal, as I had only half eaten when asked if everything was ok. Plate just taken away. Very sad about this particularly as no real attempt was made to make my dining experience better or to encourage my return, even whilst paying my bill. I sincerely hope they don’t do this a lot, tough times for every one and businesses alike, Every customer that walks in must be ensured to return, for the service, food, ambiance etc. But a return from me no.

Very disappointing. Our first time in the rebranded restaurant and we are very disappointed. I had sirloin which was priced at £15 and it was the most chewy meat in my life - nobody even asked me how it was. It look far from fresh and I had to spit it some bits out. They are also severely understaffed with 2 very slow waiters too so we had to wait ages to order or to get the bill . They also forgot our starter but this was rectified quickly. We love Turkish food and we thought we would be coming regularly but sadly it is not to be.

Nice staff. Clean inside. Prices are a bit up hill but you pay for quality and well looked after food. Would Recommend the sirloin steak. Overall great place to have a nice quality meal and spend time with family and friends.

Had a great meal, had the steak and kofte kebabs. The meat was cooked to perfection, and fully halal menu. Nice interior too.

Honestly the nicest food... very tasty

Had the £100 tomahawk steak with my husband. Chips were just frozen chips, frozen onion rings! Sauces were bland as anything. They had ran out of some of the things we had ordered so we had to change our decision. Deffinitly not worth the price and I was very disappointed. Will deffinitly not be back! The only good thing was the calamari.

After hearing good things about this restaurant my wife and I decided to order a takeaway. I can honestly say I was very disappointed. The beef was described as medium but it was overcooked, very chewy and fatty with little to no seasoning. The rice again was overcooked and very stodgy. The vegetables had no seasoning and the wrap was soggy. Even the salad had turned brown. At nearly £30 for two meals that I’m sorry to say were completely lacking in everything is a huge disappointment. Food of that standard for that price is not acceptable. I contacted the restaurant for a refund and have not heard anything back. Poor food and poor customer service.

Probably the best Steak Restaurant in the area & definitely in Whitby. This is a Turkish/ Mediterranean restaurant with a varied menu that majors in meat. Nice surroundings with tasteful decor. The Gin & cocktail menu is limited 😋

The steaks are the best I’ve ever had. So tender and cooked to perfection. My Mum, who doesn’t usually like steaks was raving about them afterwards. The staff are friendly and professional too, creating a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful meal and exceptional service. First time here but won’t be our last. All the food was fresh and extremely tasty, also one of the best sirloin steaks I’ve had cooked to perfection medium rare. Staff were so friendly and our waitress (sorry I didn’t catch her name!) was so attentive, a real credit to the restaurant. Well done Zoom!

Absolutely amazing meal from start to finish. Food was all delicious 🤤 We chose the Tomahawk deal and it was 100% worth it, good selection of starters and sides to choose from and although we were stuffed desert was nice too. We will most definitely be back.

We went on recommendation from friends, it was my husband's birthday. The staff are excellent, the food exquisite! The staff even surprised us with a cake & sang happy birthday. Fantastic experience, we will be back!

Such a good restaurant and not very expensive either. The atmosphere is great with a low lit setting. Staff are first class and the food is just incredible. I've been a few times now and will keep going back.

Had a meal Tuesday teatime. Enjoyed it very much, very tasty. The staff were extremely nice and very helpful. We will be going back again for sure. The only down side was that they didn't sell draught bitter but most places don't these days. Thank you Zoom Bar for a very enjoyable meal

A great addition to Ellesmere Port - we Live local to this restaurant and made our first visit last night. We came away very impressed and keen to return. Restaurant has been fitted out really nicely and they have made great use of a small space. Staff were attentive, polite and friendly. Most Importantly the food was excellent - far better than other more expensive restaurants that we have recently eat at. It’s a small menu but a very well thought out menu, almost all dishes sounded tempting. Our overall experience was very good, we would without hesitation recommend this restaurant and we will be returning ourselves soon.
